  1. has anyone taken a look at the Istomin-Kecmanovic match?  Odds are even between the two and I know Denis hasn't been in the best of form, but Kecmanovic looks to be primarily a challenger player who has struggled with players below Istomin's level.

Kind of confused as to why Denis isn't a larger favorite in this matchup and I know nothing about Kecmanovic other than the unimpressive results.

  2. Re: Sky Bet Championship > December 5th & 6th i think that's more then a fair price on Cardiff for the HW. rotherham haven't gotten much done on t he road and Cardiff been stellar at home all season outside of that rut they seem to have gotten out of a few weeks ago. for a team seeking to surge up the table a game like this is a must win almost. not that that ensures anything, but there's a gulf in class between the two sides and i expect 15 places to be between them at seasons end

  3. Re: Brazil Serie A Thread 2014 i will still take Corinthians to win, 1.84, as price seems to be drifting now that ppl realizing not in home stadium? big game for the club and i believe because of their strong support throughout brazil majority of attendance will still be behind Corinthians. Corinthians have 2nd best defense, only conceding more then Gremio after the wild cleansheet streak they had. Vitoria held scoreless in 3 of last 4 away matches.

  4. Re: Brazil Serie A Thread 2014

After incidents between fans that took place at ?Arena Corinthians? (vs São Paulo)' date=' Corinthians were punished by STJD (Superior Tribunal de Justiça Desportiva), so, as marockee and cornelinho said earlier, the game will be played on neutral venue in Cuiaba, Mato Grosso. A long trip for Corinthians players (1328 kilometers ~ 825 miles).[/quote'] and what is the trip like for Vitora? do you fancy corinthians to win this? tia
  5. Re: Liverpool v Real Madrid > Wednesday October 22nd

My point is Liverpool at Anfield on a huge night like this, the fans are like a 12th man. They have the best fans in the world and I think that makes a difference. Also, Madrid don't come here full strength and they don't have to win, it is a must get result for Liverpool, a draw would be my most likely outcome but I couldn't back Madrid at odds-on here when they have Barcelona coming up at the weekend too.
i honestly would've echoed all of these sentiments, as it was something similar to this that had me enticed to play Roma at home vs Bayern. and we see how that played out. ill probably stay away altogether, GL
  6. Re: Brazil Serie A Thread 2014 strongly considering a punt on Corinthians, hw, v. Vitoria. i think the odds available are good as Vitoria struggles on the road while Corinthians defense among the best. Corinthians are still chasing libertadores spots and will be looking at this match as a great chance for 3pts.

  7. Re: Anderlecht v Arsenal > Wednesday October 22nd well the price has drifted considerably and arsenal can be found for 1.82 (5dimes) and i have to think there is some serious value with that line on the away win. anderlecht have really taken some beatings at home in CL group stage and while they dominate in belgium they've always shrunk when up against bigger clubs in CL. so im strongly considering a punt on AW

  8. Re: AS Roma v FC Bayern München > Tuesday October 21st personally i think this is a great price on Roma. Being underrated here, and their home form since Rudi Garcia took over is flawless. I don't see bayern being too disappointed if they come away with only a point knowing they still get to face Roma and CSKA at home. This will be the biggest european night for Roma in years and i think they will get something. I think Bayern should be -.25 at most.

  9. Re: Sky Bet Championship > August 19th & 20th ive gone for Cardiff HW at 2.36, while Wigan is expected to be battling near the top end by seasons end, they've been unable to claim a win in either of first two games and got important injuries in Watson, mccann, Mcclean all out at the moment. I believe prices like this won't be available much at all for what may be the strongest side at home this season. They struggled at home in last years PL but I'm expecting few teams to grab points at Cardiff during this championship season.

  10. Re: Sky Bet Championship > August 19th & 20th from soccernet, re: Reading Reading have six senior players unavailable for the visit of Huddersfield Hal Robson-Kanu, Stephen Kelly, Danny Williams, Jem Karacan (all knee), Garath McCleary (back) and Danny Guthrie (calf) are all in the treatment room. New signings Jamie Mackie and Anton Ferdinand are also not expected to feature as they continue to build up their match fitness.
