Was absolutely card dead all day, iirc best hands were pkt 10s once and Aqoff once :\. Table was usual high standard (APAT) and so spots to try and get "creative" were pretty hard to come by...but after 7 levels or so of passing, raise followed by 3-bet... fold, I was starting to lose the will to live. Finally got A8 on button and was folded to me....raise it up...BB 3-bets (again)....so I jam my last 10bb or so....he snap calls with AK and I'm off to the bar :sad Thanks to Mike for stepping in at last minute and wp to Nellie for making the points.

    If anyone is staying at Days Inn Hotel and parking in the car park you need to park on the top floor (6th) in order to get the £4.50 daily rate. The downside is' date=' [b']the lift is broken, so you need to take this into consideration if you have difficulty with stairs.

    Thanks for the sympathy :p.... I get enough abuse from those north of the border thanks....I'm married to one :notworthy I know that my hand wasn't ....a "Premium" holding, but the villain in this case had been playing all sorts of ****e and as small blind, and getting odds of 5:1 to see a flop I took my chance. The rest as they say, is history.......but thanks for your constructive input. "Lang may yer lum reek etc"
