  1. Re: May 21 - May 26 :ok

Brilliant again IAMGooner :clap Just a couple of other points Got to stick up for Alovenac here.In no way does he copy or dupilicate other peoples picks & you can see by his history of tips he doesnt.I followed the tennis threads since January 2012 & Alovenac is one of the 'top tipsters' on these threads. If anyone followed him with his Austrailia Open picks would be very comfortably in profit.Keep the tips coming Alovenac. :ok Last point is this debate on ImLovinit.I never said anything before on it but I honestly believe his ban from Punterslounge was harsh.I can understand from other peoples point of view that the 6ft dancing bananas & showing his sports book balances/bets could p*ssed some people off but that was HIS individual way of expressing himself.I believed his confidence or you could call it 'arrogance' was more to do with showing the bookies we're gonna beat you today & your odds are wrong. In a funny way i think ImLovinit motivated the tennis threads to get a 'winning mentality' & get others to put their own tips out there.I think ImLovinit should be give ONE last chance.Last chance saloon. No more nonsense, but straight up write ups & reasons behind his picks.I feel I've improved alot with the insight of the quality tipsters here & even posted some winners myself :).The last few weeks for whatever reason the tennis threads have died. We are all here to win & I honestly believe the team of tipsters on the tennis threads are the ones to follow if your looking for some decent profits. Good luck everyone & lets take the bookies to the cleaners :hope
Excellently put Pensioner65. I totally agree. Keep the write ups coming Alovenac the effort is appreciated.:ok

No pun intended, man. Just that is looks funny, kinda like as if you copy the tips from the others. Personally, I avoid this by citing the original poster and adding that I follow at price X with bookie Y.
A bit unnecessesarily petty this, Homunclulus, the only similarity in Alovenac's write up is that he mentions that they are both French which is simply a fact. A copy? I don't think so.

Tennis WTA Italy, Rome - Internazionali BNL D'Italia QF - Clay 21:00 -

    :hope

    A. Kerber vs P. Kvitova A. Kerber Odds: 2.22 Bookie: Pinnacle

"Petra Kvitova holds little competitions, with each competitor putting her problems, every game she makes a lot of unforced errors. Angelique Kerber game seems much more reliable than Petra Kvitova's, so today we put on the german player"

    Yet another quality pick KavkaZ.Cheers!

Tennis ATP Italy' date= Rome - Internazionali BNL D'Italia R16 - Clay 21:00 J.M.Del Potro vs J-W.Tsonga Tsonga Odds 4.14 Bookie: Pinnacle I will give also the previews from the site ******.ru. Payed 50 $ for this one. ****** picks only tennis with a record: Tips won: 77 Tips lost: 30 The amount of each bet: $ 500 Sum of winnings: $ 22,960 1 pick = 50 $ 5 picks = 200 $ 10 picks = 350 $ " Del Potro played three consecutive weeks. Very heavy schedule. The tournament in Estoril on clay was a "pleasure" , not very strong contenders. Then the tournament in Madrid, where Juan Martin was in the semifinals. Here the courts were quick convenient (blue clay = pretty fast surface), but Berdych was a form of better in semis. After that, the current Masters in Rome. Already in the first round vs french Llodra gave away one set and the quality of tennis has fallen markedly. Courts in Rome require freshness and good physical readiness. Argentines do not like this, its still tight strikes work confidently on faster surfaces. I look forward to Tsonga, the frenchman to get on his game. And about Del Potro, I think hes not in the condition to show the best tennis. Bookies profoundly mistaken, odds 3.5 looks very sweet, not every day are safe bets with this coefficient. "
Thanks KavkaZ Another fantastic tip and what a price! and because of the write up also did 2-0!! (missed the 11/2 but got 9/2) also followed your last tip on Giraldo which also won at a good price.Great picks so thanks again.
  5. Re: May 13 - May 20 I watched Del Potro play Llodra and he had problems with his knee.So a retirement is possible especially if it goes 3 sets (also with the french open coming up Del Potro won't want to risk injury). So a bookie that voids if the match is not completed if backing Del Potro or a bookie that pays out if there is a retirement if betting Tsonga maybe the safest option. Good luck.

