Re: Crystal Palace v Sunderland > Sat 31st August We have a shocking record at palace and Southampton had us on the rack all game last Saturday and we should have lost against a virtual MKDons reserve team Tuesday night. Having said that palace are even worse than us and look very weak at the back Delaney and Gabbidon is a rotten CB pairing at this level. We also have Fletcher back and Wickham should start having knocked in a couple midweek meaning we will lineup 442 and have a right go at palace from the off. Both teams to score and Sunderland to win outright for me in this one.

Re: 2013 BDO World Championship Richie George to beat Dave Prins 3-0 - 6.5 @ Ladbrokes Prins is good at getting to the Lakeside but wilts on the big stage in the last 3 years he has managed to win just 1 set losing 3-0, 3-1 and 3-0 in the first round each time. George will clearly be under pressure aswell with all the hype being made over following in his father's footsteps but I think he is the better player and based on Prins recent Lakeside record this looks a very likely outcome.

Re: Wimbledon Three Bets for me today S.Williams v D.Hantuchova Serena should win this match comfotably but Daniella Hantuchova has been playing really well defeating last years semi-finalist Zheng and Sugiyama both in straight sets but her in-abilty to close out matches always comes back to haunt her but I can see her running Serena close here and 2-1 to Williams 21/5 with betfair is my selection:hope F.Verdasco v I.Karlovic Well what can be said about Karlovic other than he's a one trick pony but virtually unplayable on grass however I think his time is up against the classy Verdasco who seems to have an excellent all round game and ultimatley unlike Tsonga a good temprement so 5/4 with bet365 for a Verdasco win.:hope E.Vesnina v E.Dementieva Not much to choose between these two in my opinion and Vesnina has had an excellent tournament although she might not have the tools to win the match I expect her to hold the handicap of +5.5 which is 8/13 with boylesports:hope

Re: Wimbledon My Feelins for today's matches S.Williams v R.Vinci Vinci looked impressive in beating Pavluchenkova in Rd.2 and has a game suited to grass with a good serve and backhand slice whereas we all know how strong the Williams are but I just feel if Vinci starts well she could make life uncomfortable for Serena and steal at set so the 7.50 at centrebet for 2-1 to Williams is a tempting bet. A.Seppi v I.Andreev Andreev all the way on this one 1.90 at centrebet he dismantled the experienced Spadea in straight sets last round while Seppi struggled over the line against Gicquel in 5 despite being 2-0 up, Andreev will be stronger in the ground rallys and has a better service game. I.Karlovic v JW Tsonga This is the most intriguing match of the day and everything depends on Karlovic's service game because if he's serving well it might aswell be best of 5 tie-breaks. Tsonga has an excellent all round game that's well suited to grass but will have a difficult time getting at the Karlovic serve and he does have a tendancy to get frustrated quite easily and something tells me this might be his day, I can see this going to 5 sets but couldn't see Karlovic having the weapons to break Tsonga, so Tsonga to win 3-2 7.00 with Stan James. Re: Stoke City v Sunderland > Saturday November 23rd Stoke is a hard place to go and the last few meetings between the two at the Britannia have hardly produced goals. 0-0 last season, 1-0 the season before that, and 1-0 to stoke two of the last 3 before that!!! Big game for Sunderland especially when you consider we've one 3 times away from home in the last 12 months!! I don't see many goals here (cue a nigh scoring game now I've said that) but based on our diabolical away record the best bet I feel is Stoke to win 1-0 which is 7.00 @ ladbrokes. Considering Stoke ariel threat and the fact Sunderland cannot defend set pieces the 10.00 @ spread-ex for Huth to score anytime also looks tempting.
