  1. this is more just for a bit of fun, I found a spare £9.10 in my Bet 365 account so I'm going to use a steady staking plan to keep this going as long as possible. The aim is to win 1.5% of the cumulative bank with every bet/bets, The title pretty much sums this up I keep betting until I win then start again once I've won 1.5% of the bank. It should be easier to follow after a few bets. :ok

  3. Re: Pokerfest-MTOPS-SOLD! update on tonights event out in about 420th. started pretty aggressively got beat in a couple of marginal pots...finally getting a really loose aggro fish who had been playing any 2 cards heads up..Played my AQspades in to him and bet the top pair aggressively as hes just tried bluffing the last 5 hands. Just my luck he turns over AK. I get that double up it would have been plain sailing for a couple of hours.

  4. Re: Can it still be done? Not the best start today but onwards and upwards. Played some STT got really unlucky in some and bubbled a few but I thought I played well overall. 2cersb7.jpg Now, this is probably the worst cash session I've had at the micros, literally every time I got in ahead I was sucked out on or rivered...I'll need to review Saturday and see if there was anything I could have done better, I'm sure there is. 24fjm6r.jpg Out tomorrow so no poker. Will be back Saturday or Sunday.

  5. I know this is my 3rd or 4th challenge on here and I've never really stuck to one as I've never been focused enough but this time I'm 100% determined to stick to this. Lately I've been thinking alot about why I play poker and alot of reasons came up: -For the money -For the competitiveness -For fun Mostly I realised I'm just like the most of the others that are chasing that big win (One day:p). I've always been one to either run up a bit of a bankroll and either take shots that I shouldn't have or start playing outside my BR or I've withdrawn to ruin all the work I've done. After thinking about it pretty thoroughly and reading through articles and forums I've realised how much poker has revolutionised and how hard it actually is these days to make a living or even a few quid out of it. My challenge here is to deposit $100 on Stars and hopefully never have to deposit again... I'm going to have a pretty strict BRM here and wll play a mixture of STT, MTT and cash as I feel I can play all of these pretty solidly at the lower levels whilst the bankroll is small. I will only play bigger games if I can get staked or satellite my way in. MTT's Up to 500 - 100 Buy ins (Turbos) - 200 Buy ins 500+ - 200 Buy ins (Turbos) - 300 Buy ins Cash Full ring - 30 Buy ins 6 Max - 50 Buy ins STT 9 man - 25 Buy ins (Turbos) - 50 Buy ins 18-90 man - 50 Buy ins (Turbos) - 100 Buy ins 180 Man - 75 Buy ins (turbos) - 125 Buy ins This could be revised I know it's pretty conservative if anyone has any tips here please let me know. It's like this to reduce the chance of going bust. All games will be on stars as the traffic and software is the best and plus it's where alot of fish like to get started. Every day I play I'll post on here with some feedback/results. Thanks!

  6. Re: Pokerfest-MTOPS-SOLD! MTOPs- Managed to get heads up on the shootout table but was about a 5.1 dog to the chip leader, they put there chips to good use and got me in the end. Sorry Dan mate done my best. Pokerfest- Came 239/642 for no cash. started really well exploited a couple of fish and managed to chip up. after that the table got pretty tight and I couldn't really get much going, ended up losing a flip (9 BB left) with k/q in the small blind against the BB who had 6/6 and obviously hit a set. but there's definitely money to be made in this series hopefully I can go deep in one of these.

  7. Re: Liverpool v Real Madrid > Wednesday October 22nd things could come to a head for Liverpool tonight, they were absolutely rubbish at the weekend against QPR and didn't deserve the 3 points. The only game they've actually looked the same as last season was when they played Spurs and won 3-0, other than that they've been really poor. On the other hand with Madrid there on a run of 7 unbeaten games scoring 32 in the process (take a bow Ronaldo) and look to be getting in to there stride now they have a few games under the belt. I can see Liverpool taking an absolute hiding here and all there defensive worries getting exposed so I'm going for small stakes on a convincing Madrid win, I just can't see them coping with that Madrid front line and relying on Sterling for inspiration won't work every game. Madrid -2 @ 11/2 Paddy,BV Madrid -3 @ 16/1 BV
