    Don't think it's AP himself that will get the blame , listening to Francome on CH4 and he put it in a nutshell , the horse likes to do his own thing and when put under pressure he doesn't like it . Where someone who knows the horse , Walsh or Sam Thomas , would have sat and let him sort things out , AP's style is to try and force the best out of his mounts so the question will be why put up a jock with a known style that would possibly not suit the horse's way of running . Hindsight i know , but there were doubts raised at the time of the appointment. Doesn't detract anything from the horse or jockey it may simply be they don't suit each other.
    Totally agree...it didnt shake AP's confidence though great ride on Get me out of here in the next. Thought he may have said Denman didnt feel like he expected, to hide bit of embarrassment.

    Re: Cheltenham 15th 2009 Just want to go on record to say what a bloody good jockey i think Paddy Brennan is I wasn't on Khyber Kim but was on the one he got beat on yesterday i think it was Hi Bud, anyway he tried to make all and gave me fantastic value for my bet. All you can ask for is for the jockey to try & i love watching the fella ride.....he's a bit of a lad

    nice one, you can introduce yourself if you want in the thread at the top of the main page - Who are We? All we ask for is some reasoning behind your selections as there are so many forums out there just listing horses names which is meaningless. We also welcome any discussion on any racing topic you want ! Enjoy

    Re: Sea The Stars Thanks Bowles i've been in love with racing since the age of 13 when i had my first bet i'm 50 in december so i've seen a few good 'uns both flat & jumps. I stumbled upon this site relatively recently & have been impressed with the willingness of people on here to share ideas & opinions with other members & with the amount of encouragement shown to people giving tips. There are some bloody good tipsters on here!!:)
