Re: Brazil Serie A 2012 Thread Sport Club Do Recife vs Corinthians Corinthians have just beat Boca Juniors 2-0 in the Copa Libertadores final this night with two goals by Emerson. This is the first time in their history that Corinthians have won this cup. There have been big celebrations and this will surely affect their performance in their next league game. On the other hand Newell are still for the title race only two point behind the leader of the table, Boca Juniors. Also they have a very good away record when compared to the home record of San Martin. It's also worth considering that over their last six matches, both sides have identical records (three wins, one draw and two defeats). San Martin are really going to be feeling the pressure, though, given their place in the relegation struggle, and I think Newell's will be a little more relaxed and that should help them. In this game they are going to rest some key players as well against Ponta Preta. Also, an important point, is that this year they are pointing to win this cup since they never won it before. I think that by putting their attention to the Copa Libertadores, Ponte Preta have a good chance in this game. To be safe AH 0 will go well. Ponte Preta AH 0 @ 1.88 sbobet 4/10
