  1. Is it worth punters going for Arsenal -2 handicap then or sticking with our suggestion of the Arsenal -1 handicap?
Both good value in my opinion. Personally I'd still be a bit careful with -2 because it is the first game after all, and Arsenal might be content after they, hopefully, go up by 2. -1 does look very good indeed, -2 might be worth a shot with lower stakes depending on the odds. Toto was right, Dinamo can't defend, and the coach said that they'll "play their game" and not just defend. A team like Dinamo can only do damage to a team like Arsenal if they are very tough and organized in defense, which isn't the case here.
  2. Re: FC Barcelona v Manchester City > Wednesday March 18th Lol City is useless, I don't get how people don't get that when they continually suck in Europe. Everything but a Barca victory will be a huge surprise, while I personally wouldn't be surprised if they win by 2 or 3 goals. City couldn't do anything at home, they will have to go all or nothing in this one and unless Barca is going to miss million chances they should score a couple.

  3. Re: UEFA Europa League > Thursday September 18th

Good call for Croatian Rijeka' date=' I'm going to back them too. But don't forget [b']Dinamo Zagreb. They are on the top of the table now in Croatia. They play home against Romanian Astra. Ok, away team kicked-off French Olympic Lyonnais but I think that French guys just showed their attitude towards this competition. I believe that Dinamo will win the game. Top scorer Andrej Kramaric is on form now and he should make the game for the hosts.
Kramaric is a Rijeka striker, not Dinamo. ;) There is value on Rijeka, however they are still due to show the winning mentality in the group matches as last year they were also very good but played too careful and were content with just a couple of points. Coach says this year it's going to be different. Standard will see this match as their chance to get out of crisis, and while Rijeka has the quality to win this, we'll see if they can deliver in such a big away match as this one. Astra players apparently weren't payed on time and didn't want to train last week, played uninterested against Cluj and lost 4-1, and many people see Dinamo as a clear winner, odds have dropped a bit too. This is a tricky match, I haven't seen Astra so far but supposedly they are a team who is strong in defense and has some very fast players in the attack. That is exactly the type of team Dinamo can have problems with. Also, many people from abroad don't understand that there's some sort of weird pressure on Dinamo players when they play Europe games at home. They often underperform, especially in groups, and they haven't won a match in group stage at home since 2010 (they qualified each year). Would be careful with this one.
  4. Re: Champions League Second Qualifying Round 1st Leg - Tues 15th & Wed 16th July

Partizan dinamo need to win for financal reasons' date=' should both win confortably. Aginst faroe and lithuanian sides[/quote'] Dinamo always needs to win at least the 2nd and 3rd qualifying round because the season would already be over if they don't qualify for Europe. The league is a walk in the park (we'll see how Rijeka does this season though) and all the interest is on Euro competitions. Financially the club is stable for number of years. The supercup match on Friday vs Rijeka is completely irrelevant because a) Rijeka and Zalgiris can't compare b)The CL match is about 100 times more important to Dinamo c) Dinamo will likely grow with each match considering they plan to peak around 4th qualy round and onwards. The defense does look shaky for now so Zalgiris scoring is a possibility, but I can see 3 in their net easily. Dinamo win is pretty big certainty and I would take -1.5 as well.
  5. Re: UEFA Champions League > 14 September

I think the best option in Dinamo-Real Madrid match is that Dinamo is not going to score and I am pretty confident in that bet. Probably Dinamo"s coach Jurčić is going to try with "controled" football and not have more than two chances to score on the match.
Yeah, the formation should be very defensive, don't think we'll score, and that's @1.86 currently on Betfair.Something I would've considered, but I dont bet against my club, hoping maybe we score from some counter attack or free kick;)
  6. Re: UEFA Champions League > 14 September

You say quite strong at home Mustafa, but at what level? In the CL, they have been eliminated in the 4 previous years by: 07 - Werder Bremen 5-3 on Agg (losing 2-3 at home) 08 - Shaktar Donetsk 5-1 on Agg (losing 1-3 at home) 09 - Red Bull Salzburg 3-2 on Agg (losing 1-2 at home) 10 - FC Sheriff 2-2 on Agg lost on penalties (drawing 1-1 at home) True they stuffed Malmo 4-1 at home in the previous round, but how many levels difference is there between Malmo & Madrid? And while Werder Bremen and Shaktar can be considered established European teams, Red Bull Salzburg and FC Sheriff (of Moldova) can not. Are we saying that they have improved massively in the last season or two? The UEFA co-efficients suggest that this is not the case:

