Stats after match, say all about this game, Legia destroyed the Dundalk.

My prediction for the second leg is sure 1, and maybe 3+..

    How exactly can below stats:

    49 Possession (%) 51

    3 Shots on target 4

    3 Shots off target 3

be ever classified as "destruction", I will never know. Unless you mention fouls, where Legia indeed has dominated 20 to 8. Stay far away from the 3+ bet.

  2. Re: UEFA Europa League > Thursday October 24th Trabzonspor vs Legia Warsaw Trabzonspor looks like a clear favourite on paper. Florent Malouda alone earns more than the whole Legia's 11. Legia won only against one team this season in Europe - the New Saints. If Apollon can beat them away, Trabzon employing the likes of Bosingwa, Malouda, Zokora and Mierzejewski will defeat them at home with ease. Legia's players simply don't have the technical / mental skills and the efficiency, not to mention physical endurance, of their counterparts. Legia will be missing their best midfielder and second goalscorer, Radović (injured + sick) and their even more indispensable player - goalkeeper Dusan Kuciak, who has saved them repeatedly this season. They lost at least a goal in the last 8 matches (11 total) and that trend will surely continue today in light of Kuciak's absence. The only missing player for Trabzon is Colman (4/0). Trabzon is aiming at 3 points and the fist place in the group here - and assuming Lazio defeats Apollon that will create a nice cushion of 4 points over the 3rd place for those two teams. I cannot see any other result than a home win. Trabzonspor -0.5 AH 1.77 @ Ladbrokes / Win 1.75 @ PaddyPower and @ Coral Trabzonspor -1 AH 2.15 @ Bet365 Good luck!

  3. Re: Group E > Nov 7 (Shakhtar, Juventus, Chelsea, FC Nordsjaelland)

Just off the top of my head Chelsea lost to Villa and Liverpool at Stamford Bridge last season.
Sorry about my misleading statistics then, I was quoting http://www.guardian.co.uk/football/2012/oct/28/chelsea-manchester-united-live-mbm and didn't notice the first paragraph was from an article a year old :) That record was from last season then, so it spanned somewhere between 2007 and 2011.
  4. Re: Group E > Nov 7 (Shakhtar, Juventus, Chelsea, FC Nordsjaelland)

Morning Guys, ... Especially when you are backing a side who have yet to lose a game this season (in Europe and Domestically) and have only drawn one (away to Juve in the CL) whilst winning the remaining 16 games they have played, impressive record for an impressive side IMO.
That is indeed very impressive, and actually they are now unbeaten in 18 winning 17. Nevertheless, let's not forget that Chelsea didn't lose at Stanford Bridge for 86 matches, a record run that spanned four years and eight months, until their recent 2-3 loss to ManUtd, in which they conceded the 2-3 goal whilst playing 9 vs 11 - a record almost, if not even more, extraordinary. To sum up, two great teams with high CL aspirations will play in what is for me the game to watch of all matchday 4 games. Attacking threats in both squads, Shakhtar with a full squad, Ashley Cole ruled out for Chelsea - this has the potential to be a tantalizing fixture. As Mircea Lucescu states "I prepare my players knowing very well that absolutely all teams can be beaten – even Chelsea at home" Taking all this into account I will go with Both teams to score at 1.61 with bet365. Good luck!
  5. Re: Croatia v Spain June 18th

It was double offside when Spain scored. But can't complain because now I will be attending the semi-final where Spain will play :beer
A "last second save" for many punters here, myself included :cheers Well done all, we got lucky but that's football! Croatians were unlucky to lose here, they gave it their best, the coach made amazing substitutions really taking the Spaniards head-on. They may be going home but they do it in style.
  6. Re: Italy v Republic of Ireland June 18th

With news suggesting that Balotelli has a knee injury and may not feature, added to the fact that Trappatoni will want to exit Euro 2012 with some salvaged pride I'm not expecting a flood of goals in this game...
I disagree :) I most probably won't be placing bets on this game but Balotelli missing is a blessing rather than a curse for the Italian attack. He missed several great chances and looked "sleepy" every minute he was on the pitch, had Italy played Di Natale instead they would have more than 2 points to show today. Also, a somewhat weaker point but a possible Spain 1-1 Croatia result urges Italy to score many goals or face elimination.
  7. Re: Czech Republic v Poland June 16th

Baros will be a bit threat against Poland' weak centre halves i feel. Rosicky may still play, he is only a slight doubt Horsovski. These 2 players alone are far better technically than any player Poland have. Jiracek will cause plenty of problems on the wing and Pilar is well capable on the other wing. Plasil and Hubschman will hold the centre of midfield and the Czech's have a stronger midfield than Poland. Gebre Selassie has had a terrific tournament thus far at right back, has looked very good. Sivok is no world beater at centre-back, Kadlec i poor enough too, so centre backs for the Czech's are rather dodgy too. All in all, it should come down to midfield. Lewandowski needs a good supply from the Polish midfield, but against Russia he was completely starved, and the Czech's have a good midfield. Baros will cause the defence a lot of problems. Czech Republic to win for me anyways, that is my opinion.
100% true, Poland lacked midfield more than anything else and it showed in every "attack", they played without confidence and skill, just lobbed the ball forward in hopes that Lewandowski will somehow take it past 4 Chech players and miraculously score.
  8. Re: UEFA Champions League > Wednesday 23rd November

