  1. Re: International Friendlies - 8th/9th Feb Great to hear that we Poles who tipped against our own team helped all u to gain some cash. As I wrote in my post I didn`t bet against Poles but took over 2.5 bet (also profitable);) . I had small entertaining ht/ft 2/1 bet @29 at lads but it was wasted by that lousy wooden bastard Rasiak who didn`t make the score having empty goal before him.:wall He was standing less then 10m before the goal... :spank Well, I don`t know how is he scoring in Derby games. Gotta see it some time cause it`s hard to believe...:dude cheers guys:cheers yours snatch

  2. Re: International Friendlies - 8th/9th Feb Although I am Polish I don`t think I `ll back Poland this Wednesday. Poland meets Belarus in the unique double game on Wednesday and Saturday. The first game will be played with the strongest possible squad at the moment. Most of the first lineup will be players playing in the foreign leagues. The Polish league unfortunately has a long break and the most Polish based players aren`t in form nowadays. That`s makes me worry about the attacking duo of Frankowski and Żurawski - both Polish champion (Wisła) players. Dudek between the posts should be ok. The defence is rather decent but the offence is rather weak. There ain`t many creative players there considering the fact that rather important midfilelder Szymkowiak won`t play. Hth with Belarus at home: 4:1 Euro quali 2001 1:1 friendly 1996 1:1 friendly 1994 Belarus away results indicate that they are strong travelling teams - mind 3:4 in Italy, 1:1 in Norway, 2:1 in Turkey in the second half of last year. I can`t see value in backin Poles at the odds of @1.5. I`d rather look for >@7 for guests. Since I don`t like to bet against my country I `ll skip it this time or play just for fun over 2.5 with Pinnacle @2.09 snatch

  3. Re: WC Qualifiers & Friendlies - 16th/17th/18th November France-Poland 0-0 FT France was a better side but Poles had incredible Dudek between the posts. :clap He saved everything and neither Henry nor Saha could beat him. :notworthy You should watch Dudek saves in that game. Shame on Benitez to place such a goalie on the bench and giving Kirkland chance. I don`t understand it at all. When looking at the stats of deflected shots Kirkland is one of the worst keepers in Premier. Dudek is 3rd .... and they both played the same amount of games. I think it`s high time for Jerry to change the club cause they don`t give hime enough credits in Liverpool. He deserves more. About the game. As I said France controlled the game and had couple of good chances to score. However Poland counterattacked well and could suprise French. Still the draw with France at their home is a good score. Take care snatch

  4. Re: WC Qualifiers & Friendlies - 16th/17th/18th November France-Poland I think that France is overestimated here taking into acount their recent form in WC qualifications (2-2-0), home performances (couple of draws) this year and changes in the squad. Here is the probable French lineup announces by Domenech (source Polish news portal): Mickael Landreau - Willy Sagnol, Sebastien Squillaci, Alain Boumsong, William Gallas - Ludovic Giuly, Benoit Pedretti, Patrick Vieira, Florent Malouda - Louis Saha, Thierry Henry. There are some unexpierienced players included. Is Landrau that reliable goalie? I guess he doesn`t look that good in Nantes this season. Poland showed this year that they can be dangerous when playing away- won with N. Ireland, Austria and Wales scoring 3 goals in every game. Poles lost to England at home but that ain`t shame. Here`s probable Polish lineup: Jerzy Dudek - Marcin Baszczyński, Tomasz Hajto, Jacek Bąk, Tomasz Rząsa - Damian Gorawski, Radosław Kałużny, Sebastian Mila, Jacek Krzynówek - Maciej Żurawski, Tomasz Frankowski. I guess you don`t know most of the players but most of them play abroad in decent teams and leagues with Dudek being the most recogized in Liverpool. We`ll have striking duo from Polish best team Wisła. They might cause trouble to French defence and goalie. Players to watch for in our team: Krzynówek and Frankowski. snatch PS1. Yes , I`m a Pole and might be a little bit biased although trying to be objective here. PS2. That`s my 1st post here.Welcome
