  1. Re: Scotland > Midweek > Clydesdale Bank Premier League > 28 December Celtic to beat Rangers 2 units @ 2.14 Celtic on a real run of form at present. Same can't be said of Rangers, especially when away from home. The 2.14 on Betfair was too good to resist for a team who are on a real roll and have momentum on their side. Inverness CT to win at Hibernian. 2 units @ 3.15 I just don't see Hibs as favourites here. Both teams struggling but Hibernian's home form is awful. I would give Inverness the slight edge, so I think 3.15 is a nice price. Also gone for the double, for 1 unit

  2. Re: England > Boxing Day > Barclays Premier League > 26-27 December

Hi all - first time poster here. My bet for Boxing Day has to be Newcastle. I cannot believe that they are as high as 2.88. Even though their form has really dropped off since losing to Man City I have to believe they are better than a 35% chance of beating a very poor Bolton side, who continue to ship goals for fun. Bolton had a brief respite away vs Blackburn in midweek, but they also had the unusual benefit of the home fans forgetting to do that 'supporting' bit. Don't expect their revival to sustain itself on Monday. Ba to have a field day. £20 on Newcastle to win @ 2.88
That was 4 units by the way. Nice start. Bet for tomorrow is Swansea to beat QPR. Although Swansea's recent form not great, their home form remains ok. QPR are on a shocking run and travel poorly. Think Swansea have a much better chance than the 2.08 being offered on Betfair. Going to bet 2 units. £10 on Swansea to win @ 2.08