I was going to stay away, but I have 2 value plays for tonight: Chelsea -0.25 Handicap- 1.96 @ Centrebet Simply more quality player for player and Leverkusen are very inconsistent. AVB's job will be at stake here (or soon) so with Matta, Lampard, Drogba and players of such quality I see a draw at worst (half money lost). I can see them bouncing back in a similar way as they did after the Arsenal game. With the experience their side has away fiery fans should be no problem for them. Arsenal -0.25 Hancicap - 1.92 @ Centrebet Preety much same reasons as above. Plus Dortmund will be desperate for a win (similar how they lost to Olympiacos away) and this will create gaps for the likes of Govinho and RVP to exploit. Arsenal in great form and easily finding the goal. Dortmund also comming in with good form. However, as the Man City game yesterday showed Champions League and domestic competition are something totally different. I also think from Wengers interviews he isn't underestimating Dortumund and will be looking to field a strong squad to qualify from home. Also both team DnB in a multi [email protected] as I can't see either one losing. 5 unit play on each and 2.5 units on the multi. Also DnB on both trebel with Tipsarevic for around 7.00- 1 unit.
I agree with Capricorno's reasoning. Both Arsenal and Borussia are having a good streak, but I am thinking that for Arsenal two factors will prove to be decisive - their home advantage and Robin van Persie. I expect them fully focused and wanting to prove their worth (and win the group), similar to the game with Chelsea (5-3), which additionally boosted their morale. As for Leverkusen - Chelsea, both teams got some hardly impressive results lately, Leverkusen losing to Shalke and drawing with HamburgerSV, Chelsea conceding the aforementioned 5-3 defeat to Arsenal and a painful 1-2 to Liverpool (quite unlucky, they had many chances to make it at least a draw). What gives me confidence here is their previous game in London, which Chelsea dominated and won 2-0 (Attempts on Target 11-2, Off target 10-6). Home side has won against the two other teams at their stadium but this time it'll be a herculean task to stop the Chelsea attackers. The starting line-up seems to be adequately strong:

So as long as Ballack is given proper attention, Chelsea will succeed in clinching the top spot of group E. Hence I suggest a double of Capricorno's picks, but at better odds: Arsenal -0.25 @1.95 and Chelsea -0.25 @ 2.00 combined to form a nice Double @ 3.9 with bet365 :hope Or, if one believes he doesn't require the backup plan for draws, Arsenal -1 AH 3.20 * Chelsea -1 AH 3.35 = 10.72 with bet365 :notworthy

  9. Re: England > Npower Football League Two > 19th November

AFC Wimbledon v Swindon - Swindon 2.3 Coral Two teams on the opposite ends of the form table here. The Wombles have been wobbly lately in the past 2 months and are winless in 7, they have also been on the other hand of some smackings lately. Swindon are unbeaten in 9 coming into this one also keeping 5 straight clean sheets in the league. They will be completely buoyed off their victory over Huddersfield in the FA Cup last Saturday. Confidence is soaring through the squad and Di Canio has finally realised he is a manager and kept his name out of the headlines of late. These two have already played this season also, with Swindon coming out on top in the JPT.
Just a reminder, the two sides met on 08/11 in Football League Trophy, Swindon won the penalty shootout (3-1) after a 1-1 draw and that was at Swindon, now we have a reverse fixture.
  10. Re: England: Carling Cup Oct 25-26

Man City should be capable of comfortably disposing of Wolves tonight. They have players on the bench that are all better than Wolves best players. City are on a high at the moment after beating United 6-1 and they will want to continue to impress tonight against a lacklustre Wolves side that are not playing well and the fans dont seem to be taking to Mick McCarthy at the moment either! I think Wolves will nick a goal at home but i think City have too much firepower and should dispose of Wolves easily. I had 3-1 priced as a 9/1 chance so value in the price Man City to win 3-1 @ 12/1 Paddy Power
    I agree wholeheartedly. I took Man City - 2.0 @ 3,20 with bet365, it's 2,75 now - still worth taking in my opinion. :hope
  11. Re: bet formain teams to qualify guaranteed money? need advice newbie Yeah, Inter would be my biggest concern in that bet. If you like the odds of 1,31, you can also make some accumulator bets with "Over 0,5 goals". Especially in cup matches, 8 games * 1.05 will net you 1.47. Pick the ones when there's a big difference in class / leagues and voila. Just remember what people said above - there's no such thing as a "guaranteed profit" or "banker".
