Re: Had a bad beat ? Come and have a moan here Playing in £2000 Freeroll on Skypoker, not had a big pocket pair all night, dealt AA in bb when 2nd in chips. Now about 15 players left, blinds 8000/16000, i've got around 200000 (can't remember exactly). Guy on button has roughly 170,000, he raises to 64,000, I re-raise to 144,000 (virtually putting him all-in) he goes all-in, i call immediately. He shows A7. Flop comes K65 rainbow, turn 8, river 9!! If i'd have won that i'd have been chip leader with 1/4 of the chips in play! Ended up in 7th for £60 so not a bad effort! Si

Still not heard anything Avon?? I just received an email 20 mins ago with details. Know they were on here anyway. SiNot had any notification about the freeroll - surely BetFred should have emailed everyone who qualified. I'd be pretty annoyed if I played for 3months to qualify and then missed reg'ing for it. -

Re: VC freeroll fury Played in the $2500 tonight and there were only 40 entrants. Was doing ok in 3rd/18 until my KK was busted by AJ when he hit runner runner for a flush. Scraped to 8th but only top 5 paid.

Re: pokerwize ($500) freeroll tonight I got an email advertising both the $500 freeroll at 7:00pm BST and a $100 add-on (another tourney $5 buy-in) at 8pm BST. Wonder if thats what the banner is referring to??

Re: where did your user name come from? Mine came from one very drunken night at uni which i wont go into details. Couple of the girls i knew called me Psycho Si after that and when i first started on VC i used that username and have done ever since.

Sorry bout that Teaulc, terrible play by me i must admit. If i remember rightly you just doubled the raise(with me in BB) so thought i'd call(as my blinds were being raised constantly all night). Then hit the top pair(jack) on the flop and couldnt fold it. Was convinced you didnt have a jack and my brain didnt consider(been a long day) you having an overpair. Sorry mate. Sibloody hungarian took me out ffs,,,had q/q and he beats me with j/8 he hit the 8 on the river and this was after raising pre-flop:@ :@ :@ was my best hand all bloody evening,,:dude :dude :dude :dude -
