Re: Bulgaria, A PFG 2011/12 Svetkavitsa - Litex Hosts are the weakest side, without any quality and skilled players. They are without any chances to win game till the end of the season IMO. Svetkavitsa is 1:17 and 0-0-7 at home. I really see huge class difference here. This is gonna be 3rd game for 1 week for the current champions. But they got really poor opponents, beating Vidima 3:0 and Kaliakra 0:2, without much efforts. Now they got even easier task to cope with and probably they will repeat the same scenario, starting aggressive and searching for an early goal. Hristyo Yanev will miss, due to suspession. But that wont be problem, cause they got enough quality on the bench. Litex will play for the Cup incoming week, and probably will rotate and wont push hard against Svetkvatisa, thats why I expect them to search an eary goal(s), leading at the half time ht/ft - 2/2 1.50 @ Bet365 5/10

Their coach said that he hopes to create some troubles for Ludogorets, but their defense seems real joke without Ignatov and their best player CD Branekov, who joined Loko Sofia. Vidima are very poor at home without scoring a goal in 3 of their last 4 matches, beating only last placed Svetkavitsa in quite close game... Re: Bulgaria, A PFG 2011/12 The derby of the round - Lokomotiv Plovdiv - Chernomorets Burgas Lokomotiv looked great in their first half in Sofia. They won a penalty, missed by our captain Zdravko Lazarov. Lokomotiv made great pressing, and controlled the half, making some really nice shots. Their opponents were without a single shot on the target. The odds dropped from 2.00 to 1.33 at the half time. The odds against them were around 10.00 and probably that was the reason that Lokomotiv lost at the 2nd half. Also before 2 years, Lokomotiv Plovdiv was in the relegation battle and Lokomotiv Sofia, let them to win in Sofia with 1:2, which was key game. Now the situation was exactly the opposite and maybe was "pay time". Hosts will be without their only Bulgarian national player - Zlatinski due to suspession. All other players are fit. Lokomotiv will have Cup game incoming week, and having in mind that they are far away from the 3rd place in the table, the Cup will be their only aim for sure. Also Chernomorets ex-coach is very favourite person for Lokomotiv fans, and we have perfect relations with him. Having all these things in mind I wont be surprised to see draw or away win here, despite that Lokomotiv got perfect record at home so far 7-0-0 ! Chernomorets will miss striker Preslav Yordanov and national player - defender Terzyiski. They are unbeaten in last 9 matches, recording 6-3-0 and after CSKA win in first round the tittle challenge seems like real. Chernomroets is one of the best away sides with 4-2-1 away from home, showing more than solid defense with 11:2 goal difference. They played with 10 men and even in that way managed to be dangerous and to be quite close to the 3:3. City got the detph and the quality on the bench to field strong line up. Their next game against Wigan will be after 5 days so they will have time to rest and prepare. City won over Liverpool not so long ago with 3:0 in league game, last season City won here again with 3:0. Liverpool will be againt with Caroll upfront and without Suarez, wich is huge blow for their attack. They missed to score in 3 of their last 4 visits, losing from Fulham 1:0, from City 3:0, and making goaless draw with Wigan. Re: Portugal»League Cup 2011/2012 Sporting Lisboa - Nacional Madeira After the draws with Academica and Porto for the league competition, Sporting seems to be far from the tittle, but this Cup is quite close after Benfica and Porto were eliminated and I expect Sporting storng motivated and focused on this match. Sporting is quite solid home side with 10 straight wins, before the draw with Porto in last round. 8 of these 10 wins were with 2 or more goals difference. Nacional also got poor season and will search the surprise here, trying to win progress to the final. Nacional played all their cup games away from home, and it seems they are capable to score on the road, beating Gil Vicente in last league round with 0;3. Re: Copa del Rey Sevilla - Valencia I expected over in the first game, but Valencia showed strong defensive skills. This time i will try to bounce back again with goals. Sevilla will search the goal from the beginning but I cant see them with clean sheet. They got 7 straight overs at home, keeping clean sheet only once. They conceded from teams like Gijon-1, Granada-2, Bilbao-2, Santander-2, Real M -6, and low divison San Roque-1. Sevilla will miss regular keepere - palop, but their midfield will be boosted by recovered Perroti and Jesus Navas, and just arrived from Atl. Madrid - Reyes. Today two strong sides with great offensive skills will create great game - face Lyon and Lille 5 of their last 8 meetings, finished with over 3.5 goals, as we saw results like 3:1,3:1,4:3,3:2 and 2:2. Hosts will got defensive problems, as Lovren and Reveillere are big doubts, and Cris(injured) and B.Kone and John Mensah are out due to international duty. Re: Tennis: 31st December -8th January Murray - Dolgopolov This is the final match in Australia Brisbane Andy Murray, searching for new start and to relief his career after some unsuccessful performances, changed the coach and will try something different this season. Its perfect that he got the chance to start with tittle here and I expect him strong motivated to do it. But In most of such moments when he is under