6 matches today in the Russian league. Have picked out 3 myself. 1) Salavat Yulaev -2.5 AH vs Traktor. 2.20 @ Nordicbet solute miss-match. Salavat is the team that has been installed as favorites to win KHL this season. Not sure it will happen but one thing is for sure they will start the season with a win today. Traktor has not managed to improve their squad from the last season and will outsiders once again. Total domination in this game by Salavat and crushing win for sure. 2) Metallurg Magnitogorsk -2 AH vs Avtomobilist. 1.95 @ Pinnacle Another miss-match. The difference in class here is more than obvious. Ekateringburg are into the 2nd season in KHL and will be glad not to finish in the last place. Making play offs will be a bonus. Don't think they have any chance today, really no chance. Magnitorsk quality team and will beat them by 2-4 goals I think. 3) Dinamo Riga to beat SKA. 5.00 @ Paddy Power I think bookies have made a mess here. SKA should not be rated as such a huge favorites. Dinamo know very well how to play them and has beaten more often than not. Some sort of handicap line, let's say +2 goals on Riga is a bargain @ evens. However I'm going for the big one here. Dinamo beat SKA in last year's play offs 4-0 and actually have got quite a good record against this team apart from a shocker 1-8 which happened last year on the back of a long road trip. Definitely worth a shot to back underdog at these odds which I find ridiculous.
