Re: Masters Cup - Shanghai What the hell is federer doing!? Come on man... you've beaten this guy 12 times before.

Re: GOLF:Australian Open Yeh I think the bookies have it right at the moment, its a contest between R. Allenby and Scott. Also, 11 players have managed back to back wins. Perhaps Allenby will make it a 12th.

Re: International Friendlies (Nov 14-15) Friendlies often result result in draws correct? So would it be best to use handicaps in these games?

Re: Masters Cup - Shanghai Sportsbet.com.au has Ljubicic favourite- just. 1.85 compared to Nalbandians 1.95. If thats the case I should jump on board.
-
Re: Masters Cup - Shanghai What are peoples thoughts on Nalbandian vs Ljubicic? Nalbandian is the defending champion and dont they normally follow up well? Ljubicic is priced as the favourite for this match though. Any reasons? Possibly because its his second match and hence has adjusted to the climate.

Re: A-League Round 12 - (Nov 9th - 12th) LIVE DISCUSSION Well...that makes up for his wasted chances from earlier.

Re: A-League Round 12 - (Nov 9th - 12th) GAME PREVIEWS I'd like to make a bet, but 2 goals away only for Adelaide. Thats horrible. But I cant bring myself to back Queensland either. Hmm very tricky.

Re: A-League Round 12 - (Nov 9th - 12th) GAME PREVIEWS Yeah I agree with beejay, 1-0 or 2-0 win for Sydney. Missed making a bet, odds weren't great anyway. Good luck guys, unfortunately not all of you can win though :p

Re: A-League Round 12 - (Nov 9th - 12th) LIVE DISCUSSION Well... I'm glad I only bet half. All in on man united. :)

Re: A-League Round 12 - (Nov 9th - 12th) GAME PREVIEWS You said Melbourne start well, and Perth end well. So Melbourne/Draw looks like very good odds do you think? Just for small stakes. Edit- especially as they appear to have close games.

Re: A-League Round 12 - (Nov 9th - 12th) LIVE DISCUSSION ..and I'm still fretting as to whether to bet the remaining money in my account on them... or wait till the premier league :p

Re: Australia - Melbourne Cup 3200m(2miles) Tues Nov 7 Bah... third, 8th and 9th my horses. Damn Japanese horses :p

Re: Australia - Melbourne Cup 3200m(2miles) Tues Nov 7 My bets- Activation - each way Mandela - each way Maybe Better - each way BOX trifecta;- Activation, Tawqeet, Maybe Better, Pop Rock Good luck guys.
-
Re: Australia - Melbourne Cup 3200m(2miles) Tues Nov 7 I very much like Activation too. I've already placed my bet while odds are good. However, barrier 22. May cause problems? Also, has not run the distance.
-
Re: Australia - Melbourne Cup 3200m(2miles) Tues Nov 7 Hmm, I thought Tawqeet got a lucky run in the Metro, and Activation should have won that. Also is 3 kg heavier. However, you're right about Caulfield and I should give him more consideration but also not much value in the odds. I've scratched Yeats from my list. I don't really like the idea of imported horses much, especially with the current statistic - what was it, 2 out of the last 50 or something? And it has a very heavy weight. Don't think it will hold out and will be overrun in the end straight.

Re: Australia - Melbourne Cup 3200m(2miles) Tues Nov 7 I've narrowed my selection to- Efficient (worry that he is young and inexperienced, but what a super horse) Activation Maybe Better Yeats Mandela Anyone have thoughts?

Re: GOLF:Australian Open I was considering that myself. Not sure on the last one though... greens pretty good golfer isn't he? Though baddeley does well in this tournament and is at nice odds. By the way, last years conditions were very windy when Allenby won.
