  1. Re: Nap of the day Sunday 8th March 16:55 Auteuil: BOY DE BALME @ 5/1 Bet365 For the Prix Ventriloque later on the card at Auteuil today, François Nicolle's BOY DE BALME (1) is taken to remain unbeaten over hurdles at the second time of asking after an excellent debut at Angers last month when was very impressive in finishing ten lengths ahead the second home Tigre de Chantenay who also runs in this 15 runners-field.

  2. Re: Nap of the day 7th March 2015 14:15 Wolverhampton: CHOOKIE ROYALE @ 9/2 SkyBET Keith Dalgleish's CHOOKIE ROYALE (6) is the winner of this renewal 12 months ago, he is officially the highest rated horse in the field and a big run is expected once more under Tom Eaves after his impressive success over a shorter trip at Chelmsford City last month.

  3. Re: Nap of the day Friday 6th March 2015 14:20 Deauville: ZACK HALL @ 11/4 Bet365 Four times successful and twice a runner-up over different middle-distances in last seven outings, François Rohaut's ZACK HALL (5) is the most consistent horse in the field and looks the most likely winner in the Prix de Louviers (5yo+, 1m4f100y, Fibresand) at Deauville today.

  4. Re: Nap of the day 5th March 2015 14:20 Deauville: EXTREMIS @ 7/2 Paddy Power In a field of 3yo-newcomers for the Prix d'Aurigny (7f100y) fourth on the card at Deauville today, EXTREMIS (12) is interesting on pedigree, being by Invincible Spirit out of Fidélité (a Group 1 winner in the Prix Saint-Alary - 2003) and may be the answer from an ideal draw in stall 3, given he is kept in high esteem by his trainer (Frédéric Head). The booking of Maxime Guyon is also significant.

  5. Re: Nap of the day 4th March 14:05 Fontainebleau: BALKANI @ 11/4 Paddy Power The stoutly bred BALKANI (11) makes appeal on pedigree being by Dalakhani out of Group 2 winner Underwater and makes the subject of some favourable rumours regarding his ability at home. Frédéric Head's trained-colt holds some interesting fancy entries and the booking of Maxime Guyon suggests a big run is expected.

  6. Re: Nap of the day 3rd March 2015 14:55 Chantilly: CHEZ LAURENT @ 3/1 Paddy Power Equally performant on both fibresand and turf, Robert Collet's CHEZ LAURENT (13) has been knocking on the door and would finally deserve to meet the success again after finishing a close-up 2nd in last three outings. The plum draw in stall 4 and the step back down to 7f should aid his cause.

  7. Re: Nap of the day 2nd March 2015 16:40 Wolverhampton: WINTER QUEEN @ 15/2 BetVictor WINTER QUEEN (7) may be the second string for Godolphin's trainer Charlie Appleby on jockey booking as well on jockey's cap colour, but the 3lb claimer Cameron Hardie gets on well with this filly by Welsh Pageant and although a beaten favourite on a couple of occasions since landing a double last year, she is worth supporting at a seductive price. The selection won over track-and-trip last November and that form has franked particularly well, so it would be no surprise to see her returning to winnings way.

  8. Re: Nap of the Day - Saturday 21st Feb 2015 14:15 Lingfield: HOLIDAY MAGIC @ 8/1 BetVictor Four times a winner in last six starts to date, Charlie Appleby's HOLIDAY MAGIC (8) may find this task tougher as he is upped in grade off a 4lb higher, but his best time recorded over six furlongs on the all-weather thus far gives him good claims under Tom Marquand who negates a helpful 7lb off.

  9. Re: Nap of The Day Friday 20th February 11:05 Jebel Ali: DIWAAN @ 4/1 Ladbrokes Much improved this season since stepping up in distance, Doug Watson's DIWAAN (1) bids for a four-timer after acting well to land a hat-trick over 11f at Meydan last time out and should be very competitive once more, under the same Pat Dobbs, with the stiff finish likely to suit.

  10. Re: Nap of the Day - Thursday 19th Feb 2015 17:05 Meydan: ARTIGIANO @ 10/1 BetVictor ARTIGIANO (5) made an encourageing return to action coming home 3rd to I´m Back over C&D last month when covered 23 metres extra. Charlie Appleby's charge performed with credit at Group level in the past and it would be no surprise to see him come back to winning ways now equipped with blinkers.

  11. Re: Nap of the day Wednesday 18TH February 2015 19:10 Kempton: STRATEGIC FORCE @ 9/2 Bet365 STRATEGIC FORCE (4) has scored twice out of three outings over track-and-trip and he was far from disgraced on Tapeta surface when 4th at Dunstall Park last time out, but Clive Cox's charge should appreciate returning to his favourite course and is expected to go close with Adam Kirby on board again.

  12. Re: Nap of the Day - Monday 16th Feb 2015 13:35 Cagnes-sur-Mer: BOWLING GREEN @ 6/1 Bet365 The Fabrice Vermeulen-trained BOWLING GREEN (4) has the best recent form on the back of his 2nd over a slightly shorter trip at the same fibresand track last month when had five of today's re-opposing rivals behind and is taken to go one place better under Roberto-Carlos Montenegro.

  13. Re: Nap Of The Day > Sunday February 15th 14:55 Pau: SAMSECRET @ 8/1 Bet365 Unbeaten in two starts over fences at Pau, SAMSECRET (4) just disappointed over hurdles at the same Pont-Long's track last month, but he should appreciate the return to larger obstacles, given Patrick Chevillard's trained-gelding achieved his best victories in chasing events.

  14. Re: Nap Of The Day > Saturday February 14th 16:20 Ascot: SIRABAD @ 6/1 William Hill Trainer Paul Nicholls is having a decent season returning a strike-rate of 24% from 343 runners and his French import SIRABAD (2) looks a good value on British debut as he won well by 12 lengths to Muretto over hurdles (17f) on heavy ground at Auteuil last October when faced slightly better rivals.
