  1. Re: Vanarama Conference 16th/17th August

Not sure where you have got the idea Torquay were unlucky to lose to Gateshead as they were very much 2nd best. Not sure Welling are better than Southport either given the 2 games they have both played so far. Having said that though the home side could still be worth backing Sent from my GT-I8190N using PL Forum
Sorry could've phrased it better- I think they were rated as the underdogs in that game against Gateshead, who were even money. Weren't unlucky, just didn't outperform!
  2. Re: England > Weekend > Skrill Prem April 26

Some drama there and a poor end to the season match bets wise.
Looks like some drama in the Conference Premier, gutted for Chester but Salisbury did turn up in the end. Thanks for all the naps this year, good profit from the lower leagues. It's been a pleasure and hopefully more value again next year- or better still in the playoffs!
  3. Re: England > Midweek > Non-league Apr 7-10 Ships and addpea, how bad are Tamworth these days? They look as bad as Hyde on recent form and they face the wrath of Luton tomorrow. I'm considering backing Luton on the on the handicaps- I know they have taken their eye off the ball recently but a home game against second from bottom should be a great way to finish off the season in style? If I've done my sums correctly, a win tomorrow would ensure they are champions unless they lose their four remaining games and Cambridge pull off a blinder...

  4. Re: England > Midweek > Non-league Feb 24-26 Just had a look at some prices for tomorrow and seems that Lewes are still odds-against with some firms against Grays Athletic tomorrow. Hills are 11/10 while eeryone else has already gone odds-on, any value in this perhaps? Just looking back at earlier threads and it seems to be a trend to oppose Grays this season.

  5. Re: England > Midweek > Non-league Feb 17-19 Halifax Town: 5/4 v Braintree Town Having followed some great calls over the last few weeks on this forum, I think I will join in on the theme of opposing Braintree Town. Most bookies seem to have opened up Halifax's match price at a shade of odds-on, however there seems to be a drift going on about now and they are close to the 5/4 mark with some firms. Braintree have surely got to be rusty having not played since January 11 against Woking?

  6. Just wondering if anybody has some opinions on the FA Trophy? I see several firms are offering each-way ahead of this weekend's quarter-finals- I like the look of North Ferriby at 15/2 at Coral but as a fairly new punter I'm not sure how serious the bigger teams take this cup, as they are almost certain to face a Skrill Premier team in the semi-final.
