  1. Re: UEFA Euro 2016 Qualifiers > Friday November 14th Scotland v Ireland, btts - no Reasoning? I've had a seriously large bet on BTTS. Enough said... !! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. UEFA Euro 2016 Qualifiers > Friday November 14th Germany v Gibraltar Hills are going 5/6 for under/over 9.5 goals. Of course they will win, but that's still a big ask, 10+ goals IMO Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. Re: Real Madrid v Liverpool > Tuesday November 4th Ronaldo to out score Liverpool, 7/4 Paddy Power If indeed Gerrard & Sterling don't play, you would surely assume Liverpool have more than one eye on the Chelsea fixture, & are almost resigned to defeat before a ball has even been kicked?! Cannot see anything than a convincing RM victory, & it's hard to see Liverpool actually scoring. Ronaldo is scoring for fun, & will be looking to equal Raul's record of 71 CL goals with 1 goal, 2 to overhaul him, with Messi hot on his heels on 69. Looks a fair price to me 7/4. 1 ought to land the bet, 2+ almost certainly will IMO Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. Re: Sky Bet Championship > October 31st & November 1st Stockdale has been ok, let's face it he has been busy just as he was at Fulham! But he's not a patch on Kuszczak. I've heard same about Alhabsi. Bit insulting to Walton & Ankergren though. What do you make of your chances at Brentford? Derby are on my shortlist. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. Sky Bet Championship > October 31st & November 1st I'll be there to watch your tip oblige Kev! Obviously I am not wishing for it to happen, but being objective it's an amazing price. We have a good record v Bournemouth(W2 D3 L1 in last 6), and we'd normally go there expecting to win, backed by a big away following. Things are very different now. To add to our woes, keeper Stockdale is out injured. Walton did ok midweek at Spurs, but he'll be very busy again I expect, with Bournemouth scoring so freely. Hyppia is not at all popular, and tactically inept. Howe is anything but! A hard thought draw is the best we can hope for in this fixture, but I don't think we will get one tbh. I never bet against my team, so will go with the goalscorer market. I mentioned Bennett last week here at 14/1 to score any time, which happily obliged. That was our 8th goal scored by a defender(from the 13 Lge goals we have scored)! Greer(20/1) & Dunk((11/1) to score anytime look big prices, though I fear they would only be in consolation... 6. The McGladrey Classic > October 23rd - 26th Stewart Cink in running ew 22/1, 1/4 odds 1-4, William Hill Cink has shot 3 super low scores in 3 of his last 7 rounds. 64(-7) & 66(-5) in the Shriners & a 63(-7) yesterday. Decent GIR stats of over 85%, so giving himself plenty of chances. Holed a lot of long putts yesterday. Clearly he is very hit & miss, but may go close, lying just 3 shots off the lead, if continuing where he left off? Nice odds IMO, & only Hills going 4 places, where he currently stands... 7. Sky Bet Championhip > October 24th - 25th Good write up mate. I really hope you win!! For some reason, we(Brighton) are poor & vulnerable at home. Unlike away, drawing at Forest, Watford, Huddersfield recently. But, whilst we are bossing games, there is no end product. We are missing Ulloa for sure. CMS is injured for a few more weeks, & you are right Lua Lua isn't playing(sent off midweek). Colunga has been awful since he arrived(scored for fun in Spain). Ditto Chris O'Grady(top scorer for Barnsley last season, despite being relegated). And now Sam Baldock seems to have lost the ability to score, since joining from Bristol City! This really is a must win game, particularly for Hyppia. We face Bournemouth away next week, after Spurs in league cup, but draws are no use to us at the mo. We are winless in 9 Lge games(W0 D5 L4), and fans won't be impressed losing to a Steve Evans side! Btw, Greer & Dunk are both on 4 bookings, so are 1 card away from suspensions. But I'm pleased they are playing, as we need their goals!! Dunk(4), Greer(2) & Bruno(1), mean that 7 of our 12 Lge goals have come from defenders. Says it all ! If he plays, Joe Bennett to score anytime(14/1 with Paddy Power) is a decent bet. He plays like a winger for us, forgets he is a defender, & gets a few decent shots on target. He should have scored twice against Cardiff, but for the heroics of Marshall. Another game we should of won. For me we shouldn't be odds on for this. Just my thoughts :) Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. Re: Ante-Post > Premier League Top Goalscorer 2014/15 Agree about Sturridge, but by the time he comes back he could be nearing a double figure hcp to Saido. B365 go 8/1 for him to score 20+ goals, but if he achieves that this bet lands for sure or certainly the ew. He is certainly on fire at the mo, but the moment I part with my hard earned dough... Haha Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. Ante-Post > Premier League Top Goalscorer 2014/15 Guys, before I do anything daft & lump on, what is wrong with 6/1 for Saido Berahino to be top English goalscorer, 1/4 odds 1-3, with BetVictor? Looks like a bet to nothing to me, scoring for fun. 6 so far and counting... Rooney is 2/1, Wellbeck 9/4, Sturridge 5/1, Sterling 8/1, 25/1 bar. Thoughts? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. Shriners Hospital for Childrens Open > October 16th - 19th Odds are now out. I'm not clever enough to post them, lol Overton is an impressive 125/1 with Corals, although win only(?!). I only have accounts with PP & BetVictor these days(it's a long story), so taken 80/1 with PP 1/4 odds 1-5. Also done Ryo Ishikawa ew, also 80s same firm. Played well at the weekend T19(-9) and finished T2 in this last year, shooting -18 Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. Re: Shriners Hospital for Childrens Open > October 16th - 19th I have a small hunch for Jeff Overton, pre odds.. Barring a couple of nightmare holes in his final round at the weekend(quadruple bogey at the 11th & double bogey on the 16th hole), he played very well, shooting 21 birdies and an eagle. Would otherwise have posted a top10 finish. He seems to like October & these 2 successive events in the last couple of years. T9(-15) in this 2013, after T16(-10) in the Frys.com T13(-11) in this 2012, 8th(-13) in the Frys.com Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. Re: UEFA Euro 2016 Qualifiers > Sunday October 12th Well done mate, & thank you. You called that perfectly! Looked destined for a 0/0. One goal changed the whole game :) Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. Re: Portugal Masters - 9-12 Oct Tournament is over. That is a cruel way to lose a bet(if that's the case), with him nicely positioned with 1 & 2/3rd rounds still to play. Wonder how bookies settle matters? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. Portugal Masters - 9-12 Oct Thanks mate. Yeah, I'm gutted if I'm honest. He was as low as 16/1 with Paddy Power during his 1st round. He just went to pieces, didn't he? Really thought I was going to get place money, at worst. Equally gutting for you, maybe more so, in top Scot market. Shame. I didn't know til this morning that he failed to make the cut! Unbelievable. Will keep an eye on him though in the future. Could win a tourney at big odds, sadly not on this occasion :( Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
