Re: Phil Ivey To Boycott the WSOP Who honestly thinks Ivey missing the WSOP is helping get the money back into players accounts as far as I'm aware player funds are supposed to be held separate to all other revenue I know Pokerstars getting money to players so why Full Tilt stalling, unless they have done wrong. I have no idea of his intention he is the number 1 player not really any doubt about that fact from anyone in the world about for a few egotistical newbies. But I fear this case is just going the drag his name through the mud and stall player refunds further

Re: MTT Bash The run bad seems to become flop top 2 and nut flush draw and miss all my outs to bottom set. Drop chips then get most my chips in As Ks K Q vs 2 others was much weaker hands K 10 9 X won the high and A J 6 X got low. Still grinding low stack in $5.50 just getting my shoves through. Not much in the $8.80 yet

Re: MTT Bash Well 2nd break in $2.20 Hi Lo Im on 16k the average is 7k 264 left out of 611 I'm in 15th currently 72 paid but need final for a worthwhile cash. Short Stacked in the $5.50 been card dead and left blinding away got 14BB when blinds go up. $3.30 6 Max got AQ 4th hand against the clear fish on the table who called my 4 bet shove with A10. Flop looked a pretty safe QJx but the turn had other ideas.

Got earlier double up in Hi / Lo then flopped nut high straight with nut low and nut flush draw for 10k scoop but board ends up with 2 players with nut low and shortest stack and me have the higher straight but I profit a bit from middle stack.

Re: Small Pocket Pairs in later stages of a tournament? I had the same situation today on WH had 33 in middle position with around 12BB UTG a loose player 2.5x and I decide to gamble and shove as average stack with only 16BB deep with 17 of 74 left. Top 8 Paid in hindsight I usually and more logically would fold this spot no need to risk being dominated.

Re: Punters Lounge Variant Poker Club - 7-2 TRIPLE DRAW / Monday 16th May 8.30pm Are we running this tomorrow ? I personally think maybe more people will play $3 as the prizes are a bit more worth it and all those that play $1 game will still play. The league is a good idea and got some prizes already lined up I could do with a Chipset ;)

Re: AK in this spot ? Had this exact point with some earlier in week about ace king , he raised , someone shoves , someone calls he folds fair enough they show 99 and jacks. He still swears he would fold even if saw their hands saying he is still flipping but your odds are definately plus EV he still kept saying just a drawing hand
