  1. Re: Golf: USPGA Championship 2009 sorry to burst your bubble, but i never made a bet over time! better than he ever was?!!! when was the last time he lost the lead in the last round? when was the last time he never won 1 major? when was the last time he missed about 10 putts under 10 foot in a round? and as for the post before, if i dont want 2 bet tiger for many years i wont! as i said i dont bet each way and the only reason he will still be as short is because he is virtually a cert to be placed. plus i am not slaughtering the guy, if u read it i said he was still the best! i just think hes lost that edge and people wont fear him now which will hamper him winning as much. just my opinion and only time will tell.

  2. Re: Golf: USPGA Championship 2009 well done yang! my predicyion about woods not winning and not being at his best was correct and was right to lay him. pity i dont bet each way as my win prediction, westwood was placed. i think this is a bigger blow to tiger than just losing a major. i now think he,ll never get back to his best and now he knows and the other pros now he can be caught when leading is a big dent to his confidence. i thought he would overhall the major record, but now think its iffy. theres alot of young and older talented golfers out there who will now stop woods doing this! no doubt he stil is the best, but not as good as once was and i wont be taking any less than 5/1 again on him beating a high class field again.

  3. Re: Golf: USPGA Championship 2009 i hate to burst all your bubbles people, but tiger wont win! he isnt back to his best yet. yes hes won the last 2 tourneys, but dont fancy him. the buick he couldnt fail to win,(as i posted, and had a good bet on him) with only an out of form furyk anywhere near the top of the golfing stats in the field. the last 1, an out of form harrington chucked it away. his driving is still wayward and iron play not at its best, putting fantastic though. i will be laying tiger at his skinny price, and having an interest in lee westwood who has been playing great all season and deserves that big win. his driving and long iron play wont let him down, lets just hope he holes a few putts:hope if so he,ll give me a run. good luck:ok

  4. Re: 2/1 tiger where can i get 2/1 tiger. must be the best bet this weekend. with pretenders like gay, watney, snedeker. hasbeens like leonard, verplank & sabbatini all up in the top 10 in the betting this will be a walkover. 2nd best furyk who would be a small threat if at his best must be the only top 50 player in the field apart from woods. i,ll be having a couple of hundred on woods. lump on!

  5. Re: Golf: US Open i hope im wrong for u guys, but cant see mcdowell winning any major, just not good enough , especially this 1. in fact i think u would have to be aff yer heed to fancy any european this weekend, the tourney just doesnt suit. i may eat my words, but it is only my opinion. kim 7/4 and hamilton 15/8 1st rnd 3balls. all the best.

  6. Re: Golf: US Open 1st time on guys. im thinking anthony kim mayb a little big at 80/1. already won this year, top 20 last major, long enough off the tee, good enough putter. might not be accurate enough off the tee, but iv heard theyv widened some of the fairways this year. so ill b having a few quid each way on the man whos birthday it is on sunday! good luck!
