    Went down there today and there was good turnout. 265 entrants (250 + alternates), but no sign of any other PL'ers (99.9% eh?). Out just before the 2nd break (level 8, 25 min levels), with blinds at 600/1200 (no antes :ok) when I ignored the warning signs of a QJ9 flop, and C-bet my AA for a pot-sized all-in, after my opening UTG raise to 3,200 had been called by 2 opponents - and walked in to a flopped straight - oops :unsure Poker Player Leeds winner, Gary Hill, was on my table, but I couldn't remember where I'd seen him before. Despite the high numbers, there's room to move in the room, and you don't actually feel hemmed in. Very warm though, so no need to wear hoodies :ok

Really poor service imo and shouldnt have been allowed to move it in first place should be reported to poker watchdog :ok:ok

    Bloody gutted. I'm sat on the table with 100k I am guessing second highest chips on the table. Blinds 3k and 6k. I raise to 21k. The chip leader on the table holding 120k ish goes all in. He has been raising with rubbish all night and considering he started the day with 240k he donked a lot away. It was an easy call and probably the winner of the pot becomes chip leader. He shows AKo and hits his ace. Pleased with where I finished but disapointed because I feel I could have gone on and finished quite high up. I had a good read on most the players and felt comfortable. I am interested on peoples thoughts should I call with KK with the stack I had against chip leader?
    You did nothing wrong but i think you know that you just got unlucky,you played for the win and that hand on another day may of helped you do that :ok:ok:ok:ok:ok still a good run and well done mate :ok

    You got to appreciate mate that its hard to please everyone! The reason it has changed is due to another PL game on that night meaning probably a lot of the finalists won't be able to make both. It's unfortunate that you're away but you got to understand that moving it to the Wednesday was the sensible thing to do. :ok
    I hear you mate i,m more gutted than annoyed im even gonna play the next 2 games to show my support and appreciation to PL :ok:ok
