Re: Group A - Cameroon v Croatia > Wednesday June 18th
Will Eto'o play tomorrow? Is he injured or is it yet another conflict between Eto'o and the FA' date=' the coach or some players in the team. :D[/quote'] He won't be playing bar a miracle. He himself tweeted it. https://twitter.com/setoo9/status/478325608989360129 Can't see Cameroon getting anything out of this match, the Croats will want to win this at all cost and would be the more motivated of the two teams. Mandzukic back will be a boost to the morale of the team as well knowing they have someone tried and trusted upfront who can score for them. -
Re: Group E - Switzerland v Ecuador > Sunday June 15th Going with the Swiss they have a underrated squad, two good full backs and a rock in centre midfield in Inler. Although questionable at the centre of defence. The odds for a Swiss win look tasty, well worth a flutter.

Re: US Open 2013 Del Potro is a dark horse for this he pushed Djokovic to the wire in the Wimbledon semi, he could spoil Djokovic's party as their paths are set to meet in the quarters.

Re: Sweden v England - June 15 Can't judge much since i have not watched the matches from this group yet, Sweden on paper look good to at least get a draw out of this which they at least have to to keep hopes of making it to the next round alive. Sweden on the AH seems like a decent bet, thoughts anyone?

Re: French Open 2012 Roger Federer -9.5 vs David Goffin 1.885 Pinnacle Federer had a minor brain fart against Mahut where he dropped a set, having had to go to four sets so far in his matches he will be licking his lips at having to face young gun David Goffin next and will want to wrap this up quick. Goffin the lucky loser has had quite a run beating Kubot in the last round but this is a massive match for him and the nerves will definitely be there when he sees himself across the net from one of the best players of all time in a big match against a crowd that will be rooting for his opponent. Federer will be looking to start fast off the blocks and if his serve is on he will be blitzing Goffin with his serve. Remember just earlier this year in the Aussie Open where Federer faced a even more highly rated young player in Mr Tomic and he took care of him playing sublime tennis with the crowd rooting for Tomic as well. He cleared a handicap like this in that match and i expect him to do that again. Fingers crossed.

Re: Tennis 8th-15th Jan Sydney/ Hobart Chakvetadze based on odds favored to beat Pironkova?! Strange one if you ask me Chakvetadze is still finding her feet back on the tour while Pironkova has already had a good run of matches under her belt. Going with Pironkova to win this.

Re: Rugby World Cup 2011 Huge blow to the All Blacks with Dan Carter out.

Re: Tennis - The US Open 2011 Good news is Irene got downgraded to a Tropical Storm so not as bad as expected hopefully things will start out smoothly. Not sure how badly the subways have been affected though even if they start it might be too really low crowd numbers since the subway is the main transportation to reach Flushing Meadows.

Re: IAAF World Championships Athletics 27th August - 4th September Shame Bolt false started, he probably was going to have put a great run seeing how his form was at.

Re: Portugal Super Cup 07 Aug 11 Guarin and Falcao are back but are supposedly on the bench.

Re: Tennis - 1-7 August Never trust Donald Young he may have stolen thunder and performed well so far but i would never bet on him, ever.

Re: Rugby Union: Test Matches All Blacks took care of business in the second half.:ok

Re: Tennis - 25-31 July Youzhny vs Granollers - Youzhny to win 1.64 Pinnacle I like the looks of Youzhny winning this match he has faced Granollers twice this season and has won both in straight sets including one on clay. He had previously only reached the quarters at Gstaad but has gone one better reaching the semis and has a good chance to get to the final against an opponent he has done well against. Granollers upset Wawrinka in the last round but Wawa has been prone to shocking results so far this season so i won't read to much into that. Youzhny lost out in the semis in Hamburg last week and should be able to reach the final in Gstaad.

Re: Tennis - 11-17 July Going off topic here Alisa Kleybanova has been diagnosed with cancer, Stage 2 Hodgkins Lymphoma. Never a good thing to hear, hope she makes a successful recovery.

Re: Tennis - Wimbledon Tsonga's serve was brilliant at the end, great performance coming from two sets down.

Re: Tennis - Wimbledon Lopez beat Henman at his final Wimbledon match, hopefully he plays party pooper yet again. With all the hoo ha about Judy Murray tweeting about how good looking Lopez is he should just blow a kiss at Judy or something just to rattle Murray's cage. :p

Re: Tennis - Wimbledon Lopez vs Murray - Lopez +7.5 games 1.66 Bet365 Ok so Murray is expected to win this but i just don't expect Lopez to get blown away. Murray is prone to having a brain fart or two during matches like against Ljubicic and he gets too emotional on court when things are going against him. I was impressed with the mental strength showed by Lopez against Kubot though he is known for his inconsistency. He had has back against the wall two sets down against an opponent who was serving well and was hitting good winners against him. Dug deep and pulled off the third set after that he was even match point down and set points down numerous times but hung in there and stayed in the game. The last time he played on centre court he gave a impressive performance against Roddick. He has been serving well so far and it will come in handy. After getting this far in the tournament i'm sure Lopez wants to do well and not give a dismal display. Should Lopez lose in three in a scoreline like 6-4,6-3,6-4 this would still be a winner. Fingers crossed.

Re: Tennis - Wimbledon Kubot vs Lopez was a great match real nailbiter having taken Lopez both players served well. Lopez was impressive mentally being down two sets, match point and set points down and coming back to win.
-
Re: Tennis - Wimbledon Lopez really stepped it up serving brilliantly and winning the points when it mattered.
-
Re: Tennis - Wimbledon Looks like there won't be any more tennis other than centre court.

Re: Tennis - 13-19 June Deja vu for both Isner and Mahut. :rollin

Re: Tennis - 13-19 June They should be a new betting option in Azarenka matches, whether there will be a retirement. :rollin

Re: Tennis - 13-19 June Surprised that Venus lost considering she never lost to Hantuchova in 10 meetings and only dropped two sets.

Re: Tennis - June 6-12 Cilic pulls out of his match against Murray with injury so Murray advances.
Quarter-Final - Netherlands v Costa Rica > Saturday July 5th
in World Cup 2022 Tips & Predictions

Re: Quarter-Final - Netherlands v Costa Rica > Saturday July 5th The Costa Ricans ran their legs off in the match that went into extra time with Greece. Holland got out of jail against Mexico but its telling how much depth the have on the bench when they can come on and change the game. Should be the end of the fairytale run for Costa Rica, expecting the Dutch to win this in 90 mins.
