Re: Best Bet Of The Day ~ Wednesday 2nd July 5.00 Catterick MISTER FIZZBOMB WIN Ive been following this horse for a while and tipped him E/W in a class 4 handicap a week ago where he came in third. He is down to class 6 today at Catterick. He has won here over this distance and similar ground here last year. He has not won lately but i think today is his day. He also got a high draw which will do him no harm. MISTER FIZZBOMB WIN

It looks a strong enough race with a lot of distance winners in it and some course and distance winners. The horse im going for is Hawkit. He is a course and distance winner and handles most types of ground. The soft ground should be of no problem to him. He was second threedays ago in Newcastle in a Class 4 handicap. He is carring more weight today but is a progressive horse and has a good chance. He has won twice here in Hamiliton and has won 4 times over this distance. His last win was last year over this course and distance so i expect him to return to winning ways today. The trainer also runs Shy Glance in this race who won last time out at Ayr but Hawkit is my choice of these horses. He is around 10/3 or 3/1 at the moment. HAWKIT WIN:hope

Re: Best bet of the day weds 25/06 7.30 Nass 1m 2f Carraigoona WIN Carraigoona is one of Jim Bolgers horses from the great Rock of Gibralter. The stable is in great form. This horse was beaten favourite last time out but was runner up the run before that. I think he has a great chance tonight at around 4/1. He ran a stinker last time out and i think he may make up for that tonight with Kevin manning on board. he is drawn high which is also a advantage at Nass. The big threat in the race is Johnny Murtagh's horse Nasdaq but i think Carraigoona will have to much for him. WIN

Re: Newbury 24/6 20.30 Newbury Suzi's Decision A competitive 1m 2f 6y handicap here with 11 going to post. I fancy Suzi's Decision here to land. It loves the good to firm going and can easily handle the distance. Came 8th last time out but a drop back down to its optimum trip should do it no harm. The favourite black Dahlia is up 6lb from its win in a class 5 handicap in Doncaster and is around 11/4 while Suzi's Decision is trading at about 4/1. If Suzi's Decision repeats the form of its run a month ago winning at Pontefract. I think this is an improving horse that could score tonight from stall 7 Suzi's Decision WIN:hope:hope:hope

The short favourite Riley Boys wone over this course and distance 13 days ago by 1 3/4 lenghts to Mister Fizzbomb. Princess Cocoa has also won over this course and distance. Since the last day out Riley Boys is up 6lb while Mister Fizzbomb is 3lb better off today. This should see a reversal of the result two weeks ago. The only fear for Mister Fizzbomb is that he is drawn in stall 1 which will hinder him but i expect him to get up for a place in the top two at around 10/1. Mister Fizzbomb 0.5pts E/W

Fell three fences from home while contesting the lead.:wall:wall:wallWell everyone ive been viewing this forum for quiet a while now as a guest and have decided to give a go at the BBOTD competition.Ive gave a read over the rules. Il start today to get into a routine before the start of next month. Some top tipsters here but il give it a go. 7.00 Kilbeggan 3m Handicap On paper this looks like a two horse race between Balrath Leader and Lady's Gesture. Balrath leader was second here by 1 3/4 lenghts over 2m4f three weeks on his reapperance with DJ Condon on board but tonight Ruby Walsh is booked to ride him for the first time. It looks an intresting booking for this horse and he should be able to handle the firm ground. He is still to win in his career but the step up in trip might help him. Lady's Gesture won on its last outing over 2m6f in Limerick 2 weeks ago with J M Allen on board who usually rides him. Tonight he is rode by P Townsend for the first time and this may be a disadvantage. I think Balrath Leader could win for the first time here tonight under Ruby and he will probably go off at 3/1. Re: Best Bet Of The Day - Thursday 3rd July 17.00 Yarmouth 1m1f AMICABLE TERMS WIN I think this race is between Amicable Terms and Charlevoix and the bookmakers think so aswel. Amicable Terms is dropping in trip which should suit him while Charlevoix is going up in trip. Amicable Terms has won 2 from four on turf and i expect him to continue that form today. He is carrying a 6lbs penalty today from her previous win so i hope she can get over this and i think 2/1 is not a bad price. AMICABLE TERMS 1pt WIN