pressure, he is making some mistakes, and even here against Muller and Kukushkin he lost a set already. After that won over Muller and Tomic, but Muller is weak, and Tomic was really nervous and showed huge respect, which affect on his performance. Dolgopolov is the good surpirse of the tournament, as he overplayed Simon and Stepanek as underdong here already. Against Andreev and Stepanek he got 3 -set matches. Dolgopolov got great serve and movement on the court and I expect him strong motivated to show hist best at this final, as this is gonna be historical game, and chance for tittle just at the begginning of the season, which could be quite important moment and step i his career. Re: Liga Adelante 6 January - 8 January 2012 Barcelona B - Numancia Barcelona B will face another team from the mid-table - Numancia. The performance of Barcelona B squad is not great as the last season, but anyway they cant win promotion so the league position is not importnat. They are on 4 matches without a single win at home, and I cant see Numancia capable to grab the full pack of points today. Barcelona B are trying to copy from A squad tactic and posesion, playing fast and aggressive football. They made 9 overs in their last 12 home matches. Anyway despite their great offensive skills, they got quite shaky defense, conceding in 11 of their last 12 matches here. Numancia lost only once from their last 9 matches( from La Coruna away from home with 3:1 ). Anyway away from home they are performing much weaker, with 1-5-5 in their last 11 visits. They are not having scoring problems, but concede a lot of goals too, making goal/goal option in 9 of their last 12 visits. Norwich is one of the most offensive teams in Premier League, but exaclty with this tactic they managed to surprise a lot of teams, and are taking good table position despite they are newcomers. Norwich is playing offensive minded football, but concede a lot of goals and IMO they are sitll without a single clean sheet from the beggining of the season. Norwich got 6 overs in their last 8 home games. Burnley are in the middle of the championship table, far from the play-off spots, but should be interested to perform good in this competition, as to eliminate Premier League side is always a challenge. Burnley is always playing offensive football, and managed to score away from home in 10 of their last 12 visits. Burnley made 6 overs in their last 7 away matches. Two offensive minded teams are gonna face each other today in FA Cup and looking at their shaky defense I expect goal festival here over 3.5 goals 3.00 @ Stan James

Re: Tennis: 31st December -8th January Murray - Tomic » Australia » ATP Brisbane » Semi-finals here and we got home representer Tomic and the british top tennis player Murray. Tomic is young and hungry for wins and when is playing at home is more than dangerous. With the home crwod behind him Tomic is capable to overplay everyone and I expect huge troubles for Murray tomorrow. Interesting is that Tomic is making 3 sets quite often. Tomic won over Ito last round in 2 straight sets, but before that made 6 straight matches with 3 sets, losing only from Monfis, but beating names like Anderson and M. Fish. Murray got new coach and seems to be strong moitvated to start the sesaon with tittle. Anyway he will need to adapt to the new playing style and showed it already as played 3 sets in his first 2 matches in this tournament, beating with 2:1 Kukushkin and Muller. Last round he overplayed Baghdatis, but Tomic is much better than him, so I expect Murray to lost at least a set here. I see close game with 3 sets over 2.5 sets 3.25 @ Bet365

Re: MEXICO Primera Division 2011/12 Thread Morelia - Tijuana This is the first game of the new championship and I expect both sides strong motivated and well prepared for this game, searching the most proper way for starting the season - winning 3 points. Morelia are not from the best home sides, finishing the regualr season as the 13th best home side ( 18 teams ). Anyway they finished the season with 5-1-0 at home, scoring 2 or more goals in 5 of these matches. Also Morelia finished the season with 4 straight overs ( all of them with both teams scoring ). They made 2:1 result in 3 of their last 5 home games. Tijuana are quite motivated team, with huge investments and ambitious. But couldnt managed to fight for top spots. I expect them to start this season more organized and focused. Tijuana finished the season 8 straight matches, having goal/goal option, making 4 times 1:1 exact score and losing once with 2:1 in these games. I expect close game and I see both sides scoring at least once here. For me the most probable result is 1:1 or 2:2 draw 4.13 @ Pinnacle both to score 1.91 @ William Hill

