  1. Re: Can you win without inside knowledge Jim Best not to be confused with Jon Best, the former makes Alan Carr look straight I agree with what The Saint said gone are the days I would even bother with most of the day to day dross form study is nearly worthless and the system is set up so bookies and trainers (associates of all kinds) can fleece punters desperate for a bet out of their money. one of the saddest parts for me is look who stepped in on what was surely a premeditated part of the plot, a man who's been giving JP plots quietly quietly rides all winter plots will always be landed and in tough times I actually wouldn't begrudge trainers and connections landing touches they keep the show on the road but there's been so much recently it's hard to look at the game as little more than a staged farce, will the last one out turn off the lights?!

  2. Re: La Liga - 11-13 February

If you read my posts then you'll see that they're all designed to help people going forward. At no point do they state "OMFG LOLZ WHAT A MORON!". No. They are full of accurate and helpful things to pick up on for future betting. People need to be told where they're going wrong or they'll keep going wrong' date=' no? That is my approach and that's how it'll stay, I'm afraid. I'm not going to pussyfoot around anyone just because there's a chance that they might be offended by the truth. Betting is a harsh and unforgiving world - grow some thicker skin![/quote'] Spot on I think fella, some good points really well made in the both posts plus steered people away from backing a 1.6 and 2.3 loser I didnt see any arrogance in it, good analysis pre and post match
  3. Re: England > Championship > 2-3 January I agree it was solid reasoning you just gotta take some on the chin, I dont think you were alone in fancying them today plenty of money forcing the price down, often pays to swim against the tide in this league though If it makes you feel better I bust my balls laying Derby at 0-1 today fancied Hull to get back in the game, Oh well Im still smiling ;) and I'll be back tomorrow

  4. Re: Spain - La Liga - 17-18 December Hi Abewe, your nickname to me's gonna be Spamchops! I know what you're saying about the 1/2, Seville so in an out, 2-6 at the Ramón Sánchez Pizjuán last year, not for me but agree it could look big at 11pm tomorrow Standout for me is Osasuna at home to Villareal, just gotta be layed at 2.16 on Betfair, Osa are a solid outfit at home an it might be being a bit unfair on them to say but if Villareal can defend crosses and set pieces they can hopefully nullify the attacking threat I know the yellow submarine have been in freefall but there's still enough class in the team they are likely to field on sunday to warrant a lay of the home side

  5. Re: England > Weekend > Npower Football League Championship > 7th & 10th December

Boro look short at 10/11 anyway. Brighton's results form looks good but their performances haven't merited this. A good side is going to give them a mauling sooner or later.
I totally agree with this beat the bottom team, robbed Derby and edged out a poor forest team in what was apparently a game devoid of quality. I cant bring myself to punt odds on in the championship but I do fancy Boro Im a Southampton layer as well 1.61 on BF looks extremely tight to me for the team who were beaten by arguably the worst team in the league last week, Lambert not certain to start and :hope I think Blackpool can give them enough to think about at the prices
