Re: Champions league - Matchday 5 - Tuesday 25th November
Hardly a newbie, you should have looked at his 'joined date' instead of his post count. Your and other Celtic fans attitude has come accross as quite condesending, albeit in the face of the most blatent provocation. Leave the stupid Rangers/Celtic bickering to the playground. Can tell your a newbie without even looking at your post count. In recent months there have been some ugly issues discussed on the PL between both Celtic and Rangers fans....and some others for that matter which have led to various good threads being rightly locked and closed. This other newbie comes on with utter garbage which will insight a reaction from most Celtic fans, and he done this deliberatly - that is why I suggested he should be banned to stop a repeat of previous convos :ok Nothing cliquey about it ;) -
Re: Statistical Football Prediction Model 2008 At time of reading previous post I got Barnsley at 2.82 on Betfair. :ok £30 stake, was a serious sweat at the end though :puke Ive had many sides blow 2 goal leads this season, 3 would have took the biscuit. Many thanks for the top tip mate :cheers

Re: My Statistical Football Betting System The Swifts have doubts over Timmy Adamson, Ryan Mullan and Darragh Peden for the JJB Sports Premiership meeting with the Whites at New Grosvenor. Adamson has a calf problem, Mullan could miss out with a toe injury and Peden has a leg injury. Mark McAllister is serving a suspension while Johnny Montgomery has returned to IFA Championship club Loughgall. Distillery are just four points behind the leaders after claiming 10 points from a possible 12. Team news very much reinforces reasoning behind backing Distillery. The Swifts are 4 from bottom but having played a game more than 2 below them they could soon find themselves in bottom 2. :cheers

Re: My Statistical Football Betting System Great work again Lechero, hopefully be a profitable weekend!! Distillery, coming off the back of a good win at Newry, should have too much for the Swifts although I was quite surprised at the difference in ratings! Good luck!

Re: Germany v England 19th November 2008 - 7.45 pm gmt
:beer :nanaAll logical reasoning is telling me to back the Germans, however I think something strange may happen tonight. With the absence of some many English 'stars' I have a notion that England may pull one out of the hat. What basically is a second string team out to show they are more than worthy of their place in the side, they will hold no fear which I think could lead to a very open game. They may even play like more of a TEAM given the absence of a few under achieving 'world beaters' that have bluffed off after playing full games for their teams at the weekend. So im going to get on the limeys at 4s and try to cover myself on over 2.5 goals at 2.2. -
Re: Germany v England 19th November 2008 - 7.45 pm gmt GOAL! Now I lay the English at 1.75 and its win-win!! :)
-
Re: Germany v England 19th November 2008 - 7.45 pm gmt If the game is anywhere near as hostile as the anthems this could be very tasty indeed!!

Re: World Cup Qualifiers 19/20 Nov
Wrong thread buddy :cheersfriendlies are always 'friendlies' There are some teams that in friendlies always 'play' softer than when it would be for real! Italy ea is such a team! holland-sweden! with the new coach holland dont tend to score a lot of games ... they play pretty constructive imo ... maybe a reason for the riskers to put somehting on sweden... they are not such a brilliant team but with ibracadabra on a role anything is possible! the odds for germany have dropped unfortunately ... so dunno if i will put somehting on them! for sure the 'big' games like schotland-argentina brazil-portugal and germany-england attract my attention! (diego's debute, brezil and portugese players = spettacolo :)) brazil-portugal so ... over = 1.9 ... only a miracle = under :D also france - uruguay over pays well ... france doesnt play very well recently, but in friendlies they can experiment new things (for the good or for the bad = goals against) so i think this might be a good option! without treze ea, they still have benzema, ribery etc ... still a good team imo! for scotland-argentina, i have no clue who to pick ... i saw schotland-norway (i think) and i wosnt really impressed by the scots ... on the other hand a debute for maradonna and some players that are not in the list (like ea aguero and if im not wrong also milito aint there) ... if it will be a full house maybe 1x will be a nice option that goes good for both sides! cheers! -
Re: Kempton 17/11/08
YYYEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEHAAAAAAAAAAAA :drums:cheers:beer Brilliant tip Fintron.3.40 Kempton I'm going to take a chance on one of the outsiders here at a big price, Back in the Red. The thing that caught my attention about him was that he is now 12 lbs lower than his last winning mark and he also has a handy draw in stall 10 for this 6 furlong sprint. Ron Harris' charge's last win came a year ago, and even though he hasn't won in thirteen runs since, there is no getting away from the fact he is down to a potentially decent mark. His other career wins have come of 56, 58 and 64, so todays rating of 58 should be within his capabilities. Blinkers replace the cheekpieces worn last time out so could make a difference and as previously stated, his draw his ideal here if he decides to make all (he has won both being held up and making all previously). 16/1 Ladbrokes, 5 pts EW. -

