  1. Well for tonight games that i will consider Phillies to beat Nationals. Cliff Lee /left handed pitcher/ allowed in his last game vs Nationals on 14.4. in 9 innings just three hits and achieved 12 strikeouts, while Jason Marquis /right handed/ is 0-4 in his 5 past games against Phillies. Moreover, Nationals are 5-8 in games vs LHP and Phillies are 21-16 in games vs RHP. 1.58 with Bet365 Brewers to beat Reds. This will be first performance for Reineke in 2 years and Greinke is 4-2 in his last games and 1-0 vs Reds. 1.79 with Bet365 Cubs to beat Astros. Zambrano has quite mediocre form, but for Astros will make his MLB debut Jordan Lyles. I simply trust the more experienced side, with quite good attack. 1.57 with Bet365 Marlins to beat D´backs. Two pitchers with super ERA. Here i go against a team with a win streak, that must one time come to an end. 2.18 with Bet365

  2. Re: MLB 20/05/11 - interleague Well, for tonight i will probably make a selection from following games /will look closer for statistics, but these matches catch my eyes/ Yankees to beat Mets Red Sox to beat Cubs White Sox to beat Dodgers Angels to beat Braves Marlins to beat Rays and finally Athletics to beat Giants

  3. Re: MLB 18/05/11 + an interesting statistic/trend

That´s interesting system. It seems to that the away wins % in MLB is higher than in other sports.... In fantasy betting i have chosen two teams and had placed a bet on them no matter what the statistics shows...in short term follow /through 1-2 months it brings small profit, but i´m not sure about long term efficacy /the two teams were Oakland Athletics and Florida Marlins-sympatic teams to me/ anyway, for tonight: Orioles to beat Yankees Red Sox to beat Tigers Angels to beat Mariners Phillies to beat Rockies and Pirates to beat Reds :hope:hope
Orioles to beat Yankees :eyes Red Sox to beat Tigers :clap Angels to beat Mariners :eyes Phillies to beat Rockies :clap and Pirates to beat Reds :clap
  4. Re: MLB 18/05/11 + an interesting statistic/trend

That definitely is an interesting statistic. Either way, the value is in most cases on the underdog (even though this year is -37 units with that particular kind of selection). I've been following a guy (not with money) who's keeping track of what would happen if you were only to be on the away team. 8 or 9 out of 10 times the away team is above evens, while recently the away teams have always been getting at least 50% of the wins. On a night where 75% or more of the away teams win, it can be incredibly lucrative. It's interesting, but the question remains: is it gonna be lucrative in the long term? It seems like you have a huge set of statistics, or did you gather this information online?

  5. Re: MLB: May 17th picks

Well, i try some picks Reds to beat Cubs Cardinals to beat Phillies Rays to beat Yankees Royals to beat Indians and pure on value Twins to beat Mariners 2.78 with Pinnacle
Reds :clap Cardinals :clap Rays :eyes Royals :eyes Twins :clap
  6. Re: MLB: May 4th picks Today i will go rather for Astros. Wood is in bad form, maybe ho will lose his place in rotation, if he gives again bad performance. Rodriguez on the other side will make his debut, so the pressure is on the Red´s pitcher. And the odds around 2.7 on Astros are too generous to let them down-even for little try. To other games - will look at Cubs, Giants, Cardinals, Yankees, Orioles, Athletics, Mariners. And also think that the odds on Marlins are not correct. MLB season picks: 31-28

  7. Re: Turkey Super Lig 2010/2011

A game which I cant even explain... The thing is normally I feel responsible for any lost pick but for this one I cant find any words to explain... There is lot to say but I wont bother you... Let it be my mistake and I apologize... I will surely make it up to you guys but trust me this pick was the right pick and I would choose the same again...
Never mind for one pick...you are doing great job in bringing picks and news from this - for me - quite strange league. You don´t need to apologize
  8. Re: MLB: May 1st 2011 Picks Agree with Indians and Angels and will try small stakes on Mets. They on a 3-games losing streak and maybe is time to turn the things around, Chris Young is 3-0 in his last 7 games /incl. last season/ with quite good ERA 1.7, in 5 innings vs Phillies on 5.4. he allowed only 1 run and make 7 strikeouts and Mets are 5-2 vs left handed pitchers...so small stakes is worth a try... Mets 2.6 /bwin/