Yes' date=' we should take notice of you...however...in my opinion many of your picks are devoid of value. The odds are way too short and you will simply lose in the long run.[/quote'] Have to agree again. I thought this forum (tell me if I'm wrong) was about taking the bookies with good quality tennis bets and yet you get rid of most readers on heres favourite tipster and keep Shor! What an own goal and costly to those who used to follow I'mlovingit.
  7. Re: May 13 - May 20

Atko, you say you had bets in play the last couple of days? Please do share them as I like to read your write ups and to see you picks. There are quite some picks being posted here but frankly, while I appreciate the posts, the picks are of very streaky quality with low to no value at all. So, Atko, if you have picks, post em up!
'very streaky quality with low to no value at all' I'm sorry but I have to agree. There is one tipster notable by his absence...IMLOVINGIT where are you when we need you? I,m missing all those great priced winners you used to give and I'm sure I'm not the only one.

CILIC VS KOHLSCHREIBER 1st SET - OVER 9.5 GAMES 4/6 @ LADBROKES Kohscrheiber playing very well and very strong in first set in last two maches and will want to start well in front of home crowd but may find it hard to break Cilics powerful serve, so can't see either player taking the 1st set 6-3 or under.
Get in there my son (not exactly as expected)!! but...:rollin
  9. Re: April 30-May 6

It wasn't done to sound wise. I simply wrote it because it was said that Zvonareva was 'over and done with'' date=' which isn't the case just because she lost one match. I was just stating that it wasn't a shock that she lost the match given the circumstances, and she isn't 'over', she's simply just struggling with fitness and form at the minute and was up against a tricky opponent regardless. If you followed or took that bet yourself, and weren't aware of those factors, I'd suggest you hadn't done enough research into the match as all of those points are pretty well known are are key influences into taking a bet. Just points to consider next time :ok[/quote'] I agree she has been struggling with her form but she has class in abundance. As for her fitness, she has no recent injuries (according to TennisExplorer) but maybe they're incorrect, either way maybe you could let me know the site where you got your information from so as I may become as well informed as you! ;)

  11. Re: April 30-May 6

I only saw the tip when I came on which was after the match. However' date=' it's common knowledge that Vera has been struggling with injury and is out form. Likewise, Cetkovska's run in New Haven last season was the surprise of the year and and anyone taking this bet on must have known about that, as it's always risky betting against her as she's capable of producing the goods.[/quote'] It's very easy to be wise after the event but still of very little use...:)
  12. Re: April 30-May 6

Hardly lol. The result isn't a shock at all. She's been struggling with a shoulder injury' date=' hence why she hasn't played since Charleston and why the odds were so high on the Russian. She's nowhere near as dominant on the clay even at 100% and often plays in lengthy and gruelling matches. Since 2009 she's not had anywhere near the success on clay as she has on the quicker surfaces and Cetkovska has beaten Peer and Errani on clay in the past year so she's clearly not bad on the surface. Put that with the fact that she was a losing finalist in a Masters Event last season amongst some other good performances, then it's not a surprise with Zvonareva's fitness that she beat the Russian. Would hardly say she is 'over and done with'.[/quote'] This info would have been useful before the match !!!
  13. Re: April 30-May 6

Stan Wawrinka to beat Robin Haase 2-0 @ Evens with William Hill This should be plain Stan this one, he's done a lot of hard training in the build up to the clay-court season, he skipped a masters series on hard jus so he could have the right preparation. In Monte Carlo he was phenomenal with scintilating performances to beat Feliciano Lopez and Almagro ... he even causes the king of clay Rafa a trouble or two. Robin Haase is not known for being much good on this surface and I cannot understand the respect the bookmakers are paying towards him here. He struggled in the last round to overcome a qualifier ranked 188 ... he was a set and a break down before coming back and scraping through. Robin possesses no real weapons other than his serve and I believe Stan should have this done in quick time with a break in each set doing the business. 8/10 in the confidence stakes
Thanks Imlovinit, another great pick, had it as last one in a fourfold. Good to see you back in full force with todays write ups.

unbekievable' date=' the most colorful pubter is banned thanks to a newcomer who has not made a single contribution to the forum. iamlovungit your bragging style was certainly not ali stuff but more like a fierce latino fighter, duran perhaps? you will be missed[/quote'] I totally agree. All Shor has brought is conflict from his very first post.Imlovingit brought energy, humour and a load of great tips. I found his approach refreshing and always looked foward to reading his posts. If you asked all the watchers of this forum who they would want to stay and who to go Shor would be gone.I for one won't enjoy coming here so much now, not just because of all the winners im gonna miss that Imlovingit would have posted but because I love tennis betting and his imput was extremely valuable in more ways than one.