Re: Champions League: Group Stage- Matchday 5 Wednesday 5th November
AJ strikes again!! Thank you kindly my money making friend!! :cheersOnly bet for me tonight is a lay of Villareal. The Danes aren't a bad team, they showed they can score some goals last week. The group is pretty much over, top two will go through. Villareal at 1.5 is a nonsense, I'd have looked for much closer to evens on them so will lay them. Draw is most likely result. -
Re: Champions League Group Stage: Matchday 4- Tuesday 4th November
GL with that Spooner, however given the last round of matches, with so few goals scored (bar Barca) I can see a repeat tonight. Either that or a lucky 15 on 2-nils! Me personaly am on unders for every game (bar Barca again!)Sitting here thinking what I could do with tonights games, To me all the favourites look strong favourites imo. Im going to back all favourites -1 on the handicap and will see what kind of profit or loss we come out with. This may seem a bit silly to some but I can see a few teams winning by two goals or more tonight. If we get some of the 'bigger prices' it won't take many games to make a profit. We shall see anyway. :ok Anorthosis v Inter - Inter -1 @ 8/5 Bet365 Barca v Basel - Barca -1 @ 2/5 Stan James CFR Cluj v Bordeaux - CFR Cluj -1 @ 4/1 Bet365 Liverpool v Atletico Madrid - Liverpool -1 @ 15/8 Bet365 Marseille v PSV Eindhoven - Marseille -1 @ 13/5 Bet365 Roma v Chelsea - Chelsea -1 @ 10/3 Bet365 Sporting Lisbon v Shakhtar Donetsk - Sporting Lisbon -1 @ 23/10 Bet365 Werder Bremen v Panathinaikos - Werder Bremen @ 11/10 Betfred :hope -
Re: Rugby League: World Cup 2008 Bollocks to that, 30-6 to the Aussies. Some dubious video ref decisons made the scoreline flattering though. In saying that, thatAussie defence is immense!!
-
Re: Rugby League: World Cup 2008 NZ +12 V Aussies at evens. Very seldom does more than 6/8 points separate these sides, bar that last meet which was over after 30 mins. Some big changes for the kangaroos and some experts say they are vunerable.

Re: UEFA Cup - Thursday 23rd Oct 08 Many many thanks to Spooner (AC and Villa) Kolonio(Shalke), alexmeil (st Etienne) and Jonsey(Udinese) for the 1st class info. A nice lift of Lads to the tune of over 400 beer tokens! Brilliant stuff.

Re: Champions League: Group Stage- Matchday Three Tuesday 21st October Have to get on Real Madrid folks, anything above evens is a gift, never mind the 8/5 offered by Lads. Lyon has to be favoured away to Steaua. Keita and Grosso both getting a game under their belts in last game and should provide good attacking options, also the fact that Lyon MUST play to win after 2 draws. To make up my treble I will take the tasty 1.90 on offer for over 2.5 in the United/Celtic Battle of Britain! ;) 20 quid will return just shy of 220 beer tokens! :hope

Not targeting anyone buddy, nor am I getting into any petty arguements. I quoted your post as it explained the previous bad feeling on here with regards the Old Firm, surely everyone should know by now not to raise to the bait. If I wanted to listen to all this sh1t I would head down the street for a sash bash, however im only on here with the aim of making a few bob and trying to share any helpful info with other punters.
