Re: Jumps Racing - Friday 8th April 2011 - Including Aintree Andrew McNamara, unless there was a jockey change

Re: Mileni Over The Sticks 2010/2011 & Flat 2011 Just saw you backed Always Waining and Scotsirish. Well done big fella.

Re: Jumps Racing - Friday 8th April 2011 - Including Aintree I was looking at the wrong horse for the whole race. Had BF up here, couldn't understand why the horse was going so low in running :lol
-
Re: Jumps Racing - Friday 8th April 2011 - Including Aintree Have a small each way on Scotsirish in the next. Ran 2nd in this race last year off a pound higher. Has a bit of weight to carry though but could see it getting placed.

Re: One step at a time by Stella Artois, My apologies Datapunter, didn't mean to back seat mod. My main question was about the claim that VC had the maiden hurdle priced up the night before.

Re: Jumps Racing - Friday 8th April 2011 - Including Aintree
True,up until then he had still looked an excellent horse this season, maybe even if he wasn't as good as his 08 Champion Chase win.I think it's a pity they couldn't keep Voy Por fit. His run in the Melling 3 years ago was breathtaking. He probably could've won the QM on that form to be fair. Just impossible to work out his run at Cheltenham. -
Re: Jumps Racing - Friday 8th April 2011 - Including Aintree
With horses? Don't think so. But he's still young and his only blip this year was Queen Mum. His speed has gone' date=' but engine still there over longer trips.[/quote'] Haha probably true. Interesting that they reckon he'll go for the King George now. -
Re: Jumps Racing - Friday 8th April 2011 - Including Aintree
Class is permanent.Mad Max has a breathing problem, 100000%. Master Minded bolts up, work that one out. I'm still trying. -
Re: Jumps Racing - Friday 8th April 2011 - Including Aintree Wooooooooooooo!! That was sheer class.
-
Re: Jumps Racing - Friday 8th April 2011 - Including Aintree More money for Mad Max. Kalahari King looks like a lay for me.
-
Re: Jumps Racing - Friday 8th April 2011 - Including Aintree True, but there was some money for him earlier,I take ratings with a pinch of salt. Someone has 10,000 on Alberta's Run at 7/2 I see there on BBC.

Re: Jumps Racing - Friday 8th April 2011 - Including Aintree
The highest rated horse in the race - be aware tho that this rating is based on his runs over 2m-2m1' date=' very poor performance last time out at the festival including another jumping mistake, prefer the ground abit softer. I'd rather side with genuine 2 and half miler. Beaten in this race last time he tried this distance 3 years ago. Needs to prove his stamina at the trip before Id consider backing him[/quote'] I can forgive that having only been a 5 year old. Stayed well in the Amlin at the start of the year, would have been interesting to see what would Alberta's Run have done if he stayed on his feet. -
Re: Jumps Racing - Friday 8th April 2011 - Including Aintree Thought that was just BBOTD thread. Class act in the field. Ground wouldn't worry too much for me. Alberta's Run is too short. I know MM didn't stay his last attempt in this race but that was as a 5 year old. 11/2 now,I'd be disappointed to see him out of the first three.

Re: Jumps Racing - Friday 8th April 2011 - Including Aintree Who are ye going for in the next lads? Master Minded for me.Can't ignore 6/1
-
Re: Jumps Racing - Friday 8th April 2011 - Including Aintree What a finish that was. Great to see Davy get a winner there. Gigginstown having a phenomenal season.
-
Re: BBOTD 8th April Karn Hill 7.30 Dundalk 20/1 Bet365 GP Has a good draw in 1 and making his handicap debut here. Gets a three year olds weight allowance and comes in only rated 50 and carries 8-4. Didn't show much at 2 but this a weak race and could at least get placed. o.5 e/w

Re: Jumps Racing - Friday 8th April 2011 - Including Aintree Wayward Prince has a big chance in the next. Won a grade 1 novice over 3 miles here last year. One of my favourite horses in training. Not having a bet on it today though.

Re: Willie Twiston-Davies
Hmmm I'm sure they paid out some and didn't pay out others. I smell BS.:eyesLad I work with had a tenner on at the price but only got paid out at SP due to a mistake when they priced up. Interesting if some actually got paid on the 8's. Would be nice to see, as it gives him a bit of back up when he goes back to them to argue the toss. -
Re: Grand National Thread Looks like Don't Push It is going to be favourite now,big gamble on today.

Re: Monte's Specialisation - Flat Racing No bets today Monterosso? Readying yourself for a weekend blitz?

Re: One step at a time by Stella Artois,
Stella you ignored my post,I'd appreciate a response. Not a hope had VC a maiden hurdle priced up the night before. Also a screen shot from Stella isn't much good. He's shown before he can fake them. t=2056137089&page=55 -
Re: One step at a time by Stella Artois,
Here 7th Apr - 14:20 2m1f Mdn Hrd Eastlake 9/2 50 knocked up its first win back in october easily being the justified favorite.. on its previous run it ran an impressive 4th which is showing good form and can improve now that it is hitting hurdling for the first time..Eastlake has to be feared if he market is a positive,im sure it will be. 10/3,3/1 shot imo. This is something I don't understand. What bookies did you use for this price? My reasoning. You made this post at 20 to 4 this morning. Correct me if I'm wrong, but what bookies have a maiden hurdle priced up the night before the race? None. So you either 1)got 9/2 on BF or simply 2)made it up. 1).As we all know BF does not have guaranteed odds. So you couldn't have gotten 16/1 if you took 9/2 on it last night. 2). If you claim you made it with a bookies, then you made up the 9/2 at that time,as there was no market, only SP. -
Re: One step at a time by Stella Artois,
Ah so €15 e/w is actually 30 staked, ok. Unless you can tell me wat bookmaker allows you to change a bet, you cannot change the odds afterwards, 6/5 is 6/5 And you might want to apply 5% commission to the lay bets, it may not be much but sometimes it makes all the difference and it is after all part of the actual result.what the **** were boyles thinking.:rollin Baby Run @ 8/1...:loon 20 i put another 20 on this just because its such a good price,,what the f is goin on...wont complain though..
No,that returns 235 judging by the rule posted above. And where was 8/1 baby run? Think a screen shot is needed here. What a day this is..:bignana eastlate drifted out to 16/1 and won by 2 1/4 lengths....:clap that returned €850....:lol

Re: Jumps Racing - Friday 8th April 2011 - Including Aintree Mileni they said on BBC that Ruby said he couldn't believe his horse, that he just had nothing left in the tank all of a sudden. Good run by the second there,Cantlow,I backed him when he won his maiden hurdle, beating Granduet.
