  1. Re: Netherlands, Eredivisie - 17/19 Feb

Is it me or has both eredivisie and eerste divisie been a bit confusing since winter break? The scoring has been inconsistent' date=' the season started with a lot of 2h action but now it seems to have quiet down? Anyone with ideas on this? Is the weather playing a role in these matches?[/quote'] Watching the majority of the games in Eredivisie for some time now and I'm pretty sure the weather conditions/winter directly influences results there. There wasn't any snow this week through Holland, but heavy rain on most of the matches Fri/Sat and mild sunny weather on all Sundays games. Look at the results delivered and theres obvious difference! With the spring on its way I believe that well known trends in Holland will continue
  2. Re: Netherlands, Eredivisie - 10/12 Feb Nothing but winners in this thread so far :clap Well done all, esp McN for his 4/4 Not sure if I'll be taking something tomorrow but looking at Heerenveen match and I think that we'll see goals at both ends there. Waalwijk hit some form of late winning their last two to nil scoring 7 in the process and they will surely be up for this. Heerenveen were somehow lucky to win 4-3 in a thriller against Roda last week when their defence looked a real mess. Its a winnable game for Heerenveen and 2,20 looks juicy indeed but I would stay away from the outright market here, although I can certainly see them scoring some. Price on btts a bit skinny to me and not worth the risk. I will be looking at teams totals and weather conditions in Waalwijk and decide if I'll have a punt. Local odds on individual totals 1,5 for both teams a bit more generous than the ones offered online. May get both teams to score two! Feyenoord should't miss the chance of kicking Ajax out of the top four again. They are rightly favs against Vittese and should easily win this. Not sure of the odds though. Would stay away from the remaining two games. Utrecht looks heavily overrated and theres value on Den Haag but I wont back a team that lost 0-6 at home last week. GL guys and fingers crossed weekend continues in same style!

  3. Re: Netherlands, Eredivisie - 10/12 Feb VVV Venlo Total Goals Over 1.5 @ 3,00 (7/10) local 365 offers the same bet at 2,62 what's best price atm on-line and still holds great value Venlo stenghtened their team during the winterbreak in an effort to avoid relegation this season. As a result they've won their two most recent home games (2:1 v Feyenoord & 2:0 v Roda). They are still strugling away from home but at their own turf they are capable of beating anyone. They tend to rise their game when playing big names as was seen earlier this season (2:2 v Ajax & 3:3 v PSV). Groningen in big crisis atm, lost two in a row and were totally outplayed by 'weak' Waalwijk (0:3) last week and shouldn't be such a favs for this one imo! The reason for being such a strong favourites must be Venlo's rock bottom position of the table and the 6-1-0 H2H record in their favour. Three of those seven H2H's were played at Venlo and ended 2:5, 2:2 and 3:5. Man would think there should be goals in this one or Groningen will outscore Venlo once again, but after seeing Groningen last week I doubt they will score here and can't imagine them winning this. I may be wrong however and decided to go with what I think is the most valuable option to bet on this match. :hope

  4. Re: Turkey Super Lig 2011/2012 Karabukspor v Samsunspor Over 2,5 Goal Line @ 1,98 bet365 (4/10) Last six matches of Karabuk have all gone over this line while four of the last six of Sumsum have also gone over. Samsun look re-born after Gekas came in and after the great win over Fener last week their morale has to be sky high now and they will look to make two wins in a row for the first time this season. None of the teams will be satisfied with a point here as it will be equal to loss considering their table positions, so I like to think it will be an open game and at this price I'm happy to have a go. This game was postponed few days ago because of the weather conditions and I don't know how the weather will be today, so keeping the stakes low.

  5. Re: Netherlands, Eredivisie - 3/5 Feb Well done on Heerenveen guys :clap:clap

Another match that can be a goal fest is Ajax-Utrecht. I think that every punter remembers the result from their first game - Ajax will be revengeful. Utrecht is a team with short bench' date= small number of quality players, especially in defence. My choice is Ajax HW & Over 3,5 @2,25 (local)
Do not hurry with this one mate! Ajax will improvise with the team as many of their regulars not able to play. Utrecht has won last three mutual meetings and know they have a chance, especially against this depleted Ajax side. Utrecht on a plus hcp should be quite safe bet.
  6. Re: Belgium - Jupiler League - 24-26 January Yeah, Mons do look value at 3,75 and I was thinking of backing them as they have bring me some nice profits this season, but won't go with them tonight! Reason is simple, they should be safe in the middle of the table at the end that's their goal this season. They have big euro aspirations and that could easily be achived with them being in the semis of the cup as well as 3 other mediocre clubs (no big names left). Mons will host Kortrijk in the first leg of the Cup in just a few days and they are already with an eye on that one and it's expected not to risk much tonight and stay fresh for their game of the season on Wednesday. For Brugge points are a must and they seems to be back on track after beating 3-0 Lokeren, midweek. Don't have major absentees and like this game more. Took Brugge @ 2,05 for 4pts and a few coins on Mons HT/Brugge FT as Kavkaz suggested. Good luck to those involved!