  9. Re: MLB: April 26th 2011 Picks

Yankees -136 to win 1 unit @ 5dimes Angels +105 to bet 1 unit @ 5dimes Really short on time, try to get back later
I would not be so confident in Yankees..i donť want to say that they will not win, White Sox are one of the weakest teams, but Nova as a starting pitcher for Yankees has ERA 7.63, in last 7 games he allowed 27 runks by just one win Also will probably prefer Athletics to win-again starting pitcher with better form, and with feel that Athletics will not lose two games in a row my picks for today : to win Mets, Phillies, Indians, Athletics Season:
    W-L 13-*7 65.00% , +2220
  10. Re: Austria - League II - 12th April

Hartberg – WAC St. Andrä Hartberg AH +0' date=5 Bet365, 1,35 I know, odds not really good. But still I want to bet on this one. Hartberg is one of the strongest teams in this league at the moment. It's very hard to beat them. Leader Admira was the only team who was able to do that this year. But WAC St. Andrä is also not so bad. Last Friday they drew at home against Hartberg (0:0) and missed a penalty. But they have problems to win games. Only one victory in the last 5 games. 3:1 at home against a weak St. Pölten. Hartberg is much stronger than St. Pölten at the moment. I am not very excited about the low odds, because WAC St. Andrä can be kind of dangerous. But still I want to try, and I believe Hartberg can make it. :lol
I´m also tempting by this one, i will probably go for Hartberg DNB...St. Andra should be without Messner, Kehre and Falk, who are all regular players and the team has nothing to play for..
  11. Re: Sweden Allsvenskan July 31st - August 2nd 2010

maximize.gif Malmö FF v GAIS 1 @ 1.55 GAIS cant score and sold their best goalscorer to Saudi Arabia and now they come to visit one of the strongest team at home this season, sorry i see no way they will get a point with them home here. Malmö FF is nearly full team Edward Ofere is suspended and some players are still injured, but no new injurys. GAIS will miss their captain and some other not so important players. I think it will be a solid win for Malmö here and maybe beat the -1 handicapp too! Some thoughts on the other matches: maximize.gif IF Elfsborg v Gefle IF Elfsborg is good at home much thanks to their ariticifel pitch, but to this match it wont be any + thing because Gefle has ariticifel pitch too so they are used to it. Elfsborg has had very hard against Gefle in the latest years. I think they will win but it can be draw too and the odds @ 1.50 on Elfsborg feels to low for me to bet on, i stay away from this 1. maximize.gif IFK Göteborg v Kalmar FF Both played Europe Leauge match 29 july so maybe they will be a little fatigued. Kalmar usually has a good attack but we didnt see anything of this the latest matches and Göteborg who sucks this year is kinda solid at home i feel that this match can go any way so i wont bet at it. Göteborg won the first meeting with 3-0 but they been awful since then. GL on ur picks
Kalmar will have lot of missings, including both goalies, so i will take IFK for win

According to http://infobettor.com/en/preview/view/4784/ifk_goteborg_vs_kalmar/ Kalmar will have lot of missings, including both first goalies, so i will take IFK with small stakes here
  13. Re: UEFA Europa League > 29th July

Are they important players mate ? If it's so, I'll take CZ -1 @ 2.15
Yes, Halenar, Obzera, Bagi and Kordic are ofensive players, so it seems that Ivana will be the only attacker and Breznanik and Dobrotka are regular players with defensive tasks. I think that especially Halenar, Obzera and both defensive players are important missings. Crvena Zvezda is favorite here, only question is, how serious will take the match
  14. Re: UEFA Champions League > 27th - 28th July

Litex are very dominant at home. They will try to put preassure on Zilina but that is two edged sword. The pitch in Lovech is relatively small, which allows for fast counters etc. But generally Litex are using the size of their home pitch to their own advantage, or at least I have been left with that impression. Litex's home record in Europe is pretty good, they don't only lose at home to teams like Hamburger, Aston Villa etc. Last years clash with BATE was the exception. I don't know if 1.67 is worth the risk.
Complete agree with you. Zilina is in no way comparable to Lovech. They were struggling against Birkirkara, they are struggling in Corgon league. Zilina had relative long journey to Bulgaria, their plane was late, so Zilina will have only one training before match I will try Lovech -0.5&-1 for 1.89 on Betfair
