  1. Re: Tennis 09-16 October 1. Roddick V's Ferrer ML You can make a case for either, so I am going to trade this on what I think is likely to happen: Roddick hits the ground running, takes an early lead, Ferrer (as has happened all week) mounts a come back (Roddick may fade in the 2nd set also), whether Ferrer can pull this out the bag from 0-1 I honestly know know. Could be 2-0 Roddick or 2-1 Ferrer. Edit: Closed posision after Ferrer confidently held his first service game, he looks more up for this, will sit out for now.

  2. Re: Cricket: India vs England ODI Series & T20 International Taken a similar approach to you tyler, my research leads to the following bets: A) Selection 5/6 - OverMarket England - No of sixes 2.5 B) 2/3 - Over 2.5 India - No of sixes C) 8/11 - Over 5.5 Total match sixes Pretty much (laddies) max bets on all the above which is a fair few eggs in one basket. Looked at the data and feeling ok about it.

  3. Re: Tennis 09-16 October

    Nadal Rafael - Garcia-Lopez Selection +6.5 Garcia-Lopez Strength 10/10 Date 12/10/2011 Bookmaker/Price Bwin @ 1.60 .
I quite liek this too, but the maths says the line is about right so it comes down to Nada. He may be a slow starter or he may blow him of the court. I think the former. Will follow you on this one for 2/10. You can get 1.8ish if you shop around.
  4. Re: Tennis 09-16 October 1 for now, will add more later: A) (2/10)

Under 21.5 games Kei Nishikori v Jo-Wilfried Tsonga: Total Games4/5
I think the unders is correct play V's handicap here. Tsonga shouldn't have too many problems, Kei's game yesterday was a joke. (5/10) Will trade JCF this morning, I think he will start teh match stronger than Verdasco but depending on how things develop will perhaps look to close out my position.
  5. Re: Tennis 09-16 October Thinking of adding: David Nalbandian vs F. Mayer + 3.5 Its all about Nalbandian, if he finds his form from last week he should cover this, if he plays like yesterday he will lose the match let alone the +3.5. Actually left it too late to get in so will sit on the sidelines.

  6. Re: Rugby World Cup 2011 France have been far from brilliant, its an improved performance from them but this is the worst England performance I can ever remember. Can't even do the basics right, so many school boy errors its embarrassing - clear out the coaching staff and half the has-beens. Total disgrace and they dont deserve to wear the shirt. I live in the south of France for half the year, 8 years ago when England won the world cup (beating France en route) my neighbours came round with a bottle of champers to celebrate the English win. The French are a class apart in many ways and certainly on the pitch today. Never been so let down down from an England team.

  7. Re: Cricket : Champions League Twenty20 2011 Bangalore v Somerset Real value to be had here imo. Somerset are a VERY good team who have been boosted with Craig and Joss coming back back from England duties. If there batting fires we could see the first 200 score in this tourny (assuming they bat first) and no total is unchasable for them, especially on this ground. The perception is Somerset are a bit light in the bowling dept. but I disagree, I think they have genuine wicket takers and more than enough experience to keep teams in check. At odds against I'm more than happy to keep adding to my long Somerset play (been in from 1.68 to current levels (1.74). Should be a high scoring game yet again with the over 6's line worth considering. As ever there is always as risk and in this case the major risk is that Gayle gets away. I'm prepared to take this risk given my view on Somersets attack. AB being out is a big blow to bangalore but Dilshan should be treated with respect.Bangalore have been poor in their first 2 games but they are still dangerous to any team. The toss could play a part, but I dont see Somerset losing this whatever happens with the toss. I will however employ some tactics under certain scenarios based on who wins the toss. Anything can happen with t20 (and I will adjust my strategy to developments) but on the face of it, is a 8/10 for me.

  8. Re: Cricket : Champions League Twenty20 2011 Not often impressed with smith but hes done a decent job bringing them home (85-5). Now the dust has settled was a good session for me. I somehow have the feelign game 2 wont be as so low scoring. T&T are pretty poor but there are a few scenarios I am thinking about that could be profitable. Will sit on the fence for now and see what develops.
