    Re: WSOP - If You Had a Choice? Since it's become a lottery over the last few years I have absolutely no interest in playing the ME. Also the bankroll maths just doesn't make sense. I'd much rather take the money and use it to improve my game at lower levels AND make more money. The whole mythos of the main event eludes me, it certainly doesn't make the winner something special in poker anymore, just a luckbox. Maybe at the level it was five years ago I might be interested.

    The only thing is i dont know where i will be playing as ive never been ( cash that is) but if they give you it in chips it wont be much use elsewhere
    Why not sort out an American Express card, basically a super debit card then you can get cash anywhere you like.

There, the best 8 players from each of the closed HeadsUp leagues (Germany, England and Spain) meet to play for the title of best European SinglePlayer.

    Doesn't matter though does it - this is just to qualify for the next stage?
    This, of course, is the next concern. The next round seems to be a knockout which gives the advantage to players who haven't played so well over the 19 weeks of the league. For example if the player who finished 16th gets 1 lucky game against the player who finished 1st it makes a mockery of the league.
