    Re: **Monday 3rd December ** funny you should be talking about the 50 up, cos i came 4th in it last nite, and i have'nt received any prize money, it says in the lobby that it was top 5 payout who also got a seat into the final at beginning of month, does anyone know if this has changed since the upgrade, cos it used to be top 10 payout and top 5 also won a seat

    Just spoken to support, they are fully aware of the problem and are still working on it, i was told to keep trying every half n hour as it may take at least another 1-2 hrs to solve, if not sooner :hope

    I would just keep trying it every 15 mins or so they seem to be getting closer each time on Paradise.It arsed up when i tried to transfer fund's and i hadn't been that far before.
    ive got that far. but no further

    :ok Yep - the Virgin update seemed to fix the described Paradise problem for me...... nice suggestion .... ... ooops may have spoken too soon.......

    just tried to log on to paradise poker, and since the upgrade i cant get in, thought it was my laptop as i have vista on it(and it doesnt let me download al lot of things) but ive tried on my home computer and all i get is a message saying poker exe has stopped this program from working, and then shuts it down anybody who can help me get this sorted please:hope