  7. Re: Upgrade - Oustanding Problems/Issues?

What link? Really need more details or I'm pissing in the wind here guys. :ok
There was a The Punters Lounge-and so on forum link at the right end of every page, somewhere near where Contact Us is now. Very handy after I scroll all the way down. Maybe the black logo can take the role now. Overall, to me it looks much better than yesterday. :clap PS Text stays in the quick reply box after posting.
  8. Re: Tennis: Australian Open 2012 I bet everyone on Sharapova tonight never seen Kvitova play on this event! By my thinking Kvitova will easily win this. She's in great form, totally outplayed every single girl she met so far and they all looked scared of her strenght. Kvitova just wasn't really motivated yesterday so I won't read too much in that 'tight' win against Errani. Im sure motivation will be on higher level this time and no matter how good Sharapova feels in Australia she's always struggling on serve and won't have any chance on 2nd, besides Kvitova should be much better in the rallies. Took Kvitova -1,5 games @ 1,90 with 6 pts.

  9. Re: Major Forum Upgrade - Due to go live Monday Evening Expected more and now I think the old look was better. Agree with mnixo about the top of the site and I just see that can't use emoticons when posting quick reply. Tried to log in as usualy with chrome but my pass is incorect, while it's ok with firefox. Im not interested in horses and poker but can't disable them with this new look which makes harder to navigate. These are the things that comes to my mind at the minute.

  10. Re: Handball Poland -0,5 at Half Time v Macedonia @ 1,80 365 (6/10) Saw all of the games of our team on this c'ship and with the quality, determination and the support from the stands we have shown that we can beat anyone. We have drawn the first game against Sweden, than lost very unlucky! by a single goal against Germany in a game we were in total control and in the decisive game we easily beat Czech by six goal margin to advance in the main round. We have kept making surprises and had positive result against Denmark as it was 32-32 with a minute to go and we had the ball in our hands. We somehow managed to miss the last shot 5 secs before the whistle and Danes scored!! to win the game. That last minute will have big impact on the morale of our team in todays game I believe. Can't see our players motivated as much as they were in the previous games, fatigue won't be on the same level and it's Monday game so there won't be eight player from the stands for Macedonia! Poles were trailing 11 goals at half time against Sweden in the first game of main round, to make the most incredible come back I have seen in handball so far and took a point (29-29) at the end. That gives them a slight chance for the semifinals now and their manager says that the game against Macedonia is like a final to them. They have better individual quality on every position then us, bar Lazarov and if this game starts from where latest games of this two ended I can only see Poland easily beating us. This half time line is much more appealing to me as we have never been defeated with the full time hcp even being underdogs in every single game on this championship and it may be the case today, in fact I have so much hope we'll have positive result at the end but wouldn't like to miss this nice chance to profit. Nice work so far, dabic :ok

  11. Re: Tennis: Australian Open 2012

'Not at all' date=' I just like double checking my bets'. :lol[/quote'] :rollin me took one :hope Falla @ 3 is incredible value with the fashion hes playing here. Kohli almost slipped against Monaco in R1 while Columbian played exceptionally good tennis against Fish. Overs looks for certain in this one but I'm afraid of Fallas form and played safe! 4pts bet
  12. Re: Tennis: Australian Open 2012

Well yes... :lol John Isner vs Feliciano Lopez- Over 32.5 games- 5/6 Sportingbet- (8/10) Extremely big stakes for me but this line is tiny so I'll take it before they remove it. Sportingbet did this a couple of times during the darts-put stupid lines up before they realise what they've done so I'll take advantage of that. Most places have this line up around the 41/42 mark so that highlights how low this line is. Neither will find it easy to break one another given the serving power of both players so there should be a tie break or two I'd imagine which all but covers this line. Be hugely surprised if either guy wins in 3 simple sets so I'm jumping on this line as quick as I would if Emma Rigby (google if you're not sure) were in front of me.
    :lol :eek
  13. Re: England > Weekend > BlueSQ Bet Prem, North & South Jan 14 This Russian bookie http://betcityru.com/ offers FGR -1.5 @2,40! Don't know how secure are they on-line as I'm only betting in their street shop here. Should I put some on FGR at that price, is that value? Other local shops here have FGR Total Goals Over 2.5 at around evens, but this one http://www.mozzartbet.com have the same bet at 2,90. That must be value!? What's your prediction on a correct score there addpea?

  14. Re: Tennis 8th-15th Jan

Kerber needed medical TO in her last match vs Cirstea at the beginning of the 3rd set. Kerber broke for *1-0 in third, then lost 2 next games, and at *1-2 she needed medical help on her hand wrist. After that she looked pretty bad, Cirstea ran to 4-1* and 40-0* ,had chances to make it 5-1 but she eventually lost 5-7, although she was serving for match at *5-3 *40-15 ! All I'm saying is that it's questionable how that wrist of Kerber is feeling, and if we know that her biggest weapon is serve and forehand (due to her very bad movement) this bet turns into a tricky one...
Watched that final set! Was waiting for the Barthel match to begin because couldn't sleep and took a cheeky punt in that one. Barthel outplayed the defending champ there and the quality in that QF looked match better than that 3rd set in the previous QF. Barthel is very promising player, looks like she has hit some form and determined to go all the way here. Took her on a hcp +3,5 early this morning!