The answer is yes.But to put this table as some kind of an argument is beyond ridiculous. You obviously know nothing about Dinamo Zagreb,so please don't put ridiculous "arguments" like this.May I also add that Croatia is one of the rare countries whose country coefficient is actually made by a single team alone, because the rest of the Croatian teams bring almost nothing to this coefficient.Dinamo is a much stronger team than few years ago.Nevertheless,Real Madrid is one of the top 3 strongest teams in the world, your bet is right and I think Real will win this game by 2,3 goals difference, but don't analyze what you don't know, this game mostly depends on Real Madrid so stick with that.
  7. Re: UEFA Champions League > 22nd / 23rd August

Did anybody from Croatia know with what kind of squad Zagreb is planning to play against Malmo ? In first leg, Malmo played like a joke and Dinamo was a few classe above them. So right now the odds on Zagreb @2.40 Bet365 looks pretty tempting. I know that they could play defensive football just not to lose, but still... if they will have the same players on pitch.... they should win this game. Besides that, Daniel Andersson (Malmo's captain) is gonna miss this game due to injury.
Everyone who played the 1st leg last week will be available for this game and most likely the lineup will be the same.Be aware that we also rested several players in the league game on Saturday, and despite that won 4-0 away against a team from upper part of the league table.Malmo will probably give everything to attack, even more of a chance for us to score a couple of goals,I agree 2.40 is a very tempting price considering we have a much stronger team. But 4-1 is a huge advantage and we won't be rushing surely, could be a draw.I don't usually bet on 2nd leg matches when a team basically already secured the win overall.I'd bet Dinamo draw no bet,but considering the 1st leg result this isn't a game to bet a lot of money on it. Think Apoel @1.80 could be a great one,saw some reports of the 1st leg and heard Apoel played very well and had mulitple chances to score, they're also pretty tough at home, worth a shot at these odds. Villarreal should definitely win,and them to qualify is one I also might take.Udinese-Arsenal is a no bet really, all 3 outcomes more than possible.
  8. Re: UEFA Champions League > 16-17 August

Do you think any other than croatian gipsys would understand if i said the tickets was 10 kunas? Nice club who got passionated fans who only come to the arena if the tickets is like free. :lol:ok
You are s*** and you know absolutely nothing, but I understand people like you don't need to know what they are talking about to show their frustrations and what they are made of. Sorry mods.
  9. Re: UEFA Champions League > 16-17 August Eat it Wilton, you ridiculous loser.:rollin:lol .Malmo was completely owned and you can be thankful we gave that 1 goal for you, except that 1 defensive mistake we played fantastic and we dominated the whole game.Congrats all Dinamo backers here and to sore losers like that Swede guy,get the f out of here and be bitter somewhere else :lol

  10. Re: UEFA Champions League > 16-17 August

about DINAMO ZAGREB vs MALMO First I think it was irresponsible from malmo to play againt FC MILAN 3 days before game in Zagreb. This showing some luck of respect and may put malmo on loosing side. For me Dinamo as guest is much dangerous and if you search arround you will get info about their greatest victory in europa league were as visitor. At home , 90% clubs who play in Zagreb play wery defensive and dinamo have allways hard time to broke them. ( under 90% of clubs I ment clubs croatian league and this clubs in early euro qualification rounds) If malmo underestimate dinamo, he will not play full defence and dinamo have chance to win. The coach of dinamo is guy I fear the most. He is no expert, I dont belive in his tactis preparation. He is just person with no personality who listen all what boss say and thats the reason why he is on place. and thats the reason why noone coach with strong personality cannot stay in dinamo for long couse sooner or later they came into ring with boss Mamic and resolt is well known.. coach flying out, new coach with less personality came in and ...thats the reason why BBB as a core of dinamo supporters said one year ago " its enoguh ..we wouldnt go to support dinamo as long as the boss mamic is in there." Most of people also think same way and all people just boycoting croatian league games.. but ... qualification for champion league is something else, and with price of less than 1 euro for watching live game, its easier for boss mamic to fullfille the stadium and for this games ordinary peoples, not core supporters BBB , will go to watch game. the difference... BBB are those who makes dinamo home ground a hot one.. for all 90 minutes. all the rest of public will make noise for some time but also in a second can turn into silent soap opera crowd :zzz with no atmosphere .. and players feel this :-( so... personaly even I am Dinamo supporter I just dont think its enough factors for or against ..and will stay away of this game. IF MALMO score he will score twice. If dinamo score first they will flying arround and malmo is in trouble to get more maybe ......firt half unsolved 0-0, 1-1 ,
I know this is not a fan thread, but this is just plain wrong what you wrote here.No one is boycotting except BBB,most of them,at least officialy.Be sure there will be plenty of BBB's at this game as well.Just not organized as a group. There's been more than few reports about them going to games this way, which I have also witnessed,at home and some nearby away games,in the league, and not once.Dinamo will have good support I hope, but we better score in the first half :lol Anyway, this is not the thread to discuss about that, but then again I didnt start the subject.;).About the game,I wrote a post on page 1 but just to add,I dont think Malmo will go entirely defensive or offensive. They respect us and they are playing away, but on the other side they are a team who likes to play and they are not capable to play total defense,it's not their way and they don't have good enough defense for that. About Arsenal,it would really be a huge shock if they don't qualify.Don't see a team of their class missing out CL.They have been ruthless at home at a regular basis in Europe, they should win this by at least 1 goal margin.
  11. Re: UEFA Champions League > 16-17 August

