    Re: BBOTD Wednesday 14th I bet this (Katy Spirit ) at 8/1 with Sheik the Reins in the last...A bit gutted about the last named but did have a single bet as well. Got online at 7.10 last night and had 6 of the last 10 winners at 8/1..7/1..3/1 and 3 fav's. In reply to Arsenalfan.

    Seems that Black Caviar might be coming to Ascot and that a visit to Frankel could be on the cards:clap Frankel covering Black Caviar would cause worldwide interest, and co-owner Gary Wilkie, quoted in an article on Racing Network said: ”The only reason you would go to Royal Ascot is that you are going to go to Frankel. We’re not going to Royal Ascot if we can’t go to Frankel. That’s the issue not all the other bits and pieces. We have got a lot of decisions to make.” Trainer Peter Moody offered no objections to the potential mating, as he said on At The Races: “There is a strong, concerted push for her to be bred to Frankel, where she would run at Ascot then stay to be covered by Frankel. I don’t think it would be a silly mating, physically I think they would be a good match.”

    Sou 4.50 - Putin - win at 6/1 bog 6/1 bog wm hill Very poor race but even so it's still better than the races Putin wins and he'll need a career best in handicap terms to win this off 53, though he does have a useful claimer taking 5 off Process of elimation really - he's a CD winner and has been in OK form recently. He appears to run every few days and there's not a lot of pattern to his decent runs and his clunkers. Presumably that's why he's the outsider of the field But steps back up to a mile today after a winter sprinting and he might just get an easy lead if that's how they choose to ride him. With only one other course winner in the field, and only one horse (the fave) in any sort of form, it might be worth taking a chance on old Putin 'sticking his chest out' like his namesake............:unsure
    Done me for a treble (maggie pink) but i had a saver on putin.

I have just watched the replay of Frontier Fighter's last run and also Dubai Hills and Frontiers time was quicker than Dubai Hillsdespite carrying more weight and he was also easing up towards the finish which leads me to believe that he can win again today.I got 9/4 earlier today but he is now 2/1 with most bookies.

    I clicked onto the 5.55 at Wolves and it showed 4/1...9/2...and 7/1 for a three runner race ? I had 2 win bets on each of the first two fav's and they have paid me out 9/2 on the winner. I have taken a screen shot.can i put a photo on here ? Bob

    Re: BBOTD Wednesday 13th March 5.15 --Regal Encore--win 9/1 pp Could be Honeyball's first festival winner as he murdered his field in two runs to date including an 8 length battering of Be Bop Boru at chepstow and then bought by JP McManus.Joint second top rated this one will do for me at 9/1 with paddy power.