Re: Copa del Rey Cordoba - Espanyol Cordoba is playing in Segunda division and the performance in Copa del Rey will be more than special for sure, as for the most of the lower division teams, at this stage of the tournament or every time facing Premiera side. Cordoba will try to use their home advantage and to take comfortable result before the 2nd game next week. Hosts got strong defense and managed to kept 3 straight clean sheets at home. Cordoba managed to eliminate already Premiera team, as in last round the overplayed Betis. Cordoba is making a lot of draws at home, as they got 5 draws in their last 12 matches here. Espanyol got some troubles playing on the road, but mainly scoring problems. They will rely on their home game next week, and i expect some rotations tonight. Re: Tennis: 31st December -8th January Rafael Nadal announced that he thinks about a holiday, just at the very begginning of the season, which makes me think that he is not feeling 100 % ready and fit for this season. He got troubles just at the begginning of his performance at ATP Doha, where he met Kohlschreiber P.. losing a set. Nadal looked not fully concentrated and his movement on the court was far from his best, but he won (6:3,6:7,6:3). Yesterday Nadal met much easier task and won 6:2,6:2 over Gremelmayr D. Today things are much differenet as he is gonna meet #35 in ATP ,Youzhny M. The russian overplayed Giubis and Karlovic, showed really nice returns and I expect him to create huge troubles to Nadal today. Re: Copa del Rey Valencia - Sevilla Valencia will face Sevilla at home in their first Copa del Rey game. For sure both sides will search goals, to take good competition result. Hosts will be without regular gk , Maduro and Canales, but good news are that Banega is fit, and probably will be fielded. Valencia is strong home side with 6-0-1 in their last 7 home games here, as their only loss is from Real M with 2:3. Soldado and Jonas seem to be quite dangerous and effective partnership, as Valencia managed to score 2 or more goals in all of these last 7 home games, making 6 overs. Sevilla will miss Kanoute and Perroti, but still got enough quality upfront to grab the away goal in the game. Sevilla performs strong away from home, as they lost only once in their last 10 visits ( 1:0 from Levante ). Liverpool could welcome back their captain Gerrard and I expect him to lead the squad for the full pack of points today. Liverpool got just 3 points less than 4th placed Chelsea, but also just 1 point more than Newcastle, so this is gonna be derby IMO. Liverpool got some troubles and defensive problems at home, as they made goal/goal option in 7 of their last 9 home games. Newcastle won over Bolton with 0:2, where Ba and Arfa scored the goals. That put the end of a 6 games winless run for guests, and they will be motivated to contniue their boucing back against Liverpool. Newcastle will miss Danny Guthrie (groin), Peter Lovenkrands (calf) and Steven Taylor (Achilles) remain on the sidelines. Davide Santon is back from Injury, and Dan Gosling is back from suspession for Newcastle. Newcastle scored at least once in 11 of their last 12 visits, but their defense is also shaky, as they kept only 1 clean sheet in last 9 visits, conceding 3 from Nottingham, 3 from Man City, 4 from Norwich and 4 from Blackburn, so I expect some troubles for them against strong motivated home side as Liverpool. Re: Greek 1st league 2011-2012 Xanthi - Panionios Xanthi are 6th placed just 2 points less than 4th placed Atromitos. Xanthi is showing nice football and is having good run of 4 straight wins, followed by draw in last round. They managed to kept 4 clean sheets in these matches and in one of them at home managed to smash with 3:0 exactly the 4th placed team Atromitos. Xanthi recorded 3-2-1 here, losing only from Panathinaikos in goal festival with 2:3. They got quality and experienced squad and I see class difference between them and their opponent today Xanthi played well against Panionios last season, making draw at home and winning with 0:2 on the road. Panionios got huge financial problems and their best players are leaving the squad, or got injuries, which will affect on their performance for sure. Panionios won only once in their last 9 league games, recording 5 loses. They missed to score in 5 of these last 9 matches and I expect problems for them against such solid defense as Xanthi got. Benfica is taking the 2nd place in the table, with equal points to leaders Porto but with worse goal difference, so tonight they are gonna search goals for sure. Benfica is playing more than comfortable against Rio Ave with 7 wins and 1 draw in their last 8 mneetings, last season won over them with 5:2 here. Rio Ave is team who is relying on their home matches, to collect enough points, securing them avoiding the relegation. They are very poor travelers, as they got huge scoring problems on the road, but in the same time conceding quite easy goals too. Re: Bulgaria, A PFG 2011/12 CSKA - Kaliakra CSKA should win with difference, fans will make protest, but I cant see CSKA losing points today, especially against team like Kaliakra. Also factor should be that Kaliakra played druing the week against Litex, game lost with 0;2 at home. CSKA will be boosted by "new coach effect". last season CSKA made goaless draw against Kaliakra here, but now the situation is much different, as eventual draw or loss could kill their tittle ambitious CSKA(-1.75)AH 1.52 @ Bet365 7/10 Montana - Levski Montana won against Kaliakra in first round and is sitting comfortable 7 points more than Vidima Rakovski and the danger zone. They are very weak home side with 2-3-2 here, scoring only 6 goals so far. Montana is playing bad against Levski and I cant see them taking something today, as Levksi need the full pack of points to keep their tittle chances alive. Toni Calvo is back in the squad for the guests, and that will boost them as he showed really amazing form during the preparation this winter. Levski is playing comfortable against Montana, recording 5 straight wins over them , 4 of whcih with 2 or more goals difference. ht/ft -2/2 1.83 @ Paddy 4/10 Slavia - Minyor Pernik too short odds for Slavia, I cant trust a team which made draw at home against Vidima Rakovski.
