  1. Re: England > Boxing Day > Barclays Premier League > 26-27 December

If you're betting on the tie and BET365 are giving team B a +2 advantage, wouldn't team A need to win by two clear goals? As that would cancel out the two goal advantage and create a tie. If betting on team A - 2 you'd need them to win by three clear goals. Betting on team B + 2 would require team A to win by no bigger score than 1-0. A 0-0 scoreline benefits you only if you had backed Team B on a straight handicap + 2. As a side note it is really complicated and I can't see where BET365 offer real explanations on European Handicap's in their Terms and Conditions. There's extensive explanations on Asian, yet EH are somewhat neglected.
My thoughts exactly! But hey, who's to argue with Bet365 right. They could bloody shutdown my account if I did. :spank
  2. Re: England > Boxing Day > Barclays Premier League > 26-27 December

A Handicap Draw' date=' means that Team A, must win by one goal. If its marked (0-1) : x.[/quote'] I still don't get it. As in Bet365, they have it as handicap result For example in the Arsenal - Wolves game, they have Arsenal (-2) odds2.62, Tie -(Wolves +2) odds4 and wolves(+2) odds2.05 Initially I thought it works just as in Asian Handicap but once I did bet on the tie (team B +2) and the score was 0-0. My bet loss and when I enquired with Bet365, they told me that the bet would only win if team B scored a goal. :sadSorry for being clueless but I'm really confuse on this.
  3. Re: Italy - Serie B - 16-19 December Pescara - Sampdoria Pescara's not having a good run of late and Sampdoria appears to draw most of their matches. I know Pescara's lost was against top teams but Sampdoria's new coach Giuseppi Lachini needs to improve his teams standing or else his job is on the line. I think a draw should suffice as it's always better than losing :hope Sampdoria +0.25 @ 1.77 Bet365 PS:I must admit that I'm not an expert but this is just my two cents. Any comments/opinions are most welcome:cow(don't mind the cow, I just LOVE it)

  4. Re: England > Weekend > Barclays Premier League > 17-18 December

It is true I drank a bit in the Hungry Duck this afternoon after party in the club all night long but I am not going to take young gunners here. Man. City 4-4-2 : Hart - Richards, Kompany, Lescott, Zabaleta - Milner, Toure, Barry, Silva - Balotelli, Aguero Arsenal 4-3-3 : Szczesny - Djourou, Mertesacker, Koscielny, Vermaelen - Song, Ramsey, Arteta - Walcott, Van Persie, Gervinho Look at the compo... Szczesny - Djourou, Mertesacker, Koscielny, Vermaelen this is defense for Arsenal. Man City have fast players Bart, Aguerro, Silva that can make difference against this slow defense and unexperienced. Man City - 1.5 AH , Arsena first of all dont have a gkper. This happens to United. there is no room for unexperienced guys like De Gea or others in a club for the highest level. I rate Hart over the polish gkper and this is where the difference will be made, unless stupid Mauricio Balotelli get another.. red card - City takes it with handicap -1.5.
:clap balotelli just got exchanged...guess mancini just wants the win and doesn't want to risk it with him getting a card :p but you must admit that he's been a rather good boy of late...didn't get any card in the chelsea game..
  5. Re: Netherlands - Eredivisie - 16-18 December

Ajax - Den Haag I think that taking away on AH has some value here. Though Ajax is a good team but so far in the league most of their wins comes from teams at the bottom of the table. Den Haag's performance is nothing to shout about but Den Haag AH+2.25 is going for 1.95@Bet365 and looking back, they won both matches against Ajax last season. :hope
    Can't believe they lost by 4 goals:wall

  7. Re: Spain - La Liga - 17-18 December The odds on Real Madrid at 1.5 was weird(too high)...I back them earlier at that and just checked again with Bet365 and it is now at 1.53.:unsure Read the team news, Real Madrid is just missing Ricardo Cavalho and they plan to field their stars today(most was rested during the last match in Copa Del Ray). Sevilla on the other hand is missing Diego Perotti and plans to field the same squad that lost to Levante last weekend. Of course I'm backing Real Madrid and for whatever reason their odds are like that, maybe it's an early Christmas present :cow

  9. Re: UEFA Europa League > Thursday 15th December

You'd imagine they'd want to get an easier draw in the next round. I know they're both taking the competition seriously. But maybe someone from Greece/Russia can enlighten us further.
well, i'm from neither countries but i think they would just draw the game and qualify together. The odds for draw is a little low in that game(not to mention fishy and i heard there are large moving amounts involved) but hey, upsets can happen anytime and it's a risky bet.
  10. Re: UEFA Europa League > Wednesday 14th December

Wisla have big missing in defens. They play without Chavez (best c.def), Jaliens (c def.), Czekaj (talent c. def), Pajlic (lef def), Jovanovic (right/c def). Wisla is in small crisis, isn't form so I can't see easy HW, but motivation afeter game is big. For me Lazio and Fulham are good option in this round. GL :ok
not only they are missing players, they are also without a coach! HW is pretty risky here
  11. Re: England > Weekend > Barclays Premier League > 10-12 December i just read the news. Drogba is being hunted by Chinese clubs and Chelsea is only reluctantly offering him a year's extension on his contract. Here's it http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-2073019/Didier-Drogba-follow-Nicolas-Anelka-Shanghai.html?ito=feeds-newsxml My guess is that should have an effect on Chelsea tonight and I think I would be backing City instead:hope

  12. Re: England > Weekend > Npower Football League Championship > 7th & 10th December

Betfair have Reading at 2.74 and West Ham at 2.84, which I can't really understand. They have West Ham DNB at 1.99 Records so far this season: Reading at home: 3/4/3 West Ham away: 7/2/1 I think West Ham are clear favourites, and should be around 2.0 with Reading over 3.0.
i think the odds for west ham is so because they lost their last match to burnley and reading is not too bad at home, only losing to cardiff and able to draw with top teams like southampton. I fancy a west ham or draw over here.
