initial thoughts Tiger looks a good lay at 5.7. In (relatively) poor form this season and taking him on looks good in the hope of a poor first round or two Adam Scott at 32's may be worth a bob or two. top australasian at 3.45 :eek looks nice and i always like Johnathon Byrd @ 270 might try those two each way but ill check some stats and come back how about betfairs "big 4 v the field". fancy having woods, els, singh and mickelson on your side? 2.46 that either of these wins. poor vlaue in my opinion and a bet on "the field" @ 1,65 looks tempting. top debutant? a few quality players here making there masters debut. phil price, ian poulter, freddie jacobson, ben curtis. must be a decent punt there. need to check the form and get back but should be able to find something for that little lot any thoughts yet?

Masters Have Backed Phil ew at christmas @33/1 . Would agree Tiger is on the wane but he does not have to hit driver here. After watching matchplay event you could see Tiger was all over the show but he putted brilliantly. This is the one part of his game he needs to have firing at Augusta. Think he will go close. Dont think Masters has ever been won by a first timer and most winners have previous form over this track. Outsiders I am considering for a place would be Verplank,Cabrera both with form especially Cabrera who is 150/1. Verplank is a birdie machine on US tour at this miniute even though he is a short hitter. Against everthing else I have said above I might have a go at a person with no form around this course but good form this year Stuart Appleby @50/1 Will decide later in the week
