  1. Re: Bayer 04 Leverkusen v Manchester United > Wednesday November 27th

came very close to win my money' date=' kept me on edge of seat till last minute :D...., but seams bundesliga isn`t that strong as i thought, lost last night on shalke04, it`s championship level here from 2nd team in germany....well done who believed in man u :)[/quote'] I'm not sure how Bayern Leverkusen losing 0-5 made you very close to winning your money and kept you on your seat till the last minute.
  2. Re: Manchester United v Chelsea > Sun 5th May Should have taken Chelsea on the handicap. United is such a disappointment, everytime they win the title, they don't seem to give a **** anymore, this is what I hate about them and they can never be in the same league as teams like Bayern, Juventus and Barca who still go all out to win even if they win the title.

  3. Re: Wigan Athletic v Swansea City > Tue 7th May I'm quite shocked to see most people here backing against Wigan. Wigan is in a very good form right now. They outplayed Man City, a game they should have won or gotten at least a point but they lost 0-1. They lost to West Ham 0-2 but West Ham is a very strong team at home, they almost beat Tottenham (a top 4 contender) if not for Gareth Bale late equalizer, they came from behind to beat West Brom away and West Brom is a pretty strong team at home. This is a no brainer for me. Wigan at all fronts on the 1x2. I'd still back them even if Swansea scores first because I believe they can come from behind to win again. Wigan will win this match and continue it's 9th consecutive EPL season great escape.

  4. Re: FC Barcelona v FC Bayern München > Wed 1st May

Barcelona team cards >2.5 @2.37 with bet 365 I think these are decent odds for Barca players to get at least 3 cards. I expect Barca to struggle today and I think the miraculous come back won't happen, as Bayern one goal would mean Barca need to score 6 to progress. With the tie virtually over, as the time ticks in this game, I think Barcelona will grow frustrated against the solid Bayern side, and tempers will show. I guess they won't be too worried of missing the final. Plus, Bayern have quick wingers and are very good on a counter, so there might well be some tactical fouls. Also it's common knowledge that Barca players tend to dive so this may as well add to their card tally. This could be a good bet, yesterday I had the same for Real Madrid and it paid out @2.25 8/10 points for this one
I like this bet and I wanted to bet big on this but I just did a research on all of Barcelona home games and it's strange because they never seem to get more than 2 yellow cards at home! In fact, they rarely get booked at home so be careful of this. I'll still be going for a small bet on this
  5. Re: FC Barcelona v FC Bayern München > Wed 1st May

By the way I'm not a german Foxtrot mate' date=' well I can't deny I'm a fan of Bayern and german football as well but to say Bayern will manage to beat Barca two times is not that strange. Bayern has the form in their advantage while Barca has shown signs of weaknesses for a long time now[/quote'] How did Bayern manage to beat Barca two times? Just for the record, when Bayern beat Bayern 4-0, 3 of the goals were offside even though they dominated the game and you can't just bet blindly. Barca, even though they have shown sign of weakness, I do agree with you on this but when it matters most, they will usually pull out a result just like how they overturned a 0-2 loss to Milan in the first leg and won 4-0. I won't even be surprised if they beat Bayern today by 2-3 goals. Here are some stats for you to consider before you bet on Bayern: I think Barcelona will beat Bayern but Bayern would still go through.
  6. Re: FC Barcelona v FC Bayern München > Wed 1st May

I'm pretty sure Bayern WON'T lose today! As I said previously in my comment here it's an ideal match for Bayern because Barca is forced to attack but when playing attacking-minded against Bayern it's a suicide!!! :ok Barca without three regulars in the back' date=' Jordi Alba, Puyjol and Mascherano while Busquets is in doubt meaning that there isn't one proper player to play aggresively while Bayern at full strength and in a great mood. Away win and x2 doublechance are my bets[/quote'] Coming from a German...no offence or anything but I've seen all your tips and you always side with the German teams. Please do not be biased in betting because it can hurt a lot.
  7. Re: Swansea City v Queens Park Rangers > Sat 9th February

I have no idea, what do you think? :) I'd say Rangers are capable of getting a point but Remy's continued absence is a blow, although it appears he'll not be out as long as was first suggested....
I have a feeling QPR will get the win They were very unlucky against Norwich, a game they should have won if Taarabt didn't miss the penalty (actually lost 200 quids on that game damn) and they held City to a draw and beat Chelsea away. Harry Redknapp has made QPR much more difficult to beat now and they need to start getting wins right now to get out of the relegation zone. What do you think of a QPR win? Seems good odds to me as well at 4.33.
  8. Re: Tottenham Hotspur v Newcastle United > Sat 9th February Newcastle United had a terrific win last weekend at home against Chelsea. They came from behind to win 3-2 and also gave United a run for their money, that 4-3 game at Old Trafford, which imo is the best game of the epl for this season. Interesting game here and I think we will see from free flowing football. Tottenham just always look capable of scoring and Newcastle have similar traits. I'm taking both teams to score here the value bet and over 2.5. Both Team To Score @1.72

  9. Re: Manchester City v Liverpool > Sun 3rd February I'm surprised by the opening odds of Man City. With United beating Fulham 1-0, this is literally a must win game for City. I expect them to go all out and attack. Do not be fooled by Liverpool's impressive performance in the first half against Arsenal, Liverpool are still Liverpool, just when you think they have turned the corner they will get beaten off silly. And this is the Etihad not the Emirates, City has the best defence in the league and they simply won't give Liverpool the space Arsenal did. Will be a very tight cagey game but I still expect City to nick it. 1-0 and 2-1 to City is my prediction.

  10. Re: Tottenham Hotspur v Manchester United > Sun 20th January Alright this is the highlight game of the weekend for me, some might say Chelsea vs Arsenal but for me, it has to be this game. I'm taking Man Utd on all fronts, over 2.5, over 3.0, United to win outright. Reason is simple. United has an amazing record against Spurs, their 2-3 loss to Spurs back at home was a fluke result. SAF made a mistake by playing Giggs and Scholes in the starting lineup and I'm sure he won't make the same mistake again. United is now close to full strength, with Nani and Rooney back, I just can't see United dropping points here. United only lose when you least expect them to and I'm sure all the players will be fired up for this match. United to win @2.37 (Ladbrokes) United to win and over 2.5 goals scored @3 (Ladbrokes) United over 3.0 goals @2.37 (Ladbrokes)
