  1. Re: Euro hockey leagues: 8/1

I have used some time looking at stats and trends in the european leagues today. Out of many matches in the league I have decided to go for average bets on these matches. Not knowing much about squad status and injuries it all have to be taken with some caution by readers. Still I see good possibillities hitting on over 50% of them: Russian SuperLeague: Avangard Omsk - Mvd Tver, away win ML 2.90 Khimik-Neftekhimik - Neftekhimik, away win ML 3.15 A double: CSKA Moscow - Sibir Novosibirsk Ak Bars Kazan - Traktor CSKA & Ak Bars, total odds 1.96 Czech 02 ExtraLeague Znojmo - Trinec, home win STR 2.16 A double: Bill Tygri Liberec - Okna Zlin Ceske Budejovice - Karlovy Vary Liberec & Ceske, total odds 2.36 Slovakian ExtraLeague Nitra - Kezmarok, home win STR 2.26 DEL Bundesliga Adler Mannheim - Frankfurt Lions, home win STR 2.16 Eisbären Berlin - Kölner Haie, home win STR 1.90 Austria EHL Vienna Capitals - VSV, home win STR 1.80 Red Bull Salzburg - Linz, home win STR 1.90 They are also combined in a double with total odds of 3.42 All bets are placed on @betsson.
Went in total of 6/13 yesterday, not very satisfied I must say. The 3rd period killed me off since I was about to hit on 9 before Nitra, Lillehammer and Ceske bailed out... Below 50% is not accepted, need to capitalize for the next days though.
  2. Re: Euro hockey leagues: 8 - 9/1

Damien Marek : I must have been half asleep all day' date= just now noticed that "formerly known as kimera" thing...Glad to see you back, I for one have missed you :ok
Well, I must say that I hit the wall motivation-wise in the betting markets. With so much to do in my spare time something had to be sacrificed...:\ And why not resurrect in another format than before, just for the fun of it... Good to hear my inputs earlier was appreciated though, brings back some more motivation I guess. Good to see you still are going strong, many nice bets from your side yesterday!:ok

A little update for now. Many matches still running though. So far hitting 3 out of 6, and those left looking pretty good except Storhamar which trails 4-2 against Frisk/Asker in the 3rd... Also kind of irritated that Ceske only manage a 0-0 draw and Nitra leading 3-2 until late in the 3rd.
  4. Re: Euro hockey leagues: 8/1 Passed the Esbjerg bet cause of Fredrikshavns form and the slight incosistency of the home team. Going from 4-1 to almost losing the game against Rödovre last time makes me unsure of them. Yes, as G:G points out, it could be a sign that they want to come back and change things around, but for me it more looks like they struggle with stability. The difference between being terrible to fantastic are to connected. Staying away from it. Many goals will come though, but 1.5 on over 5.5 is without value. Lillehammers injuries weakens my bet heavily though. Vålerenga might be to strong for them with key players out, but as I mentioned in my former posts, all my bets were made on trends and form considerations. Totempo on the other hand looks very interesting and I will have a go on it. Your analysis convinced me G:G. I take the double chance and have a small punt on ML 2.45. It is only small though, since the danish league don`t have shootouts as many other leagues have. Salzburg and Storhamar are teams I am already on, considering the handicap on SønderjyskE. Probably the only things that stop me for know is the reluctance to play Hc on icehockey, when so many factors might have an impact on the matches... Anyway, good luck with your bets this evening G:G!:ok

  5. Re: Euro hockey leagues: 8/1 Just a little notice. League leader Salavat Ufa are under 0-2 at home late in the 3rd against lowly Chekhov! There is 51 points in difference between the teams!!! Smells fishy, but as always I would let it be the notion that Salavat have a terrible day at work while Chekhov having the greatest...

  6. Re: Euro hockey leagues: 8/1 Well I guess it might sound a little "cheesy" not writing any analysis on the matches...:\ Thinking I would sit in front of my cpu all day instead of some hours if that would be the issue. But still the teams form and trends are clear when I look on them. Anyway it could be a pointer for guys who want to check the matches out further, therefore I consider these posts like a "tool" for those with roster knowledge and team info. I have been following this tactic the recent weeks and I do actually have a track record of hitting from 50% and up, which is the purpose with it too. Thinking I could be nice to share my initial thoughts today...

  8. Re: Euro hockey leagues: 8/1

HK Mvd Tver to win (3.85 @ Bet365) I don't see any reason that Omsk should have so small odds in this match. They have started this season as awful as they could. They have managed to get near the middle of the table now, but their performance didn't improve a bit. They have changed the coach before the New Year, but nevertheless lost the next match. They don't have a straight win in last 4 home matches. Sure, they are capable of great things, but they just don't deliver. Tver is mid-table team with solid performances, especially away. They will easily lose to top teams, but they create a lot of headaches for not so strong teams. And Omsk is just that: not so strong. These odds are too big to pass me by. I know that Omsk is due some good performances, but I'm going after the team that will take an advantage of any mistakes that Omsk will make. They have met two weeks ago and Tver won 5:2 at home.
The offer on Tver (ML) should be a good "back-up" knowing that clubs in Russia rarely win with big margins playing away. The avg. line is around 2.80, which gives value in my opinion too... Went for the ML as the main bet, choosing a smaller punt on the straight win. Game time is 40 minutes away so if anyone want to jump on it, now its the time.
