  1. Re: Nap Of The Day Competition - Wednesday July 2nd Tiradia - 4:40 Perth @ 15/8 (BetVictor) Would arguably have won last time were it not for a mistake at the last and the winner of that race has defied top weight from a 10lb higher mark since. Tiradia is only up 4lb for that defeat and there doesn't seem to be much in the way of serious opposition. Twiston-Davies not the worst substitute for McCoy either.

  2. Re: Nap Of The Day Competition ~ Tuesday July 1st 19:00 Stratford - Buck Mulligan Win @ 13/2 BetVictor 1 win in 25 starts is not ideal, but this horse has dropped to a very workable mark of 119, having mainly been rated in the 130s in the past few years. He has form on the ground and should appreciate the step back in distance to 2m4f, given he has tended to run over longer distances of late.

  3. Re: BBOTD > Tuesday June 24th 8:00 Newbury - Peacemaker @ 22/1 (Sporting Bet) A son of High Chaparral that seems to save his better form for faster ground on turf. Ran a second stinker on the all-weather last time, but rating is down from last turf run when showing promise after a slow start. He has almost ideal conditions today and looks an each-way play.

  4. Re: Capital One Cup Semi Finals > January 7th & 8th Man City to beat West Ham and both teams to score (19/10 Ladbrokes) West Ham have scored in four of their last five away games and Man City only have two clean sheets in five at Etihad. Seems like a decent way to find some better value on the home win as it is nigh on impossible to see Man City not winning the first leg.

  5. Re: PDC World Championship - 13 Dec - 1 Jan Simon Whitlock to score more 180s than Peter Wright @ 4/9 (Coral) Not the most appealing price, but if Wikipedia stats are to be believed, Whitlock has played 36 fewer legs at this year's event than Wright, but scored 12 more 180s. Wright also only managed six maximums against Newton in the last round, which went nine legs and a tie-break. Whitlock is tied with MVG for most in the tournament and with Wright facing new pressure in a first semi and perhaps feeling a bit tired after a few marathons with Smith and Newton, Whitlock should win this fairly easily and dominate the scoring.
