Re: Only 12 Horses Declared In THE SUPREME NOVICE..1,2,3,4,5..William Hill..ALL BETS Just checked on William Hills site and they are still paying 1/4 odds 5 places. The prices are even poorer than they were before only 12 runners were confirmed though.

Re: Boxing: 13th & 14th March including Khan vs Barrera
Me too, I didn't get through on the phone and get it sorted until almost 10pm!I'm on Khan, not for huge amounts but I think the speed, size and youth might be the difference in a Khan win. Also I agree that Roach/Warren wouldn't let him fight someone like Barrera after the Prescott debacle unless they thought they had a real advantage in a certain area. I know all about Barrera but another thing that might be telling is the cut that MAB got a few weeks ago from some no-name in Mexico. Needless fight for him to take and would be ironic if that could play some part tonight. On another topic, I've had a f*cking nightmare ordering this card, not got a phone line hooked up to the Sky so have had to try and order over the phone.. 45mins after the card starts I finally reach someone by phoning the Upgrade line! Absolute disgrace the way all the phone lines were blocked, completely missed the Cook fight and probably spent a fortune on the mobile ringing dead end numbers and going through all the f*cking 'press 1 for x, press 2 for y' routines. In the end they f*cking charged me a quid extra to order over the phone aswell! -
Re: Flat season Horses to watch out for!
Yes' date=' lord charles was 2nd to a very impressive Ascot-bound Hoh Mike. I had backed Hoh Mike early on at 4/5, but then remembered lord charles was on "the list". It was actually more prfitable taking lord Charles for a place than backing the winner![/quote'] I did exactly that, (after eventing I know, it was last minute and only for small stakes) I wondered why no-one seem to have mentioned it was running. Still looks to be one to watch! -
Re: Flat season Horses to watch out for! Not sure if i missed this somewhere in the thread, but Lord Charles ran today in the 6.40 at windsor. 2nd @ 11-1, beaten only by a very good horse in Hoh Mike.

Re: This forum Well this is my first post on here after lurking for a while! I recognise the guys on here put a hell of a lot of effort into their systems and selections and to say this forum isn't very good just isn't on. I have done pretty well myself just betting on football for the last couple of seasons, I am trying to get into the horses though and I am as clueless as they come about them, so this forum is a real help, especially the threads where the poster explains why they are backing/laying a certain horse. If everyone could just post up a winning tip every day we'd all be rich and wouldn't need to go to work. :nana Reality says different though, and like the poster above i enjoy different people's opinions and if I back a loser they have recommended, then so what, that's life, no-one is taking money from my pockets (except the bookies :$ ) So thanks to all the regular posters who make this forum an interesting place to visit. Maybe i'll start posting up my own thoughts (only on football though, as I don't know a thoroughbred from a blackpool donkey) :$ (yet!)

That's certainly what it says in the T&C's posted above. I've gone for Dodging Bullets and Champagne Fever, too good an offer to miss out on. :ok