I mean they got 2000 fans at seriematches then at uefa matches they got 250000 and he said some bullshit reasons why then i just found out the tickets in uefa matches costs 1 euro. :loon edit : the boycott is of Bad Blue Boys or something and they are like 2-3000 in that group (maybe less)
It's not bullshit.Be more informed before making such assumptions. The main reasons for such low visit to the league matches are the lack of competition,it is clear that we will be champions every season, and the stadium was in a bad state before renovation, add to that weather conditions especially later in the autumn/winter and that is the 2nd reason. About the Bad Blue Boys you were right,BBB are the ultras but they are a minority when you look at how many Dinamo fans there are in general.Take note that especially for these European games, there are more than few BBB actually going to the games but on different stands, and without the organised chanting. The 1kn tickets were supposed to be a promotional action for only the first game of the season because of the new look of the stadium, but they stayed even for this game and it is a bad decision.Be assured that the stadium would definitely be full in either case, with normal ticket prices too, there is a lot of interest for this game from many places all over the country.
  12. Re: UEFA Champions League > 16-17 August

My initial two-cents about DINAMO Zagreb Vs Malmo FF I still can't evaluate the price of 1,75 (slided to 1,70 @ Bet365) on home win... And I must say I'm overestimating Dinamo because I'm their supporter. If the price was 2,00 I'd say go for it... Dinamo is playing very well this season, looking better from match to match... Malmo, on the other hand eliminated Glasgow Rangers, which says a lot. I think I'll wait to see what team news will be given form Zagreb, and post here. I hope that Dinamo can take the first game, and I most probably will bet on home win, hoping that striker Rukavina can hold current form (3 goals and an 1 assist in three games), and that Sammir and Badelj can play a game like they did against Villareal last season...
I consider 1,75 very nice odds for this game.Malmo eliminating Rangers does say something, but Rangers dominating in the 2nd leg with 10,and later even 9 players says a lot too.So does Malmo losing to a team from Faroe Island till scoring an eaquliser in the 90th minute in the 2nd leg of the 2nd qualy round. They are 9th in their domestic league.Malmo actually has a friendly game vs Milan on Sunday, just 3 days before this game, they cant cancel it now,and that shows what were their expectations about coming this far in these qualies.Add to all this that we're rising in form every game, last week winning 2-0 and today 5-0 in the league with very good performances.Handicap @2.90 is worth a try too, with smaller stakes.About some of the other matches, expecting Arsenal and Bayern to win their matches comfortably securing a solid lead before the 2nd legs.
  13. Re: UEFA Europa League > 26-28 July

Dinamo are solid?! They're about as stable as a volcano! They lost many good players pre-season. Torje's new contract signing is a big boost and Niculae/Danciulescu are both gifted finishers but this Dinamo side absolutely cannot defend any lead and they have a few injury problems' date=' especially with Pulhac and Alexe out.[/quote'] I'm aware of that, but they are still probably in much better state than Varaždin.Really dont think Varazdin has any chance in Romania.
  14. Re: UEFA Champions League - 26/27 July

