HI all. Was looking at the BHA stats regarding the percentage of odds on favourites each year, and although its been pretty consistent over the years there was a massive spike in 2003 followed by a big drop in 2004 and 2005. Can anyone remember anything about that time that would explain why the number of odds on favourites would jump and then drop like that? Cheers!
