  2. Re: Sweden, Superettan, 9/8

Like I wrote in my pick: Öster have played well lately' date=' 2-0 vs Häcken and 3-0 vs Sylvia, before that a close 0-1 loss to Kalmar in the cup. Previous stats not great but form says that Öster are on the way up, I don't think Bunkeflo will get a point from this one.[/quote'] ok man I'm with you on Oster ;)
  3. Re: CL 2nd qual rd - return leg (7 - 8/8)

165.gif against 1389.gif RB Salzburg vs. FC Ventspils The big difference between the Austrian Championship and the Latvian one, was showed in the first leg, played in Latvia, when Salzburg won with no troubles, 0-3, against FK Ventspils. Salzburg are the best Austrian team atm and they have a very good coach, Giovanni Trapattoni. Now what to expect from this game? It's all clear who will advance further. Ventspils come to Austria with 'nothing to lose' and if they don't attack from the first minute they have no chances. They must play a full offensive football because if they will wait for counters, Salzburg will score a goal and then it's all over. Salzburg won't play at full capacity, but in front of their own fans they don't want to dissapoint and they will manage to get another win against poor Ventspils. Pick : RB Salzburg to win.
2254.gif against 133.gif Shakhtar Donetsk vs. Pyunik Yerevan Shakhtar, one of my favourites team will host Pyunik Yerevan counting for the UEFA Champions League Qualifications. Shakhtar won with no big troubles in Armenia, a 2-0 that give them, 90-95% chances to go further. Pyunik will come to Ukraine with hopes, but with small chances, as they are facing one of the best Ukrainean teams. Shakhtar lost a good striker, Ciprian Marica, who is now with VfB Stuttgart. Also they lost Timoschuk who is now with Zenit St. Petersburg. But they still have quality players and one of the best romanian coaches, Mircea Lucescu. No doubt, Shaktar don't want to dissapoint their fans and they will try their best to get another victory. H2H :They met 3 times, and all the 3 meetings were won by Shakhtar, 2-0, 1-0, 3-1. Pick : Shakhtar Donetsk to win.
1776.gif against 1663.gif Steaua Bucuresti vs. Zaglebie Lubin. First leg won by Steaua, 1-0, thanks to the goal scored by defender Dorin Goian. It was a boring game, with no big chances, but Steaua managed to score a goal from a corner-kick. Even if you are the biggest Steaua fan, you must admit it, they play like s*it now. They are on the 1st spot in Romanian Divizia A, obtaining vicories at limit, 2-1 with Ceahlaul and 1-0 with Farul. Gica Hagi, Steaua coach, will send his best eleven on the pitch and he expects another win. Yesterday when the tickets for this game were sold many people fought for one. Gica Hagi convinced the suporters to make peace with Gigi Becali, after a 'war', because Becali held in this arm the flag from the rivals Dinamo. Steaua transferred Mihaita Plesan from Poli Timisoara, a very good player IMO. Now about Zaglebie. They say they come to win in Bucuresti...Yeah sure... Their boss promised his players a large sum of money if they will eliminate Steaua. It is not enough...you want to win and get the money, but can you win? Steaua are very strong at home and they have the advantage of own fans. Zaglebie's coach sais he has a plan for this game and he still hopes they will win... Yeah sure...The Romanian Championship is 2 classes over the Polish one. I thought at playing Steaua with -1 handicap but who knows? They will score 1 goal and wait for their opponents to make the move, and then strike on counter-attacks. Pick : Steaua Bucuresti to win
    Hehe 3/3 :)
  4. Re: Sweden, Superettan, 9/8

Landskrona still pretty unreliable even though they show a rising form, homewin probable, but don't underestimate Sylvia, they have a strong away record and always fight hard. Norrköping get back Gunnlaugsson, very important, they should also win, only problem is that thye have showed signs of decreasing form and maybe they feel a bit tu sure now. Mjällby, albeit with a poor away record, need the points to stay in the battle for a place in Allsvenskan, they won't give anything away.
    ok. thanks :clap

  6. Re: Croatia HNL Liga (Aug 4-5)

Do not have much time I am going on vacation. I beleive Hajduk is almost a banker. Too much of a quality difference and now when HAjduk won Budućnost in UEFA Cup qual I beleive players are not under pressure. Dinamo won yesterday in ZapreÅ¡ić and loosing another points for Hajduk could be a disaster. Also Vinkovci are place were there is going to be more HAjduk than Cibalia's supporters. Verpakovskis, new aquisition from Dynamo Kyev will play for the first time today. I expected Hajduk on -1,5 so -1 offer seems to me like a gift. Going here with high stakes cause all indicates that Hajduk will win here. GL
Thanks very much mate ! Happy Holidays ! ;)
  7. Re: Romania Liga I (Jul 28-29) Otelul Galati vs. CFR Cluj This game was supposed to be played on week-end but due to Otelul game in Intertoto was postponed for today. Otelul is a strong side in my opinion, a fact prooved by their wins in both game with turkish team Trabzonspor. They have some good technical players like Szekely, Daniel Stan and some good defenders. They sold their GK, Vatca, to Steaua Bucuresti. About CFR: Their bosses invested a lot in pre-season, they made their stadium bigger and bought some very good players. They signed U20 Portugal captain, Amoreirinha and another portuguese players. They played some very good friendllies and they perform well as a team. They have a new coach, Ioan Andone, ex Omonia Nicosia coach. CFR will start with the best eleven . Otelul Galati will miss their striker Daniel Stan. I think CFR wont' loose this one! Pick : CFR not to loose @ 1.4, bet365. ;)

  8. Re: Sweden: Superettan 24-28/6 G:G or meatman, can you tell me why the price on Atvidaberg FF is so high? 3.25 and they are playing with the last place...any infos? If Atvidaberg will play with their usual squad X2 or even 2 is a gift Also I like the over in Sylvia - Enkoping game. 5 of their last 6 games went over and atm Sylvia's goal average at home isn't so good 5-11 and Enkoping has 2-6. No victories at home for Sylvia and the same for Enkoping away. I think this will be a game with many goals...Any thoughts? Thanks

  9. Re: Finland, Kakkonen, 12 - 13/6

Ok' date=' I have to answer now... I guess that Lahti will win, the quality difference should be huge, p-iirot placed at 3d place in Kakkonen B, strong at home with 4-0-0 8-2, also 3 straight wins. I don't know how strong line up Lahti will have, but they usually take the cup seriously, reached semi final last year.[/quote'] thanks
