  1. Re: European Midweek Livescore Chat thread

Goals galore in Group A. Anyone watching the ManU Rangers match - is there something wrong with the Uefa site - it only has 4 shots on goal and no corners, that can't be right. Have Rangers parked a few doubledeckers on the half way line?
No ******* corners for real. Man Utd better start playing football in the second half.
  2. Re: UEFA Champions League > 14th September Inter up to 2.5 @ Bet365. Decided to put that in a double with ManU -4.5 corners. Singles: Bursaspor DNB - Bursaspor seems strong on paper and it's alway hard to visit a turkish team. Valencia are not as strong as last year and they are much stronger at home. Lost 1 league game last season at home but 8 away. Twente - Inter under 2.5 - I can see Twente laying back and trying to keep Inter down and rely on counters. Inter have not been scoring much this season so far and Rafa is always careful on away ground so i can see this happening.

High stake treble: Italy - Faroe Islands = Italy -2 Switzerland - England = X or England Denmark - Iceland = Denmark Reasoning Italy have been struggling but they should beat Faroe Islands easily, which lost 0-3 at home against Serbia on Friday. At least i hope they do:hope After a easy win over Bulgaria i don't see England losing this one, just can't see it happen. And Iceland always lose to Denmark, we have never won in the history of football, and we are missing Eidur Gudjohnsen

A few Corner handicap bets I like the look of tonight. Scotland - 6 Asian Corner Handicap @ 1.9 - BET365 V Liechenstein. Germany V Azerbaijan + 8 Asian Corner Handicap @ 1.9 - BET365. Republic of Ireland V Andorra + 9 Asian Corner Handicap @ 1.9 - BET365. These bets are based around the reasoning that I can see Scotland struggling a bit to break down Liechenstein early on. I expect them to win, but rack up a few corners in the process. I can also see both Germany and ROI winning fairly comfortably, and huge corner hauls don't neccessarily come hand in hand with big wins. I also think because of that, the AH lines are set slightly too high.
Amazing, i decided to follow this with a treble and it delivered! Cheers :clap

Belarus +2 EH @1.72 (b365) France is still a shambles after their epic WC. Their new coach is popular right now, but it is questionable whether he'll be able to make a competitive team out of that mess, and after a few bad results, people will start criticize him as usual. Many important players are missing for this game, like Benzema, L.Diarra or Ben Arfa, while Toulalan has not been called. Belarus is not a top euro team, but this year they beat Lithuania 2-0 and South Korea 1-0, while they lost to Sweden 0-1 only. If they defend solidly, they can win with that handicap..
Spain to win to nil @ 1.2 Holland to win to nil @ 1.22 Odds for the double: 1.46 Both with B365 Since Spain are playing Liechenstein and Holland are playing San Marino, these prices are a steal. What can I say? We have the finalists of the World Cup, both with strong squads, playing two of Europe's minnows in competitive fixtures. These teams rarely score, and when they do it is invariably against weaker sides. Large stakes on this one for me. You could include Russia to do the same against Andorra (odds 1.28) but I don't want to push my luck by making it a treble, and if one of the three sides is going to score I fancy it to be the Andorrans.
Nice one guys! Made me some nice cash :nana
  7. Re: UEFA Champions League > 27th - 28th July

AIK V Rosenborg - 0.25 @ 1.82 - BET365. AIK are suffering a bit domestically, and struggled to defeat Jeunesse Esch of Luxembourg 1-0 on aggregate in the last round. AIK are currently second bottom in the Swedish Allsvenskan. Rosenborg are flying domestically, haven't lost all season, and knocked out Linfield fairly comfortably in the prewvious round. Although they suffered an unlikely 0-0 away in Northern Ireland, they had many chances to put the game to bed, and eventually won 2-0 in Norway. Apparently AIK have sold a lot of players, and aren't the same team they were. I think Rosenborg should take this game as they are clearly in better shape.
Yeah, really high odds on Rosenborg. Definately take them.

zilina travel to bulgaria was 12 hours from zilina-viena-sofia-lovec but that was on sunday they had ouver 24 hours to recover so jet wag should not be a factor according to bulgarian press zilinas menager said that his team will tray to score anyway my pic is under 2.5 with bet 365.com :hope
I've watched some of the game and Litex are dominating as far as i can tell...looks like you'll get some cash out of this one... hoping for litex to score a goal and take it :hope
  9. 4 games tomorrow, 2 of them almost free money Fylkir - Valur Pick: Valur. Without a doubt the best team in the league..9-2-0 with 51:7 says it all..9-0 and 7-2 in the last two matches..this is a banker for sure Þór/KA - Haukar Pick: Over 2.5 - Haukar have conceded 30 in 11 games while Þór/KA have scored 33. They are extremely strong at home and had a 5-0 victory over Grindavik last week, which is much stronger than Haukar(Grindavík has 11 points while Haukar have 3 and are pretty much relegated..) Total odds by Bwin: 1.95 Put 40 euros on this one and i expect nothing but free money. Do it and you'll thank me. ;)

  10. Re: Midweek > UEFA Champions League Qualifiers > 20th - 21st July

Would be that general on HJK win today, of course they're clear favs today to win this game, but i don't think so. Ekranas have huge experience to play big games, team is 5-7 years together, with one or other joining the team every year. The first game 1:0 gives Ekranas some advantages here, that they can play defencive football, I don't think that HJK will win today, the better pick is to me Under 2.5 here. and some small stakes Ekranas to win today. HJK - Ekranas Under 1.75@triobet! Ekranas to beat HJK 5.75@triobet! :cheers
Nice call on under, thanks! :clap
  11. Re: UEFA Europa League 15-Jul Event Dundee – Breiðablik Selection Over 2,5 Strength 9/10 Date 15/7 2010 Bookmarker/price Bwin / 1,65 Reasoning Breiðablik is an attacking team, at home or away. Have scored 26 goals in 11 games when next team has 20. Dundee will definately not be sitting back at home against a team from Iceland, so i think we will definately see some goals tonight. Don't know how to make the post look better, could use some help with that..

  12. Re: UEFA Champions League > 13th - 14th July

BATE - FH Interestingly BATE is playing Icelandic opposition for the 3rd time in 4 seasons. They also played FH in 2007. That time they beat them 1-3 away although they did allow 1-1 at home, I think that was more because of the away result. Then they beat Valur in both games, Valur also from Iceland. This time they want to get the result in the homegame. FH is best team imo in Iceland but their style doesn't translate well to European football. They are a bit open at the back and probably concede too much which isn't a problem in Iceland as they just score more but for this game it will be a big problem. Also Fylkir from Iceland just lost 1-6 on aggregate against a much much poorer Belarus side than BATE. Also BATE must have more money since they made CL recently so I assume a stronger team. So a super home banker IMO and I would also fancy some BATE+1 bets or like somebody else did here, BATE only team to score which seems like an excellent bet.
My thought excactly, 0-0 at halft time is scaring my though :hope:hope
