  1. Re: January 7 - January 13 Anderson v Istomin Over 23,5 @ 1.95 Pinnacle Anderson and Istomin have a great service. Both players base their game on the first excellent service. This surface is so hard and expect a large number of short points (aces and winers). Anderson had one poor service game, but saved all 3 break points against Feliciano Lopez. The latter seems to be in not best form recently so not much to read from that performance of Anderson. In my opinion, match will be very egal with very few chances for a break. I think that good option for betting in this match is over. I think it's possible to see 3 sets in this match, but the 24 games we can see also in two sets.

  2. Re: Copa Del Rey > 8th January - 10th January Real Madrid v Celta 1/16 Copa del Rey (Spanish Cup) Real Madrid XI (probable) Casillas/Adan Arbeloa-S.Ramos-Varane-Essien Khedira-Xabi Alonso Ozil Callejon C.Ronaldo-Benzema Celta XI (Probable) Sergio Alvarez Mallo-Cabral-Tuñez-Lago K.Delhi-Oubiña-A.Fernandez Bermejo Aspas-Park Over 1,5 at HT @ 1.90 Betfair Clash between Real and Celta to Copa del Rey tomorrow at Santiago Bernabeu. In the first leg Celta won surprinsigly 2-1. After defeating Real Sociedad in a match packed with goals in the last round of the league, Real Madrid now targets this team from Vigo, being sure the players will start very strong and will try to build an early safe advantage. On the other side there are capacities to perform dangerous counter attacks and there will be some spaces to be used by Celta attackers and some chances will appear for sure. In my perspective, this is a match that has enough condionants to bring us at least two goals in the first half and I believe that with this odds this is a good bet to try.Copa del Rey is a competition that gained weight to Real final balance in this season and I expect a focused team to aboard this match.

  3. Re: Basketball Eurocup Zastal v Cajasol Cajasol @ 2.12 Unibet These are two teams which feel more comfortable playing away from home. The Polish team has had serious problems to play at home in a serious way and yielded two losses in the regular season. (1-2 home record) Cajasol curiously has the same numbers at home that the Polish team and feels more comfortable playing away from home. Its only defeat was away to Dinamo Banco di Sardegna Sassari by a tight 87-84. I think the Spanish team would hold throughout the game and if they don't win will be very close. Go here with a win for Cajasol GL everyone!!!

  4. Re: Ice Hockey > European leagues > 2012/13 Kontinental Hockey League Amur Khabarovsk v Yugra Khanty Mansyisk Yugra to beat Amur including OT and Penalties @ 2 Betfair Really surprised about this odds. I don´t know how Amur can be favorite in a march like this. Yugra is in a decent form winning 3 of the last five tough games but they are fighting in every game and for that I think they got a good chance for a win tommorow. Last five games for Yugra: 07.01.13 KHL Novosibirsk Yugra 2 : 3 (2 : 2) 05.01.13 KHL Novokuznetsk Yugra 4 : 5 (4 : 4) 30.12.12 KHL Yugra Yaroslavl 4 : 6 28.12.12 KHL Yugra Mytishi 3 : 5 26.12.12 KHL Yugra Novgorod 4 : 3 Yugra is still fighting for the 8 th spot for their conference playoff so they need a win tomorrow Amur plays for nothing in the last five games they won 2 and lost 3. 07.01.13 KHL Khabarovsk Omsk 1 : 3 05.01.13 KHL Khabarovsk Barys Astana 5 : 4 30.12.12 KHL Magnitogorsk Khabarovsk 7 : 0 28.12.12 KHL Traktor Chelyabinsk Khabarovsk 3 : 1 26.12.12 KHL Ekaterinburg Khabarovsk 3 : 4 (3 : 3) If Yugra is at the same level of play like they were in Novosibirsk in the last game they should win it.

  5. Re: Portugal Segunda Belenenses to beat Sporting B @ 1.77 Betfair The Portuguese 2nd division leaders Belenenses, encounter 2nd placed Sporting B in what will be a tough encounter for the hosts. The bookies are offering odds of 1.77 on the basis that this could be the toughest home game yet. The home side have a 100% home record of 9 straight wins and 12 going back to last season. They are keen to secure promotion to the top flight as quickly as possible after a chastening relegation in the 09/10 season. Promotion barring a complete melt down seems virtually guaranteed and to increase the gap on the chasing pack by a further 3 points is an opportunity not to be missed. The home side were unlucky to concede a 90th minute equaliser at Freamunde last time out in a pulsating 3-3 draw however the hosts were on form belying their lower status in the league. Sporting B have drawn too many games lately and on closer inspection have only won once in 8 league games. losing two away games and drawing 5. Whilst getting a draw is the most they would expect here I think the home side who have conceded only once in 12 home games will keep it tight once the first goal goes in bearing in mind the goal fest in the last match. I would not be surprised to see a 1-0 here.

