Re: Season Finale (Sold Out & Off and Running) Cheers but no show tonight fellas. Not 100% sure about this Stars tourn, PLO8 just doesn't pay well as a F/O. Won't make any decisions yet but may look to change substitute that tourn at a later day. Will keep you informed.

Returns $542.20 Left to play... Betfair 5 x *HOT! Monday’s $5,000 GTD PLO, 5000 stacks, 10 minute levels - $55 buy-in This is my ideal tournament, PLO, deep stacks, slow blind levels. Shame it’s not a daily.

Cake $635 budget (adjusted see earlier post) for daily $1,500 GTD PLO re-buy - $5.50 buy-in (approx 25 tournaments) Have a massive ROI for this tourn. I have a 20% win strike-rate in this and a 40% cash strike-rate, and it usually has around 100 runners. Have played this 15 times and won it three times, with three other cashes.

17 x daily $10,000 GTD NLHE Bounty - $77 buy-in

Only plan to concentrate on one hold’em tourn on Cake and I think this is the best value. Much better record in this lately. The bounty is top-heavy ($20) and there will be plenty of times where you will be freerolling by the first break. Have my tactics sorted for this now.

Stars 7 x daily (20:30) $5,000 GTD PLO8, 500-cap - $109 buy-in PLO8 is one of my strongest games and really wanted to find a suitable regular tournament. After plenty of searching I feel this capped event (usually around 100 runners) is the one.

Re: Season Finale (Sold Out & Off and Running) Built up from 400 chips (when the average was 5k) to nice stack approaching the money. Then got stiffed with a sick river. His pittiful passive play really didn't deserve the luck... ][img=http://img525.imageshack.us/img525/6952/aat7.png]

Re: Season Finale (Sold Out & Off and Running) It was a funny final stage. I tried to make things happen and failed. Reraised shove with A2o when the small stack 3-handed. Perhaps that was a bit rash? Ah well. A nice cash.

Re: Season Finale (Sold Out & Off and Running) Nice score, I didn't see many hands while I was watching but did manage to catch the busto hand I did think it was a bit of a over shove but I have no idea how the others were playing so can't really say no more. Still nice roi all the best with the others.

Nice score' date=' I didn't see many hands while I was watching but did manage to catch the busto hand I did think it was a bit of a over shove but I have no idea how the others were playing so can't really say no more. Still nice roi all the best with the others.[/quote'] Yeah I should've waited a couple of seconds and thought. I can't be meek with an ace 3-handed but perhaps should've called instead. I don't like a non-shove reraise as I leave myself open to a re-shove, then I've either given away chips passively or priced in with what I then know is a beaten hand. They were nothing players so I should've waited I think. Ah well, did plenty right before getting to 4-handed so happy enough. Ta mate :ok Cheers mate :ok

Re: Season Finale (Sold Out & Off and Running) Thanks for the comments guys. Hen - no probs mate, rec'd with thanks. :ok I know I said I was returning to action tonight but I'm afraid the comeback will be tomorrow. Working on an article for most of the night and I won't do a good job of either if I try and do both. Like I said above, we're above schedule and there are still six week to go before the intended finish date. :ok

Re: Season Finale (Sold Out & Off and Running) Cheers guys but just went out. Was a very loose table, mix of aggressive and passive. Pretty poor and I wasn't much better, I decided to play really loose and gamble and then change gears and rock up if I acculmilated chips. Didn't happen though. I eventually moved in with 88 and got called by AQ, would've had 3,500 (starting stack 3,000) - ace on flop however.