.My pick is Dinamo not to lose larger stake' date='and Dinamo to win medium stake.[/quote'] 1-2:ok Didn't post odds cause I placed this bets today in local bookie who usually have a bit higher odds on matchday, make that 1,55 and 2,80 for the win. Actually we played somewhat bad and still got the job done, says a lot.Credits to Helsinki though, could have got a draw, thankfully didn't,but good effort.
  15. Re: UEFA Champions League - 26/27 July

Looks like you are D.Zagreb fan are you?In this case your post sounds very biased and has little value to me. You can't argue with Helsinki home record-they scored 34 goals in last 6 home matches.man it's alot. You say you will beat helsinki away so why you didn't beat Neftchi Baku away? Also you only scored 2 against Baku.New players need more time to settle down.i didn't say you will not progress to the next round{but you never know,Helsinki may surprise you} but what i said is that home teams even sh*ty ones have home advantage and taking to account that D.Zagreb is not really a football giant they may strugle away. Anyway everyone has his own opinion,i placed me bets so GL to you. May the best team win :ok
Yes I am a Dinamo fan,but I'm realistic,I won't tell anyone to bet on us when we don't have a chance and playing against a stronger team, but also I'm aware of our team's quality and capabilities and will gladly point some things out in an occasion like this when we're playing a much inferior team. Why didn't we beat Neftchi away?Well I'd say that probably has to do something with us winning at home 3-0.:lol It was a well controled game,Neftchi with no real chances except 1 bad pass by the keeper, while we had plenty of chances to score and their GK was probably their best player of the game. Helsinki's only advantages are that they have an pitch with artificial grass, and that this will be our 4th game of the season, while their league is halfway through. If you think this is enough to "hide" the quality gaps between the 2 teams, which btw I don't think you're aware of reading your first post, then go for it,your bets, you do them.Just wanted to point out some things. My pick is Dinamo not to lose larger stake, and Dinamo to win medium stake.
  16. Re: UEFA Europa League > 26-28 July NK Varazdin is in big financial trouble, players didnt receive salaries for months, some of them already left the club because of that, also 2 of their standard players Safaric (yellow cards) and Glavica (U-20 World Champs) will not be available for this game.Varazdin made it this far mostly because they had a lot of luck in the draw,Lusitans from Andora in first round and Iskra Stal from Moldavia.Dinamo Bucuresti are a pretty solid team ,shouldn't have any problems at home. Treble with Sparta Praha and Hapoel looks great,Sparta isnt as strong as before but Sarajevo should be a no match,Bosnian teams don't make it more far than this, they beat Orebro, but this is the end of road for Sarajevo. Also Hapoel should clinch it,always strong these Israeli teams at home, with great atmosphere,a team from Liechtenstein shouldnt be too strong for them. That would make a good treble with over 2 odds.

  17. Re: UEFA Champions League - 26/27 July

Second match i'm intrested in is: HJK v Zagreb i really don't know why zagreb are favorite here.Zagreb is weak in last few years.last year i think they couldn't even go through Sheriff.Helsinki banging goals for fun at home and @2.90 is a massive value.Zagreb are ver weak away and i just don't see them winning. I took Helsinki +0.5AH @1.53 bet365 with large stake
You are very wrong here.First of all,we're a lot stronger now than we were back then when we played against Sheriff. There are 7-8 new players, all in starting 11 or very close to it.As for away games,we don't have a problem playing away.Yes,in the past season or two we were not very convincing away, but thats more because of some circumstances at that time. This Sheriff loss which you are aiming at here, came at the very beggining of the season when still a lot of stuff in the team itself and the coach wasnt defined, the form was bad,and as I said a lot of players came since then.Just for example, later on we won against Brugge 2-0 away. This summer more new players came, the whole team stayed and we have the strongest team in this millenium so far.Making Champions League is an absolute priority now.We have far more quality than Helsinki, and I don't believe Helsinki can get even close overall in 2 games. In fact,I'm 90% sure we won't lose in Helsinki, and we have a pretty good chance of winning both games. With all this said, Helsinki +0.5 seems like a pretty bad bet, considering you could have got Dinamo +0.5 at just a slightly lower price. No bad intentions towards you, just to inform people here who are considering betting on this game, and on future Dinamo games.Of course,in betting many things can happen,Helsinki winning this game is not impossible, but I think it's very unlikely.