  6. Re: January 7 - January 13 Lacko to beat Bellucci @ 2.12 Betfair Lacko is currently 48th player on ATP list. On hard court he has record of 106 wins and 68 losses. On the other hand, Bellucci is 32nd player on the ATP list. He has record of 59 wins and 60 losses playing on hard court. I checked the odds and there is something fishy. When I see early mentioned stats, it is pretty clear that Lacko should be favorite in this match. He hass better score on hard courts and if we check his results in past weeks it is clear that his form is very good.Bellucci is better ranked player than Lacko but that isn´t important for me. According to head to head stats, Lacko and Belluci played only once. That was in 2012 in New Haven. Lacko was better, he won 2-1 in sets. My final thought, Lacko is, at the moment, better player and if he continues with his good form he will win in this match.

  7. Re: January 7 - January 13 Flipkens to beat Schiavone 1.46 @ Betfair Flipkens was one of the most improved players on the WTA circuit. She is very consistent, good at the net and she cuts a lot of balls wich breaks the rythm of her oponnents. Schiavone is one of the worst top50 players I have ever seen. She won Roland Garros 2 or 3 years ago but that's all. Her style of play just allow her to win in clay. She even lost last week to a player out of the top 100 by huge numbers so, Flipkens to win is my bet here. the world number 54 to beat the world number 35 with autority

  8. Re: La Liga > 4th Jan - 7th Jan Rayo Vallecano v Getafe Rayo Vallecano @ 2.28 Betfair Rayo Vallecano coach Paco Jemez has warned his side's defence they could be in for a busy night when local rivals Getafe make the short hop across Madrid. Although they have only scored 21 goals in total, Getafe have netted in all but two of their 17 Primera Division matches this season and Jemez is wary about the threat posed by Luis Garcia's side in the final third. Getafe are without Pedro Leon, Mane, Abdel Barrada, Mehdi Lacen, Adrian Colunga and Rafael Lopez for varying reasons, but Jemez said: ``It's true Getafe have some important absences like Abdel Barrada and Pedro Leon, who are great players, but you never know if this is good or bad. Getafe, who lost both matches against their neighbours last season, are just one place and one spot below ninth-placed Rayo in the standings and coach Garcia doubts there will be much between the two on the field either.

  9. Re: League 2 > Sat 5th January Bristol Rovers v Gillingham Gillingham @ 1.94 Betfair Bottom of the table Bristol Rovers take on top of the table Gillingham this weekend on a League 2 match. Bristol Rovers have played 12 games winning 4, drawing 3 and losing 5 but 2 of those victories and 1 of the draws came against teams who had a player sent off so they were playing against 10 men. In these 3 games they improved their scoring stats because of the extra man but apart from these games they have found it hard to score and have failed to score on 5 seperate occasions. They have the worst defence in the league and have conceded a total of 21 goals at home and 47 goals in total and these totals are the worst in the league by some way. They have only kept 1 clean sheet all season. Gillingham have been excellent away from home having played 12 games they have won 8, drawn 3 and lost just 1 game and with 18 goals scored and just 9 conceded you can see why. They have been very good at limiting their opponents goals and have kept 5 clean sheets away from home and have ony twice conceded more than 1 goal and it is that mean defence which makes up a large part of this bet. In my point of view Bristol Rovers seem to do well when their opponents go down to 10 men but they have a leaky defence and against a very mean Gillingham side who will not let them create many chances they will find it hard to come out on top so I´m going for a Gillingham victory

  10. Re: Greece > Super League > 2012-13 Asteras Tripolis vs Aek Athens Asteras Tripolis to win @ 1.74 Betfair First leg of the 2nd round in the Greek championship Asteras Tripolis (3rd placed,25 points) vs AEK (15 ouf of 16 teams,12 points) at Tripoli. In some other years ,the favourite would be definetly AEK Athens. But Asteras has been better all these years building a stable and motivating team that played in Europa League and play generally play good football especially at home. Aek is one step long from the disaster. Some of their players want to go to court asking for their money, some of them ate with each other at Christmas celebrations because the team didnt have either the money for a Christmas lunch and looking for new investors and some new players to save the club of a likely relegation in this winter transfer window. The team have a fighting spirit inspired from their German coach Linen, but i suppose that this is not enough. My bet with the better players and the bettter team,Asteras, who are making and impressive perfomance in the Greece top division this year

  11. Re: La Liga > 4th Jan - 7th Jan Deportivo de la Coruña vs Malaga Malaga to win @ 2.38 Betfair Malaga is traveling to meet Deportivo La Coruna, last team of the league. Deportivo La Coruña - 20th on the Primera Division table, has only 2 wins and 6 draws in 17 season matches. The team is still looking for a win after 8 matches (7 in the league) in a row, of which they lost 5, and I don't see them finding it in this match and just sacked his couch Oltra for the newcomer Domingos Paciencia (former Braga and Sporting Lisboa manager) Malaga - 4th on the Primera Division table, right behind Real Madrid. A team which showed real quality in UEFA Champions league this season and are currently in a great form, winning 4 out of their 5 league matches. The only problem is that Malaga hasn't defeated La Coruna for a very long time, for over 12 years or 18 head-to-head matches. This season, Malaga has more quality, they are in a lot better form and I believe that they can easily win this one, even though they are playing an away game.
