Re: Russia Premier League July 17th-19th 2010 Saturn – Nalchik AH1(0) 1,7 If we look at the Russian championship table we see the big gap between two teams: 4. Nalchik 22 points …………………… 16. Saturn 8 points So you can wonder why I chose this bet. Let’s enumerate reasons. 1) Saturn are playing every game better. I watched their previous game with CSKA Moscow and they have the same moments on goal as strong hosts. Actually Saturn by play is a mid-table team and I suppose they will survive by the tournament finish. 2) Nalchik is a good team with the average players but well-built play – it’s a merit of coach, Yuri Krasnozhan. The second year in a row the team starts very successfully. But the financial abilities, infrastructure of Nalchik are modest and club is not capable for instance to host CL games. The players understand that and accomplishing the goal already after the first half-season start to play more imposing. The previous year was so and this year I am also waiting for this. 3) Nalchik will miss their captain Miodrag Djudovic who was sent off in previous game. It shouldn’t to be a big blow in the start of season but now it is. Recently the second central midfielder Amisulashvili went to Turkish Kocaelispor. And now his place takes unexperienced Vasin (21 year-old), who played already the previous game. Summing up these facts, I bet on Saturn.

And now the time to lose for Atyrau. They are only on 8-th place in local championship and meet the team from Hungary who made a great impression in both matches with Slovak Nitra.

But this match should be easy reading – close to draw and minimum goals. Slovaks are not in a good shape, besides host will defend the whole match. Waiting for the picture of last year, when Croatian Slaven scored only the only goal in two matches.

Re: Russian Premier League May 14th-15th 2010 Terek – Saturn 1 team to win 1,85 Bwin The last matches of both teams were defeated: Saturn at home ground lost to Tom’ while Terek winning after first half 1:0 managed to lose CSKA in 10 minutes of the second. In this match the hosts are the clear favorites and I bet on them. Terek team play is more built – Saturn’s coach Gordeev is still searching the best combination of his players. The attack line of host is faster and more dangerous. Saturn’s gates again will keep young unexperienced Vitaly Chilyushkin (on picture). Plus the game will be played on artificial grass the hosts are more used to play.

In previous tour CSKA created so many opportunities near Rostov gates so they should win 5:1 or 6:1, but eventually they scored no goal and lost. Such bad luck can’t go on two matches in a row. The main moments killer Guillermo will miss this match as he flew to Brazil by family reasons. On the other hand Terek defense can’t be considered as solid. The team is disposed more to open play rather than close as they have the good attack line. Igor Akinfeev, CSKA keeper (on photo), misses at least on goal last 7 matches. Graphs show there is a little guests rate fall, but I do disagree. The Russian Wings are now gathering pace, the defense was good from the start, and now the strength of attack raised. Amkar in the middle of the week spent entire 120 minutes against Zenith - so the physics conditions of Samarans should be better. The plus advantage is playing on home ground, and today they will succeed, I believe.

Re: Champions League » Oct 20/21 Guys, what about Sevilla? Stuttgart is playing every match worse and worse:cry. Sevilla will be without Palop, Negredo, Konko, but Luis Fabiano will be fit and this outweighs all losses IMHO.

Re: World Cup Qualifiers - October 14/15 New faces for Russia team were called before the game with Azerbaijan - CM Tarasov from FC Moscow and RD Kuz'min from Lokomotiv Moscow. Both of them haven't played for Russia yet. This decision was reasoned by fact some players felt worse after the match with Germany (Pogrebnyak even will not fly to Azerbaijan, V. Berezutskiy and Pavluchenko are under question). Hiddink also added that the team will play for the victory but the players who have danger of disqualification will stay on the bench with huge likelihood. It turns out that Russia will play with a reserve team mixed with some old-timers. On the other hand for Azeri it's like a match of the year - Russia for them is a good irritant, and the federation has already claimed that every team player will receive 10000 euros if they win Russia team. So Azerbaijan(+1,5) seems to be a good value.

Re: UEFA Europa League > Thursday 4th November Today Zenith's coach Spalletti announced the squad going to Croatia to play against Hajduk. Bruno Alves, Danny, Kerzhakov, Zyryanov and Bystrov are staying in St Petersburg. They are all players from starting squad, so Zenith will play with a half refreshed squad. Other players are also of high class, but above-mentioned (especially Danny and Kerzhakov) are much stronger.
