    Re: Ascot 11/08/08 1.45 ASCOT TAGULA SUNRISE E/W 10/1 Had a bit to much weight in this last year when 4th.Similar ground and 7lb lighter 10/1 looks e/w value to me. 4.05 ACOT PRINCE OF THEBES E/W 11/1 Won this last year under same ground and 1lb higher and although not in top form recently can bounce back today and run a big race and again 11/1 ew looks value

    530 : Be Quiet (33/1) Just one to watch out for, had very good form in Ireland some time ago and came back the other week with a quiet ride when finishing 8th of 18 for new connections. Tries a longer trip and must be fitter so at 33's it may be worth a small bet in a race where the old dog Fontanesi is at the head of the market.

    Re: Goodwood Day 4 03/07/07 The 1st two races STOTSFOLD 11/1 AND SANDER CAMILLO 14/1 both a lot better than there last runs and the drier ground wil help. 3.30 UHOOMAGOO wins a race every year.The 9yo has won some good races and 40/1 is huge as is 50/1 for LADY LIVUS who has abilty and is well drawn in the 5.05 5.45 Nicholls 2nd string NORTHERN FLING who won well at Ripon early in the year has a squeak at 25/1

    850 Musselburgh : Strensall Copied from the EW thread; Back in his right grade after a couple of runs in class 4 handicaps, ran well despite finishing 7th last time out, was in the frame yards from the finish. Loves this course and has dropped to a mark in which he has won on before, the jockeys allowance just makes it more comfortable. Ground ideal, just cant see a reason why this wont run a very good race.

    Re: Glorious Goodwood DAY 1 Nice to see a really decent card at last.Just thought i would give my opinion on all races today! 2.15-BANADMA-Better than last run and weighted to go close. 2.50-HERON BAY-Has to improve on his win LTO but may be able to do that as it was an impresive run and @16/1 is not out of it. 3.25-ROYAL OATH-Jockey on this and not the fav which he normally rides also 9/4 looks very short in a race that could easily go to a big priced horse IMO.But will stick with this one 4.00-TIA MIA-Any price you like for this won a bit to find with the fav but may well do better this time. 4.35-GO SOLO-An other big priced one that may be worth a 2nd look as its from the pipe stable with the dazzler on board 5.05-EASTERN GIFT-Think this one is capable of stepping up on 1st couple of runs.Hannon 2yo always worth a 2nd look. 5.40-PRESS THE BUTTON Low weight who running into form and has a nice draw.Ran well in this last year.PRINCE OF THEBES has a poor draw but is better than shown this year and may run a place. GOOD LUCK ALL

    Re: Ascot 29th July Selections 2.50 ASCOT GALLERY GIRL E/W 16/1 - FANTASY BELIEVER E/W 12/1 In the big h/cap of the day i like Gallery Girl who form is 2312 and still on a nice weight.Trainers horses are running well and FANTASY BELIEVER who looks to be nearing top form so should go close today.

    4.00 Newcastle 12 runners go to post for Class 4 handicap over the minimum trip: Sunrise Safari (8/1 William Hill) - Top weight here today, but dropped 3lb by the handicapper. Forgive last run when plumb last, as it raced on completely the wrong side of the track in a much better race. Dropped 2 grades today, back to Class 4. Won its last race in this grade, and also that was the last time over todays trip which it seems well suited to. Favourite doesn't look particularly well handicapped, so this Ian Semple runner looks superb E/W value at the early 8's.

    Re: Ascot Saturday 28/07/07 3.10 ASCOT MR AVIATOR 11/1 E/W Can bounce back from a poor run LTO a lot better than that like when beating likley fav AL KHALEEJ over 1m1f.Interesting Jockey booking. 3.45 ASCOT RACER FOREVER 14/1 E/W-UHOOMAGOO 33/1 E/W There looks a lot more to come from RACER FOREVER who was a close up 5th in a hot Newmarket hcap.Has Jimmy Fortune who IMO is the best at riding young and unexposed horses.Although last years 2nd UHOOMAGOO is likely to find a couple of younger horses to good has a fair chance of a place 4.55 ASCOT THYOLO 33/1 E/W I will have a very small bet on THYOLO who has not run for a long time but is on a low mark.7f not ideal but may just run a decent race.
