Re: Tennis Masters Series : Hamburg (9th - 15th May 2005) Unrelated to hamburg, but has anyone any thoughts on 7/4 Henin-Hardenne for Paris. She is really back in form and has won me a few quid in the past.I think she'll shorten a lot so I may get in early. Any Russians hiding in the long grass? Any opinions?

Re: Tennis Masters Series : Hamburg (9th - 15th May 2005) 'It seems interest in tennis is dwindling by the day in PL, but I'll start a thread for the Hamburg Masters nonetheless - for those who know a thing or two about the sport, do feel free to contribute to make for a livelier discussion.' ;) Always interested in your views Edkth and follow and play a little tennis myself.Hard to follow the form of some of the minor players though and thats why your selections are even more impressive-particularly when compared with the Racing Posts match predictions who seem well able to create an odds on gamble which usually falters.Keep up the good work!

Re: GAA - National Football League Mar 5-6
A speculative effort from me.Pays 19.38 at Gamebookers.I think theres good value in the 1.91 on Clare to beat Leitrim so a large single there as well!Antrim v Waterford 1 1.25 Galway v Sligo 1 1.25 Roscommon v London 1 1.01 Wicklow v Louth 1 2.00 Mayo v Cork 1 1.91 Longford v Carlow 1 1.67 Leitrim v Clare 2 1.91 -
Re: Gaelic Games - National Hurling League 26-27 Feb You can get Antrim at evens in Gamebookers.

Re: 6 Nations Rugby [Alex - agreed, scotland were so unlucky, france certainly dont look like the winners, and scotland look a lot better than i thought What do you agree, Scotland were poor, France were shocking.People giving Scotland credit for a brave display are less than doolhardy, Scotland are at best second rate,Italy would have beaten France today. It was the worst French display i've ever seen and they were extremely lucky that they were up against a joke of an international side.I wanted Scotland to win ,dont get me wrong but Laportes selection from 6-10 beggars belief.France cant get worse and wiill come respond but dont get carried away by an unlucky Scotland defeat.I still believe Italy are value to win in Murrayfield and i'll take 4/1 any day.

Re: Snooker: Malta Cup Hendry has said this is the best hes played in years, he's practicing more and seems to have the hunger back. And considering he's the best player ever to pick up a cue, that sounds ominous. He rarely blows his own trumpet so when he says he's on form, only a fool would back against him in my humble opinion!

Re: Gaelic Games - The Real NFL matches 4-6 Feb The 2/7 on Wicklow to beat Waterford(Ladbrokes) is buying money.Even the 1.2 offerd elsewhere seems generous to me as this is a certain victory for Wicklow.Wicklow have always been tough to beat at home and are now fully behind their manager for the first time in years. The gap between these sides is huge and backing them here is a must for every punter.I'm not one for huge bets but this is the biggest cert i've seen for a while and if Laddies take it i'll be having 1400 on Wicklow to make 400.Might seem over the top but why not when i'm 99% sure of an easy victory. Dublin at 1.75 looks good as well as Monaghan to beat Carlow if i cant get max stakes on Wicklow. For non GAA followers, the 2/7 on Wicklow is as good as the1/16 on Ireland to beat Italy or the 1/10 on Gretna to beat Elgin.Everyone should be on it in any accumalator. Wicklow max stakes 2/7 Lads.

Re: Gaelic Games - The Real NFL matches 4-6 Feb Kildare are huge at 11/4 to beat a Galway side very much on the wane and remember Wexford beat Galway here last year

Re: Boxing 14-15 May Agree with Matt.I know Khan has been steadily backed all week but i'd be very surprised if he beats Kindelen. Also Trinidad is very short to beat Winky Wright-i dont think theres much value in backing him at 1.44.
