Kohlscreiber to beat Matosevic x Tomic +4.5 games vs Lopez x Seppi to beat Muller @ 2.16 with paddy power Not the most adventurous bet in the world but one that should win, kohlscreiber playing at home much high class player than matosevic i dont see him having to many problems there, he likes the munich tournament he plays it every year and won it in 2007. I think i would be shocked like a lot of other people if seppi managed to lose to muller here, iam surprised that muller has even made it to the quarters here of a clay court tournament(his first of the year) largely down to the draw he got. They played twice last year both on indoor hardcourts, arguably mullers best surface and seppi won both meetings in 3 sets. I think seppi will get the job done most probably in 2 sets. I think tomic v lopez will be a close encounter so i expect tomic will cover +4.5 games quite comfortably, maybe will go 3 sets or a 2 tight set win for either of them.
Unfortunately lost, tomic needed just 2 more games to cover and in the 2nd set decided to tank from 2-1* up ,wont trust the brat again.

For tomorrow i think this bet looks good Farah to beat matosevic x stakhovsky +4.5 games vs lopez @ 2.42 with paddy power The last week or so it looks like farah has really hit some form, winning his first matches at atp level in barcelona having qualified there ,against bruges-davi and andujar and backing it up here in munich also as a qualifier beating davydenko who was defending the title. Clay is definately not the preferred surface of matosevic and he has never had good results throughout his career on it, farah is playing most of his matches on clay during the year so is much more used to the surface and i think a much better player on it. After his impressive wins against andujar and davydenko i have to back farah in this match, if he doesnt win it will be a huge opportunity missed to get to a quarter final of an atp event for the first time. As for my second selection stakhovsky +4.5 games, stakhovksy is a very good server and on his day can give trouble to any player, iam not really sure why lopez is playing in munich after reaching the final in belgrade last year and with madrid masters being next week, also having had a good week in barcelona i was surprised to see him in the draw here. The clay in munich is playing fast and for a server like stakhovksy i think he will be hard to break as lopez isnt the best returner in the world, stakhovksy will serve and volley and will use a lot of variety on his serve keeping lopez guessing on the return. I think maybe 1 break per set will get it done for lopez but its even possible stakhovsky can pull off an upset here.
Shame, stakhovsky covered +4.5 comfortably losing 6-4,7-6 but farah couldnt get it done ,he's totally overrated on the books after his last week performance.

"he was traveled from the USA to Barcelona with not enough rest." I traveled from Brazil to Frankfurt and I felt great! Than back to my town in Romania again with the plane and also that trip wasn't exhausting!
Well judging from the 1st set score here i think lorenzi may be just a little tired....
  6. Re: April 23 - April 29

Thanks for the info. Yeah' date=' It's one of those bets which I'm kinda expecting to lose but I would kick myself if Goffin won and I didn't bet on him. The way Goffin has finished his last two matches gives me some hope that if he can into a groove then he may outmaneuver Andujar. Pablo had a little dip last year after winning Casablanca so hopefully he can slacks off again.[/quote'] Yeah i hope he can pull off the upset here he comes here in amazing form having won 11 of his last 12 matches(only loss to almagro). Problem is i havent seen enough of goffin on clay to be sure he can really compete with somebody of andujars standard on this surface.
  7. Re: April 23 - April 29

David Goffin to beat Pablo Andujar @ 3/1 BET 365 Strength (4/10) Probably a bit of a long shot but I feel this kid Goffin could be something special and seems to gearing to up a level which will see him beat the likes of Pablo Andujar on clay one day. He might not be ready yet however he seems to be improving at a rather rapid rate and these odds are too tempting. He's an extremely talented shot-maker who recently who his first Challenger in France and although clay isn't his greatest surface, he could still provide some big problems for Andujar if the Spaniard has one of his off days. He's certainly not infallible Andujar, and despite retaining his Casablanca title, has had some mixed results and can be inconsistent. :hope
Iam a big fan of Goffin and i think hes a very talented player, however i think andujar on this surface might just be a step too far for him especially as andujar is playing at home in spain and will surely be highly motivated. Also andujar having made the final in bucharest the past 2 years decided to skip the event that was moved to this week when its usually in september ,and opting to play barcelona im sure he will have more than enough reasons to try and have a good week because if he chose to play bucharest he may have won the title even as he is obviously playing very well there. Goffin will compete well as always i wish you the best of luck with this bet we will see how it turns out tomorrow.:ok
  8. Re: April 16 - April 22

Totally agree with the last two posts. And I am going to give one from myself that I think is a must play. That would be the Monte Carlo's doubles final match involving the Bryan brothers and Mirnyi/Nestor. Obviously both teams are great and proven on clay, the belarusian/canadian pair being the current French Open champions. The americans are going into the final defending their title from last year though, they seem to be on some amazing form, smashing a great team like Stepanek/Paes with whom they had problems in the recent past and confidently beating a tough team in the semis - Granollers/Lopez. Not underestimating their opponents of tomorrow at all, they are in a good run as well, but really can't see Mirnyi/Nestor prevailing against Bryans in such a form. Confident on the brothers here. Bryan/Bryan win @1.57. Good luck. :hope
Good pick man keep em coming.
  9. Re: April 16 - April 22

Paolo Lorenzi to spank the utter joke that is James Blake @ 2.20 with William Hill You have got to be SHITTING ME RIGHT? Lorenzi is an absolute hustler on clay, Blake's odds are simply dictated by his past and even in the past I would have given Paolo the edge against James on clay. Right, I see Lorenzi as a shoe-in .. he'll hustle and harry and get everything James fires at him back ... move James about and James movement won't cope, especially not on clay, the dude can barely slide on this surface, lets be bloody real now! Easy, easy, easy.... AZAYYYYYYY MANAAAAAYYYYYY HAAHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA YEAHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!! 8/10 in the confidence stakes.
I totally agree with your odesnik pick as ill be betting him myself im sure he'll beat prodon quite comfortably, but your lorenzi pick i cant agree with at all i think blake will win this if you check blake actually won this challenger last year, granted blake isnt the best on clay at all and lorenzi spends most of his year playing on clay but the fact that blake is playing at home and defending the title i think will give him the edge here. Blake hasnt played well all year so far but he can find some form in any given match remember he is a former top 5 player, and with his agressive style of play if he does find his best tennis he will take lorenzi apart.
