  1. Re: Jump Racing Sunday 23rd of September

*Cerveza Dinero - Uttoxeter 4:10* Very interesting to see Denis Hogan bring a horse to Uttoxeter. Brian Hughes has been known to get the ride for Irish raiders too now and again and does ok. Beat 20 other horses last time out at Limerick, and a reproduction would probably see it win this race i reckon. Step back in trip by 1 furlong is fine, better jock on board tomorrow, should go well. *1 Point WIN @ 4/1 Bet365 BOG*

1.50 Doncaster Nanton 2pts EW @ 14/1 Bet365 Nanton is one of my favourite horses and I actually think he has a good chance of taking this race tomorrow. He has slowly been running himself back into form this season and his last 2 runs have been much more encouraging. His last run at York in particular was very eye-catching as he had to switch several times in the final couple of furlongs but still managed to finish with a real rattle to grab 5th spot behind some very good handicappers. For me that showed that there is still some fight in him and he could be capable of springing a shock in this race. He actually has a good record in this race as he won it back in 2009 and finished a fast finishing 2nd in the race last year behind Old Hundred. Jim Goldie is in much better form at the moment and he has the services of Graham Lee which is a positive. He is a 10 year old now and will find it very tough against some younger progressive horses but he can roll back the years and get involved.
I got same selection from my tipping service .
  3. Re: NFL: Week One Picks

Cowboys (m/l) 1pt @ 2.67 Bet365 Think the value is on the Cowboys here too, though happy enough to take the m/l rather than getting any more daring :) There was not a great deal between the sides last season, it all came down to Week 17, and the Cowboys look a lot better today with DeMarco Murray fit and playing, and the additions of Carr and Claiborne to the secondary. There's going to be a degree of distraction before the game, with the ceremony to celebrate the Superbowl triumph, plus opening day, and I think it can be a case of 'after the lord mayor's show' with the Giants not bringing their A-game into the part of the night that actually matters.
