Not that I'm aware of, but someone out there might know of one.

Why were you banned? If it's something serious like attempted fraud/deception/collusion/multiple accounts then the chances are that every other Microgaming skin will also apply a blanket ban as will other networks if they get to hear too. If it's a localised issue such as not supplying Betsafe with ID then speak to their support, supply whatever they need and get it lifted. In my experience bans resulting from genuine mistakes will often get overturned if you're totally upfront, honest and speak to them calmly & with respect.

These days with ever declining number of independant networks, it's even more vital that you keep your record clean, otherwise options soon run out.

    Good luck.

I'm banned by 3 bookmakers from any free bets, enhanced odds, bonuses etc  This is because if your sensible you must make money on say Bet 25 get 10 in play offers. Many other punters are in the same position. The bookmakers ban sensible punters from these offers but keep those who make mug bets on high profit margin markets. Home, away draw is a very low profit mrgin market for instance. It's nothing to do with fraud etc  but its particularly annoying to be banned from the sit and go challenge bonus too. I used to get a bonus every month playing the 2.5, 5 and 10 turbo tables sometimes 3 figures without 'cheating'.

  2. Re: PL Exclusive - Gala Poker July League Added Value Grand Final Weds 7th Aug

good luck in the tournys guy. Nice offer spit. One day I might actually win a flip with you. 4th bubble in a week including the Super Sunday. Must be something of a record. Hopefully you will do better spit
You also have 5% of my ticket for the high roller event and so does Muttley. Late Monday night start isn't ideal but lets hope I'm still playing 3am!
  3. Re: PL Exclusive - Gala Poker July League Added Value - 1st Leg Weds 3rd July I've always regarded 'saying' gg to someone knocked out as taking the mick, that's why I don't do it. I didn't notice the request for an explanation why JQu should be folded to a large raise. Usually I play the board but last night, I called a fair raise on the big blind with 9J because it was Muttley. Pretty sure I was ahead I bet half my chips on a 229 flop, was reraised so I went all in. He revealed 66, surely a fold, I'm not known for my bluffing. A total dog he won via a runner runner flush! I could only comment 'usual nonsense. Once Mcg called my substantial AA all in with 2 7 and won. I was speechless! Posting negative comments is just letting off steam, I'm never really nasty. Don't play Omaha high low on the cash tables, that's where the really nasty guys play! In future I shall only comment ffs! lol

totally agree about the luck side, it was your comment aimed at someone and you didnt back up the reason why when asked, and then you were in my opinion, ill mannered, the whole game, not even a gg to muttley at the end. i dont have a problem with the way you play, far from it, but being polite goes a long way, especially in a social forum like we are. just my two pence worth, once again, well done on your win and see you in the final next week
  4. Re: PL Exclusive - Gala Poker July League Added Value - 1st Leg Weds 3rd July Can't help myself, I hate getting donked!

very unusual comments you make in your statement you say firstly I don't play for the social side of it meaning you play to win and you take your game seriously ok I get that ,, yet you also mention i'm more likely to make negative comments about bad play ????? surely you want to keep playing against these players and not trying to educate them on poker abc when you clearly would have a greater edge on these players in the long term ,, I think you get what I mean and gl in final when i'l be there too hopefully

well done to Scooper for a very lucky win last night, never known someone to be behind as often and still come up trumps, might need to work on your table etiquette though, doesnt hurt to say ty or nh once in a while, also well done the other cashers. as Helen said, table will be updated asap and i look forward to seeing the finalists next week. :)
I always try to say ty if someone says nh especially if its someone else in the hand as I regard this as very sporting. I can miss such comments whilst multi tabling and I apologize for that. I don't play poker for the social side so I'm unlikely to make such comments myself, I'm more likely to make negative comments about bad play. Yes, I came from behind but my number of big blinds is the only thing I monitor until I'm heads up. If I am comfortable with my number of big blinds, then I can win irrelevant of the stage or what everyone else has. You have to get lucky and win more races than you lose to win tournaments but the only time I felt I was exceptionally lucky was when I was heads up when I flopped a set of aces and in the final hand flopped a run. The term lucky is something I would reserve for occasions when someone should fold but calls and then wins like last night when I put a big raise in with AA and was called with by someone with JQu I think. I folded on the river to their FH. was that lucky?
  6. Re: Punters Lounge Poker Club - non variant PLEASE RE-APPLY I think the buy in shouldn't be too big to deter participation or too small for the same reason so maybe 1 or 2 dollars and 25% or less for the prize pool. I would suggest Turbo format too. I've played little else but sng's this year and realise super turbo is a crap shoot but turbo is just the right speed to allow for 'play'. Standard format means an overlong time commitment in my opinion, sometimes they take over an hour and this may deter players ( like myself) with other commitments. The prize pool contribution is tricky, it has to be levelled to increase participation but not deter anyone who gets off to a bad start. 100 games @ 10c produces $10 so the pool can quickly accumulate. Could the prize pool be disguised in the rake? eg. $1 + 20c Sound others out.

  7. Re: Microgaming Badbeat Jackpot

gone 3 times in 4 days
Yes it was clearly good value when it started and the Ist seeded jackpot was worth going for too. Its disappointing that details of the wins have been so hard to find because that damages players confidence. Are they going to say they were won on the anonymous tables?
  8. Anyone know the details of the Microgaming ( eg Stan James) bad beat jackpot won last night? Went to my weekly quiz last night to find it had been won when I returned. It was clearly worth the investment for life changing money despite people on forums moaning each players contribution was E2 per 100 hands. Maybe they prefer to chase the Euro lottery at 118m-1? The new seeded jackpot might still be worth going for.
