  1. Re: England > Weekend > Barclays Premier League > 17-18 December

Tottenham vs Sunderland Got to be abit of value in Sunderland possibly snatching this one at 8/1? Martin O'neill had an impact last week where Sunderland managed to win the game scoring twice in the last 10 minutes. Martin O'neill could impact again this week? surely Sunderland will be high on confidence with the change in manager and going straight out to win, and if O'neill does something good its getting the morale and confidence of the team up. So i believe small stakes on 8/1 tomorrow for Sunderland to snatch the win. Another interest fact, is that in all of the 7 games Sunderland have lost this season in the league, they have not lost by more than a 1 goal difference, this again shows abit of value, maybe the asian handicap of -0.5 for Tottenham could be in favour? :nana Looking outside of the asian handicap, this shows that sunderland aren't no push overs, now i own a sunderland season ticket and you may see this post as being biased but i would have to disagree, sunderland have been very unlucky in many games where we dominate possession but just don't have the cutting edge in front of goal and thats due to the lack of strikers the team has. So what am getting at here is, that scorelines of 1-0 and 2-1 to Tottenham could have some value as Sunderland don't concede many they just have a problem scoring. Going by my original point in the opening paragraph by backing Sunderland to win, if they were to win it would as be a 1-0 or a 2-1 in my opinion. 2-1 Tottenham - 11/2 skybet 1-0 Tottenham - 6/1 skybet :nana 2-1 Sunderland - 22/1 skybet - low stakes 1-0 Sunderland - 20/1 skybet - low stakes
Nice couple of winnings today, backed the scorelines for tottenham with more money than the sunderland scorelines :)
  2. Re: Spain - La Liga - 17-18 December Sevilla vs Real Madrid Madrid's price is very appealing, i cant see how they will lose this game, they have only lost twice all season, and have won their last 8 away games in all competitions. With only Valencia being the only team to give them a run for their money when they were defeated 3-2. I'd certainly take the Madrid price tonight. Real Madrid to win @ 1/2 skybet

  4. Re: UEFA Champions League > Tuesday 6th December Yeh was thinking that too, Abbiati, Pato, Aquillaini and Van Bommel are all out. Gonna make me mind up before 7:30 :P Outsider for tonight aswell is: Olympiacos vs Arsenal Arsenal at 3/1 is a great price, considered Wenger said "he will respect the competition and field a team with experience but handing some youngsters a chance" Arsenal are in great form at the moment 3/1 is too good to turn down. Dortmund vs Marseille Marseille at 4/1 is a good price considering Dortmund just haven't clicked this year in the champions league, Marseille will want to make sure the 2nd sport in the group remains their spot. As a double: 19/1 skybet

  5. Re: UEFA Champions League > Tuesday 6th December I was looking at a treble of Chelsea, Barcelona and AC Milan @5/1 what do you guys think about barcelona and milan? i know both will put a weakened team out as they are both already qualified, but do they have enough quality to overcome the opponents? Chelsea will win in my opinion as they haven't lost in 25 champions league group games at home, winning 19 and drawing 6. Any input on barcelona and milan is appreciated.

  6. Re: Spain - La Liga - 3-5 December After reading the Sevilla v Getafe post which is very detailed and interesting, i have decided to do some research. low stakes for Getafe to sneak a 1-0 or 2-1 win im favouring at the moment. However the last 2 of the last 3 home games sevilla have played have had interesting ht/ft results. v Santander - HT 1-0 Sevilla - FT 2-2. They were very close to losing this 2-1. v Granada - HT 1-0 Sevilla - FT 2-1 Granada. v Atheltic Bilbao - HT 1-1 Bilbao took the lead. - FT 2-1 Bilbao. Morale of the story is that Sevilla cant outlast games, the 2nd half they are crumbling, first half performances are very good for Sevilla, but 2nd half performances are as if a different team is playing. So my tip: Sevilla HT/ Getafe FT 40/1 @skybet

  7. Re: England > Barclays Premier League > 3-5 December Can see this being a 2-0 win to liverpool or a 2-1 win to liverpool tonight. Yes lucas is a big blow for liverpool, however i feel henderson and adam can provide the balls needed for players like maxi, suarez and bellamy to create chances. Liverpool are in great form on the road, and Fulham are finding it difficult to find results at home with 3-1 defeats to Everton and Tottenham which are both to a similar standard of Liverpool in their current form. Some stats which may intrigue you: Fulhams biggest home defeat in the league this year: 2-0 Liverpools biggest win on the road this year: 2-0 Every away game this year liverpool have scored 2 goals Fulham have only kept 1 clean sheet in 6 home PL games Liverpool have won their last 6 competitive away matches, which they have scored 2 goals in all of them. 2-0 Liverpool 17/2 @skybet 2-1 Liverpool 17/2 @skybet Also 3-1 to liverpool is my own personal preference for tonight, i feel that with the attacking options liverpool have they could easily romp this fixture like they did last year (5-2) and score 3 goals, Fulham are playing at home and do score goals at home. My own prediction putting previous statistics out the window. 3-1 Liverpool 18/1 @skybet And i will also be back suarez to score in the scorecast markerts for 2-0 and 3-1.

  8. Re: England: Championship Aug 5-7 Blackpool @ 7/4 ladbrokes Blackpool may have lost Adam and Campbell, but they have brough in Kevin Phillips. And he is prolific at this level of football, 35 i know. But he score over 20 goals for west brown at 33 in the championship. He has always had the finishing touch to a ball, especially at Sunderland back in the day. Blackpool still have potential in my eyes, Ian Holloway attacks teams, the squad still holes some strong players. Middlesbrough @ 4/5 Ladbrokes Middlesbrough have enough quality to overcome Portsmouth in my eyes. Middlesbrough either have a good start to a season or a bad start, last year was a rotten season, however their form turned around at the end of the season. And Tony Mowbray has a reputation of building teams back like he did with west brown about 4 years ago. I dont know how their pre season went. But i will check over them before saturday. Middlesbrough @ 4/5 has value in it.

  9. Re: UEFA Champions League > Wednesday 23 February Marseille 1-1 Man Utd Or Marseille 2-1 Man Utd Manchester Utd enjoy drawing away from home alot this season. Clearly Man Utd will be strong favourites to proceed, and im sure they will. But i believe with marsielle playing at home, they will have the advantage in this tie. But none the less a tight game, 1-1 6.50 @Ladbrokes - 2 units 2-1 12.00 @Ladbrokes - 2 units Score Cast 2-1 Valbuena to score first 101.00 @Ladbrokes - 0.5 units 1-1 Rooney to score first 19.00 @Ladbrokes - 0.5 units Valbuena proved himself to be able to score past England Back in November. He also is quick paced and able to cut in on defenders. Rooney, slowly becoming back into form. Worth a punt in my opinion, as he is Man Utd's target man. EDIT: Sorry for been 4 minutes late, Nothing interesting has happened so far. So this one slide through? :D
